Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

Dalam meyelenggarakan suatu kegiatan perlu adanya pengawasan, diman pengawasan merupakan kegiatan penting yang perlu dilakukan setiap pemimpin dalam rangka menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan setiap kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien.Pentingnya pengawasan dilakukan untuk memastikan apakah setuiap kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah disusun dan disepakati oleh organisasi secara bersama. Walaupun perencanaan telah dibuat dengan baik, pengorganisasian telah disusun dengan tepat dan penggerakan telah dilakukan sebaik-baiknya, tetapi bila pengawasan tidak dilakukan, maka bias saja perencanaan yang sudah disusun dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan tidak mencapai sasaran dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Pengawasan yang sangat penting dilakukan dalam setiap organisasi, untuk organisasi pendidikan yang  dalam hal ini sekolah dasar, sekolah dasar sebagai organisasi terkecil tetap saja membutuhkan pengawasan untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan aktivitasnya terutama dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan di sekolah dasar itu sendiri. Hal ini sejalan dengan intruksi persiden No. 15 Tahun 1983 tentang pedoman pengawasan menyatakan bahwa “Pengawasan merupakan salah satu usur penting dalam rangka peningkatan pendayagunaan aparatur Negara dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan menuju pemerintah yang bersih dan berwibawa”.

Abstract

This research background is inherent achievement motivation of professional teachers. The purpose of research to got information how the achievement motivation of professional teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto. This research is population research with a population of 58 professional teachers. Instrument used in this research was the questioners which have been tested for its validity and reliability. In general, the achievement motivation of professional teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto in the category of high length with an average score overall was 4,37. Abstract

The background research is phenomenon indicating implementation of headmaster managerial functions in curriculum lacking well-managed. This research aim to obtain information on teachers’ perceptions on the implementation of principal managerial functions head master in curriculum of SD Negeri Kecamatan Barangin Kota Sawahlunto. The population was 170 teacher of SD Negeri Kecamatan Barangin Kota Sawahlunto. Samples taken are 25% of the total population is 43 people, instrument used in this research was the questioners which has been tasted for its validity and reability. In general, the perception of teacher on the implementation of managerial functions head master in curriculum of SD Negeri Kecamatan Barangin Kota Sawahlunto in the category of good length with an average score overall was 84,36%. Abstract

Konflik dapat diartikan sebagai suatu keadaan dimana seseorang dihadapkan dengan motif, keyakinan, nilai dan tujuan yang saling bertentangan. Konflik bisa dialami oleh siapapun dan di manapun, termasuk oleh komunitas di sekolah. Siswa, guru, atau pun kepala sekolah dalam waktu-waktu tertentu sangat mungkin dihadapkan dengan konflik. Konflik yang dialami individu di sekolah dapat hadir dalam berbagai bentuk, bisa dalam bentuk individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok atau kelompok dengan kelompok. Misalnya, seorang guru berhadapan kepala sekolah, seorang guru berhadapan dengan seorang guru, seorang guru berhadapan dengan sekelompok guru, sekelompok guru tertentu berhadapan dengan sekelompok guru lainnya., dan sejenisnya. Konflik yang terjadi diantara mereka bisa bersifat tertutup, terbuka atau bahkan menjadi konfrontasi. Apabila konflik yang terjadi di sekolah tidak terkelola dan bersifat destruktif, maka selain dapat mengganggu kesehatan dan kualitas kehidupan seseorang, juga dapat mengganggu terhadap pencapaian efektivitas dan efisiensi pendidikan  secara keseluruhan. Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about employee motivation. The population is 104 employee and the sample is 58 people that taken by stratified random sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and realibility. Data analyzed using mean score and performance level. The results of this research are the Department of Education Employee Work Motivation to stay in pretty good category. Key word : Employee Motivation

Abstract

This research aim to to get information about performance of, Organizational culture by head and also placement by head contribution to Employee performance in Badan Kepegaewaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Population of this research are all of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi sumatera Barat amounting 76 people. Level of sampel 55 taken officer  people by using stratified propotional random sampling technique. Instrument of this research questionare which in form of Likert scale. Data analysed by using correlation technique and regresi preceded normalitas test, homogenitas test, linearitas test and also continued with searching the level of organizational culture by head variable contribution to employee performance with result 21,64%, while rest 78,36% influenced by other factor. So, can be concluded that organizational culture by head represent one of factor influencing employee performance in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi sumatera Barat. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi ; Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This research aim to know satisfaction of, communications of interpersonal communications and of interpersonal with satisfaction of officer On duty Education of Young man and Athletics Town of Bukittinggi. This Research have the character of, research population amount to 100 people. this Research Sampel amount to 50 people with technique of Stratified Random Sampling. This Instrument Research enquette model scale of Likert. Result of data analysis indicate that 1) communications of interpersonal office On duty Education of Young man and Athletics Town of Bukittinggi reside in good category (73,08) 2) satisfaction of officer On Duty Education Of Young Man And Athletics Town of Bukittinggi reside in good category (70,08), and 3) there are meaning communications of interpersonal with satisfaction of officer On Duty Education Of Young Man And Athletics Town of Bukittinggi with t equal to 20,54 trust level 99%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know about teacher the employee morale in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Solok Selatan. The population are 127 employees and samples 31 employees. Sampel the taken is 25% from amount of population amounting 31 people, who were taken using propotional random sampling technique. This quisionare has been tested the validity and the reliability using SPSS program. Data were analyzed using mean score formula. In General teacher the employee morale in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Solok Selatan at high category enough with mean score as a whole is 3,56. the employee morale teacher in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Solok Selatan can be told high enough evaluated from enthusiastic aspect, creativity, participation and cooperation. Abstract

This research about leadership of headmaster and teacher morale, also to see the relationship between the two variables. Population are 70 teachers and 40 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, a score of variable leadership of headmaster 0.907 and teacher morale 0.897 that  means instrument is reliable. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation, get rscore = 0.33 > = 0.284 believed rtabel standard 95%. Research has come to the conclusion the relationship between leadership of headmaster with the morale of teachers in SMK 2 Bukittinggi. Key word : Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Moral Kerja Guru
