<![CDATA[It’s expected that the PKK Citra Villa Women's Organization will empower womento participate in the development of Bambu Apus Village, Pamulang, South Tangerang. In its implementation, PKK Citra Villa Women's Organization often faces obstacles when it comes to making an accountability report in the form of monthly and annual financial reports. Therefore, the community service activities aim to transfer knowledge and techniques for making simple financial statements for PKK Citra Villa, so PKK Citra Villa Women's Organization can be independent in making her financial statements. As for the method carried out in the form of material delivery and practice / application of financial reporting. Results The activity showed that before the PKM implementation the PKK Citra Villa Women's Organization were lacking master about simple financial reports, but after the implementation of the activity known to the PKK Citra Villa Women's Organization is quite expert and can make simple financial reports. Activities PKM indirectly plays a positive role in increasing the knowledge of participants and the skills of participants in making simple financial reports.]]>

<![CDATA[The activity at the "Pangeran Antasari Balikpapan" Vocational School has several objectives: improving teacher competency by training and testing directly on Arduino-based practice modules that have multi-input and multi-output peripherals that have extensive functions for applications in automatic control systems. Analysis and discussion to partners there are 2 main problems, the problem of automation technology and teacher competence. The problem of automation technology is solved by training practice modules that are useful as learning media in the field of automatic control systems and can be implemented for various applications. The problem of teacher competence with technology updates is solved by the development of learning media so that the teacher is able to create and innovate in the control system. <![CDATA[Donowangun Village, Talun District, has excellent plantation potential, one of the abundant commodities is banana. Banana fruit is a food material that has high economic value. The availability of bananas during the harvest season causes the price of bananas to decline. Of course, action needs to be taken so that prices do not fall too sharply. This problem condition is the basis of the Banana Fruit Processing Training activity to Pinangun (Banana Nugget Donowangun) in Donowangun Village. The purpose of this activity is to process bananas into processed products with high economic value, namely by making banana nuggets. The abundant availability of bananas certainly does not make it difficult for the surrounding community to later open a banana nugget business which has high economic value so that they have high hopes for increasing the market share of this banana fruit. In this activity the UNNES KKN team provided material on the future prospects of the nugget banana processing business. The next material is training on processing banana nuggets that are ready to be produced and have high selling value and proper packaging. The methods used are creative lectures, practice / demonstrations and discussions. The result of this activity is the increased insight and knowledge of PKK Donowangun Village women regarding banana processing. It is hoped that later it will motivate PKK women to create a home industry for banana nuggets.]]>

<![CDATA[SDN I Kalirejo is one of the elementary schools that has many students and it is potential to become a cadre of School Health Unit which is expected to support the sustainability of School Health Unit. This school is no less feasible when compared to other elementary schools in Banyuwangi. From the observations result, the implementation of School Health Unit has not been optimal because of human resources and infrastructure facilities that have not been utilized properly and continuously. To support the continuity and sustainability of School Health Unit program and activities at Kalirejo I Elementary School, guidance and counseling are badly needed in the form of giving skills and health knowledge from competent mentor or counselor, so it is expected to increase the knowledge from the health sectors for local school residents and it will improve their health level automatically.]]>

