Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

Based on observations and interviews obtained the following information. School head teachers in implementing the lack of attention to learning in the school, the principal was not trying to improve the ability of school personnel, especially teachers, principals less provide oversight of the implementation of the duties of teachers, so there is still a lack of discipline teachers in performing their duties, making the school's annual report often delayed and late given to the District Office. The purpose of this study is the teacher's perception of the performance of duties as a Principal Administrator in administering the program and student at SDN PBM District Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in the District Lembah Segar Kota Sawahlunto which totaled 110. Random sampling technique purpose beside the number of samples as many as 52 people. Using questionnaire data collection techniques and data analysis techniques using a percentage formula. The results portray that Teacher Perceptions Toward Implementation of the School Governors for Administration as follows: Perception of Teachers on the implementation of the principal tasks in the field of school administration views of fields including category PBM quite to the level of achievement of 76.6%. Teacher perception of the implementation of the principal tasks in the field of school administration views of fields including categories of student achievement enough to level 74.0. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get information about work motivation of professional teacher in lesson planning, lesson implementation, evaluate the lesson result, and follow up activity at SDN District Sungai Beremas Regency Pasaman Barat. The populations of this research all the professional teacher as 39 persons (research population). The data collection is questioner by Likert scale. It has been tasted the validity and reliability of that data. The technique analysis of data used the mean formula. The result are shows that work motivation of professional teacher in their duty of teaching at SDN District Sungai Beremas Regency Pasaman Barat has high. Abstract

This research is motivated by PNPM-Mandiri Perkotaan project who has the weakness management in district Nanggalo.  The purpose of this study to get informations about: (1) The planning of PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan project to effort the poor community empowerment in district Nanggalo, (2) The implementation of PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan project to effort the poor community empowerment, and (3) The controlling and evaluation of PNPM Mandiri perkotaan project to effort the poor community empowerment. The research methode is used descriptive form, the population of the study is all the managers of PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan in district Nanggalo which amounts 29 people. Instrument research using questionnaire with a Likert scale models. As for testing the validity of the instrument by using the formula product moment Pearson, and reability test performed by the instrument internal consistency by using Cronbach Alpha. Test results are valid and reliable questionnaire. The datas were processed using the formula data. The result of the study showed that management of PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan project in district Nanggalo in planning, implementation and controlling and evaluation is in the well category, with average score of 3,95. Abstract

This study is based on observations of the author at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Sawahlunto that organizational climate of Education, Youth and Sports Sawahlunto not reflect a conducive organizational climate. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the organizational climate from the aspects: freedom, confidence, warmth, and responsibilities of Education, Youth and Sports Sawahlunto.The study population was all employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Sawahlunto as many as 44 people. Means of data collection in this study was a questionnaire, which is arranged in the form of a Likert scale that has been in the validity and realibilitasnya. Data were analyzed by using the formula average (mean).The results showed that: the freedom, confidence, warmth and responsibilities conducive with a score of: 3.5, 3.3, 3.6 and 3.4. Thus it can be said that the organizational climate of Education, Youth and Sports Sawahlunto that in view of the aspects of freedom, confidence, warmth, employee responsibilities quite conducive. Abstract

Banyak usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Seperti menyempurnakan kurikulum, peningkatan mutu guru serta sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Guru yang profesional sebaiknya didukung dengan adanya motivasi. Rumusan dari penulisan ini adalah upaya-upaya apa saja yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam mengajar di sekolah. Tujuan Penulisan untuk menggambarkan upaya apa saja yang harus dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam mengajar di sekolah. Agar motivasi dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, maka perlu diketahui bentuk-bentuk motivasi. Adapun bentuk-bentuk dari motivasi itu sendiri yaitu motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Upaya kepala sekolah meningkatkan motivasi guru antara lain: (1) memberikan penghargaan atau pemberian intensif, (2) kondisi kerja yang menyenangkan, (3) memberikan kesempatan untuk maju, (4) hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Kata kunci Motivasi, guru, kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about Perception Learns about Performing Process Supervise Learning by vocational Middle School head Business agglomerate Country Management at Moorland City  in planning instructional supervision, implementation of instructional supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of instructional supervision. The study population was a teacher vocational high school business management group in the city of Padang as 123 people. The number of samples is 54 people who were taken using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. Means of collecting data in this study is a questionnaire, Likert Scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability; and the results are valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques using the average score. The result from this study about the perceptions of teachers toward instructional supervision by the head of the Business Management Group at SMKN Padang is enough performed. Abstract

The research is based on the phenomenon that shows discipline employees who work less well. This study aimed to obtain information about the discipline desert city education office employees. This is a descriptive study reasearch. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Education Padang, totaling 95 people. Samples taken were 76 people. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire Likert scale models. This questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliabelity. Data were analyzed with an average score formula. The results showed that: (1) according to the discipline of the employees working on the timeliness aspect categories with an average score of 3.9. (2) employee disciplinary aspects of consciousness are the categories with a mean score of 3.8, and (3) employee discipline aspect of compliance is in good category with an average score of 3.6 In general discipline of employee services educational desert town located in both categories with an average score overall was 3.8. Abstract

The goal of this research are to describe teacher’s perception about management conflict style the headmasters junior high school in the Kampung Dalam Subdistrict Padang Pariaman Residence. We can see the style about avoid style, compromise, competition, accommodations, and collaboration. The population are 102 with sampel 55 persons take by formulation Cochran. Instrumental of this research is cuesioner form of Likert scale which has test validity and reliability. Key word : Management Conflict Style

Abstract

This research in background overshadow from result of perception of writer in SMK Country 2 Town of Bukittinggi showing activity discipline learn still lower in teaching. This matter is anticipated related to observation of headmaster, because executed observation not yet optimal will have an effect on to the teacher activity discipline in teaching. This research purpose to see observation relation to activity discipline learn in teaching. Its population of teacher which is amount 70 and people of sample 40 one who is taken with technique of Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. this Instrument Research is kuesioner which in form of scale of Likert which have in validity test and of reliable. To test hypothesis use formula of Product Moment, test-R and of test-T, while r² used to see the level of observation of headmaster to activity discipline learn in teaching. Result of this research is observation of good headmaster and activity discipline learn in teaching have good enough and there are relation meaning between observation of headmaster with activity discipline learn in teaching in SMK Country 2 Bukittinggi at trust level 95 Kata kunci: pengawasan dan disiplin kerja dalam mengajar

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive and correlational research. The population is all employees of the Department of Education Solok as many as 105 people. Samples taken are as many as 86 people were determined through Simple Random Sampling technique to look at the table Krecjie-Morgan. Scale model ofthe research instrument is Likert kuisnioner tested the validity and reliable. Datawere analyzed by using Product Moment Correlation. The results of the data analysis can show that: Non Material Incentives are in enough categories (71.3%) and employee morale in the category enough(79.5%). There is a significant and positive relationship between the Non Material Incentives By Leaders In Employee Morale In the Solok City Department of Educationwith acorrelation coefficientat 99% confidence levelwith rhitung = 0.700 > = 0.317 rtabel. From the above resultsit can be concluded that the non material incentives, is one of the factors that affect employee morale. Keyword:Non MaterialIncentivesAndEmployee Morale
