Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

The goal of this research are to see information about the enterpreneurship competency of headmasters. The population is 76 teachers and the sample is 76 people because this research is total sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score and performance level . The result of this research are the enterpreneur competency of headmasters in SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok stay in good enough category. This research is motivated by not maximal in the management of learning teacher at Government Secondary School Vocational pemda padang panjang. This study aimed to obtain information about the performance of the teacher in the management of learning. This study is a descriptive study population of all public elementary school teachers in Government Vocational School Long prairie, for the sample is 30 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and realibility. The data were processed using the formula mean. The results concluded general management of learning in vocational high school government long meadow is in the category quite well with an average score of 3.85 with the achievement levels reached 77%. Thus it can be said that the performance management of teachers in vocational schools teaching in the pemda padang panjang government done pretty well and hopefully all vocational high school teachers in the pemda padang panjang government can improve its performance in the management of learning in order to get a quality learning outcomes. This research is motivated by not maximal function implementation working group of teachers in Public Elementary School District Sungai Tarab. This study aimed to gain insight into the function. This research is a descriptive study population of all public elementary school teachers in the Sungai Tarab, amounting sample was 223 people with 38 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and realibilitasnya. The data were processed using the formula mean. The results conclude the general implementation of the function of the working group of teachers in public elementary school in the District of Sungai Tarab is in good category with an average score of 4.33. Thus it can be said that the implementation of the functions of the working group of teachers in public elementary school Sungai Tarab District has done well thus providing benefits in increasing the ability of teachers. This study aimed at describing about student’s perception of industrial practice used of student’s confidence, profesionality, relevantion of material with knowladge and prepare the student to come in to the work. Phenomena in the background shows many students are not obey of school regulation, many of them can’t solve the assigment about their surface and there are many unemployed after they graduated frrom SMK. The population is 59 students of SMK N 1 Lembah Gumanti (grade XII). Samples taken were 100% of the total population of 59 people. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire that has been sampled validity and reliability. In general, the student's perception of the practice industrial's used of SMK N 1 Lembah Gumanti in the category quite well with the over all average percentation was 74.86%. This study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of student management Cluster II Elementary School District of Solok Sikarah Lubuk in terms of acceptance of new learners, learner data recording, grouping students and coaching learners. The population is 138 teacher and 35 samples were taken from 25% of the population. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale validity has been tested and reliable. Data were analyzed using the mean score (mean). This study aims to determine the employee’s perception of the employee performance appraisal by the leadership of the General Bureau in the Office of the Gubernur of West Sumatra Province. Ni is a descriptive study. The population in this study all employees of the Bureau of the General Office of the Gubernur of Sumatra Barat. Populasi many as 151 people and as many as 43 samples. In general, an employee’s perception of the employee performance appraisal by the leadership in the Office of the Gubernur General Bureau of West Sumatra Province with an average score overall was 4,21. From the research it can be said that the employee’s performance appraisal by the leadership of the General Bureau in the Office of the Gubernur of West Sumatra have been implemented properly. This study aimed to obtain information about: (1) employee morale at Solok City Department of Education, (2) Climate Cooperation in Solok City Department of Education, (3) climate cooperation relationship with employee morale at Solok City Department of Education. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “climate of cooperation correlate significantly with employee morale at Solok City Department of Education. The present study is correlational, which is to see the climate of cooperation relationship with employee morale at Solok City Department of Education. The population of this research is an employee who is a civil servant in Solok City Department of Education totaling 74 people. Large study sample was 50 persons specified by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The technique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The results of the data analysis showed that (1) Morale in Solok City Department of Education is in the category is quite (77,27%), (2) Climate cooperation in Solok City Department of Education are on the category is quite (79,24%), and (3) there is a significant relationship to climate between cooperation with employee morale at Solok City Department of Education with a correlation coefficient = 0,71 r_hitung > r_tabel = 0,279 at 95% confidence level and t_hitung = 7,03 > t_tabel 2,021 at 95% confidence level. So it can be concluded that the cooperation climate affects employee morale at Solok City Department of Education. Kata kunci: Iklim kerjasama dan semangat kerja