<![CDATA[Healthy Regency / City is an effort to create a district / city condition that is clean, comfortable, safe and healthy for residents to live in, which is achieved through implementing several integrated arrangements and activities agreed upon by the community and local government. Banyuwangi Regency has participated in this activity which started in 2011 ago. The District Forum in Banyuwangi Regency, which has been formed with the support of the Pokja Desa / healthy kelurahan, has carried out activities according to the 6 indicators that are currently being followed by Banyuwangi Regency. Coaching activities are carried out in incidental meetings during forum visits to the District. Activities during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020 were more dominated by social activities such as distributing masks, hand sanitizers, spraying disinfectants in public places as an effort to break the chain of transmission of the Covid 19 virus in Banyuwangi Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Menstruation is a physiological change in a woman's body that occurs periodically and is influenced by reproductive hormones either FSH-Estrogen or LH-Progesterone. In women, this usually occurs every month between teens to menopause, and lasts around 7-28 days. Knowing the characteristics of menstruation early is a very important thing to know because it is an early learning about the reproductive system and their health. Blood type is an inherited antigen on the surface of red blood cells. The two most important types of blood classification to know are the classification of ABO and Rhesus (Rh factor). Blood type examination is an activity that is sometimes overlooked by the community, in this case the needs of the Blood Type are carried out for clinical purposes such as: blood transfusions, preventing transfusion complications, and for pregnant women. According to empirical data obtained in 2017 the level of understanding of menstruation and blood type in primary schools is very low. <![CDATA[Based on field studies, there are several problems faced by the community in Kedungasri Village, Dusun Persen, especially the Kaliwatu hamlet community, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency, including: 1) Lack of community response to the development of mangrove tourism. 2) Lack of public insight into the benefits of mangrove forests. 3) The mindset of society that is less advanced, innovative, and creative. 4) Lack of group group management of mangrove tourism. After the socialization of the program "Renovation of mangrove tourism facilities" which was followed by the community around the mangrove tourism, it had a positive impact on resolving the problem of renovating the tourist facilities, this empowerment received a positive response from the Kaliwatu hamlet community because it beautified the mangrove tourism in the Kaliwatu hamlet, Dusun Persen. <![CDATA[Kampung Rukun Warga (RW) 03 Kelurahan Kemirirejo, Central Magelang Regency, Magelang City has various potentials to be developed as a pilot educational tourism village. The enthusiasm of the community can also be seen with the formation of a tourism awareness group (pokdarwis). However, the management of Pokdarwis Krenomata in RW 03 still does not understand the roles and functions as well as how the strategies and next development steps are to realize an Educational Tourism Village. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed to optimize the role and function of Pokdarwis in order to formulate the right strategy for realizing a tourist village. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the role and function of pokdarwis, mentoring the concept of a tourism village, and business management consisting of marketing strategies, financial records and simple bookkeeping, and charms. This service provides skills and knowledge to pokdarwis administrators and members in pioneering educational tourism villages. The formation of this educational tourism village is expected to encourage the economic independence of the urban community, especially the City of Magelang.]]>

<![CDATA[Kesilir Village is a village famous for its Dragon Fruit paradise, located in Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency. This village has 3 hamlets namely Sumbersuko, Sumberbening and Silirsari hamlets. General conditions of assistance 1) The number of Oyster Mushroom farmers who are not developing their business; 2) Most of the Oyster Mushroom Farmers did not continue their business; 3) The reduced stock of Oyster Mushrooms in the market; 4) Lack of creativity of Oyster Mushroom farmers to innovate their products; 5) Less innovation in Dragon Fruit Processing; 6) Many Dragon Fruit farmers suffer losses; 7) Most of the youth only rely on laborers. After the utilization of oyster mushrooms and dragon fruit lunkhead followed by the Sumberbening youths united, the community felt very helpful in solving these annual problems such as if the price of Dragon fruit decreased and there was less innovation in the processing of Oyster Mushrooms. This program received a positive response from the youth of Sumberbening because of the increasing economic problems of the community so that this activity could be used as a home industry that unites differences and can increase the income of the surrounding community]]>

<![CDATA[Language acquisition or language acquisition is a process that takes place in the brain of a child when he gets his first language or mother tongue which means acquisition of language regarding his first language. Normal human brain functions and speech tools can certainly speak well. Similarly, mentally disabled children also need language to communicate or to voice their hearts to others. However, the intellectual capacity of mentally retarded children who are below the average makes them difficult to obtain language and they often experience interference in language. Language is very important for everyone to master. With language, humans can convey their thoughts and feelings to others and can capture and understand the symbols of others. Language acquisition is closely related to children's cognitive development, therefore language skills (linguistic abilities) will be in accordance with their cognitive abilities, because linguistic abilities are one of the main factors that can influence a child's success in mastering language. But as is well known that autistic children have cognitive barriers that also cause language development is also hampered. These obstacles can be seen from the imbalance of language development with the age of the calendar (cronolicalage). Nevertheless they also have the same rights as normal children to obtain language as a tool to communicate with their environment.]]>
