Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

The background of this research from the author's observation Implementation Task Teachers in high schools Pariaman still lacking. The purpose of this study is to find out about the execution of tasks in the Senior High School Teachers Pariaman Duty seen from the aspect of Teaching, Professional Development, Professional Support. The population in this study all professional teachers High School in the city of Pariaman, amounting to 183 people, while the sample size is determined by the table Krejci and earned by 56 people. Sampling technique using cluster sampling techniques. The results Implementation Task Teachers in high schools Pariaman.in general, implementation of teacher professional duties in carrying out duties at the high category with a score of 4.2. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find information about the Implementation of Management Information System Standards for Middle School in North Padang District. This is a descriptive study. The population was 129 teachers or education personnel and the study sample was 68 teachers or education personnel taken by purpose random sampling. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data is analyzed using the average formula (average). The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Management Information System Standards for Middle Schools in Padang Utara District reaches quite good categories with an average score of 74.83%.

Abstract

This Research is background of phenomenon found in country elementary school bunch I, II and III district batang cenaku sub-province of indragiri hulu riau which show there is still learn less of its motivation in working. This matter anticipated related to unfavourable organizational culture. This study aims to view  relation organization culture with motivation work teacher country elementary school bunch I, II and III district batang cenaku sub-province of indragiri hulu riau. this research is all teacher with amount 118 people and 54 samples were taken with the Proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a likert scale questionnaire form which has been in testing the validity and reliable. Technique analysis data use correlation formula of product moment. Results research this is motivation work teacher good enough cultural organization  good and there are relation the signifikan between organizing cultural with work motivation good enough country elementary school bunch I, II and III district batang cenaku sub-province of indragiri hulu riau with correlation equal to 0,383. Abstract

Phenomena in the field suggests that organizational culture in a state that has not been ideal. This study aimed to obtain information about organizational culture in public elementary schools Kenagarian Panyakalan Solok. This descriptive type of research. The population in this study were all teachers in public elementary school Kenagarian Panyakalan Solok totaling 55 people.The sample size is determined by the table krejchi and gained as much as 48 people. Sampling technique using proportionate stratifed random sampling technique. The research instrumen was a questionnaire likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. In general, the department of education in organizational culture in public elementary schools Kenagarian Panyakalan Solok quite well in the category with an average score of 3.53. Thus it can be said that the organizational culture is good. Key word: Organizational Culture

Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about teacher’s perceptions of the decision making by school principal. The population is 112teachers and the sample is 55 people that taken by convenience sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using persentationscore. The result of this research are the Teacher’s Perceptions of the Decision Making by School Principalin the State junior High School Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar stay in good enough category. Abstract

This study discusses about the employee's perception of the immediate supervisor's leadership in the West Pasaman Department of Education, with the aim of the study was to obtain information about how the employee's perception of the immediate supervisor's leadership in the Education Department of West Pasaman with aspects affect, empower, motivate and maintain cooperative relationships. The study population were employees of Education Department of West Pasaman totaling 66 people, sampling studies using Krejci table with the number 56. The results of the study using a questionnaire measuring instruments for the indicators obtained average influence (3.4) empower (3.4) 3.1 motivate and discipline (3.5) with an overall average (3.35).
