Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

This research is the personal competence of teachers in vocational Kosgoro 2 Payakumbuh that is still not running as it should be. The purpose of this research was to obtain information about 1) personal competence of teachers who act in accordance with the norms of religious, social and cultural.2) personal competence of teachers who present themselves as being honest, noble, role models for students and community 3) personality that present themselves as being steady, stable, wise and authoritative 4) personality that have a work ethic, high responsibility, a sense of proud in being a teacher. 5) personal competence of teachers who uphold the code of ethics of the teaching profession. This study is designed as a descriptive study. The Total population in this study as many as 687 people. Samples were taken by the purposive sampling technique with a number of 88 people. Thus, it can be said that the Student Perceptions of the Teacher Personality Competence on SMK Kosgoro 2 Payakumbuh needs to be improved. Key words: Teacher Personality

This research aims to find out the teacher working in moral teaching at SD Negeri Padang. This research was descriptive in nature. The population is 247 persons and 62 samples were taken using a random sampling technique stratifaried. This research instrument is a question with a Likert scale models in the test validity and reliability. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the execution of observation by head contribute to officer performance On Duty Education of Town of Sawahlunto . Population of this research is all of employers 45 persons and 40 persons as a sample. The technique used tables of krecje . The tool to collect the data is questioner Likert scale models. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation formula, Test-r, t and t-test to see the contribution of KP. Results of data analysis showed that the performance of the officerr are rather high category (75,6%), execution of observation by head. are less able to the category (69,8%), and there is a contribution to the execution of observation by head performance of officer among 40,96% in 95%. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of motivation of teachers SMP Negeri 1 Guguak District District Fifty Cities in performing the task. This is a descriptive study, the study population was all teachers in junior high. The research instrument was a questionnaire Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using the average formula. This study shows that the motivation of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 sub guguak high category, but needs to be improved in order to better achieve educational goals well. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja

Abstract

Sarana pendidikan adalah semua perangkat, peralatan, bahan dan perabot yang secara langsung digunakan dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah. Sedangkan prasarana pendidikan adalah semua kelengkapan dasar yang secara tidak langsung menunjang pelaksanaan proses pendidikan di sekolah. Sarana prasarana pendidikan berguna untuk menunjang penyelenggaraan proses belajar mengajar, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan, karena dengan adanya pengelolaan yang baik maka sarana prasarana akan dapat di gunakan dengan jangka waktu yang lebih lama, selain itu  pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana bertujuan agar tercipta suatu kondisi yang kondusif, nyaman dan aman dalam proses pembelajaran. Proses pengelolaan sarana prasarana terdiri dari perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, inventaris, pemeliharaan, penghapusan dan pengawasan. Prinsip pengelolaan adalah pencapaian tujuan, efisiensi, administratif, kejelasan tanggung jawab dan kekohesifan. Sedangkan sistem pengelolaan sarana prasarana ada dua yaitu sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. .Key word : pengelolaan sarana prasarana

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of social competence possessed by South Negeri 1 Rao Vocational School teachers in Pasaman Regency. This study aims to find out how much social competency possessed by South Rao 1 South Vocational School teachers in Pasaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 1 South Rao Pasamanyaitu, class X and XI, totaling 556 people. Sampling in this study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 226 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that, social competence of teachers in terms of the ability to communicate with students by 79.4% or in the category of "able". While the social competence of teachers in terms of the ability to get along effectively with students by 81.4% or are in the category of "very capable"

Abstract

Phenomena in the field suggests that organizational culture in a state that has not been ideal. This study aimed to obtain information about organizational culture in vocational high school Nurul Falah Aur KuningKabupaten Pasaman Barat. This descriptive type of research. The population in this study were all teachers in vocational high school Nurul Falah Aur KuningKabupaten Pasaman Barattotaling 35 people. Sampling technique using proportionate stratifed random sampling technique. The research instrumen was a questionnaire likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. In general, the department of education in organizational culture in vocational high schools Nurul Falah Aur Kuning Kabupaten Pasaman Barat quite well in the category with an average score of 3.99. Thus it can be said that the organizational culture is good. Key word: Organizational Culture
