Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat informasi tentang semangat kerja guru. Populasi adalah 73 guru dan sampel adalah 62 orang yang diambil berdasarkan tabel krecjie dengan menggunakan teknik Proposional Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah angket model skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan skor rata-rata . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja guru di Smk Negeri Kecamatan lubuk Basung berada pada  kategori cukup. Kata kunci: Semangat Kerja Guru

Abstract

The background research is phenomenon indicating implementation of headmaster hasnt applying force leadership good to a teacher at the school. Research is intended to gain information about teacher perception against the style of leadership headmaster district SMKN Kabupaten Sijunjung in improving the performance of duties teacher on the style of leadership that is task oriented on an errand and the styles of leadership that is releations oriented toward inferiors. The population was 144 teacher PNS of SMKN Kabupaten Sijunjung. Samples taken are 39% of the total population is 65 people.. Instrument used in this research was the questioners which has been tasted for its validity and reliability.. In general, the perception of teachers on the implementation leadership style functions headmaster of SMKN Kabupaten Sijunjung in the category of quite good length with an average score overall was 3.59 with the level of achievement 71.9 %. Abstract

Dari hasil pembahasan penulis padapokok bahasan upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogic guru sekolah dasar, penulis mengetahui betapa pentingnya kompetensi pedagogic, Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik  guru akan menghindarkan kegiatan pembelajaran bersifat monoton ,tidak disukai siswa dan membuat siswa kehilangan minat serta daya serap dan konsentrasi belajarnya sehingga guru memang harus berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut. dalam bahasan tugas akhir yang berjudul upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogic penulis mendapatkan beberapa catatan penting yang harus di laksanakan oleh para guru untuk meningkatakan kompetensi pedagogic, yaitu tujuh aspek kompetensi pedagogic yang harus dikuasai oleh para guru yaitu : mengenal karakteristik peserta didik, menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip‐prinsip pembelajaran, mampu mengembangkan kurikulum, menciptakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik, mengembangkan potensi peserta didik, melakukan komunikasi dengan peserta didik, menilai dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran Upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru khususnya kompetensi pedagogik harus dilakukan oleh semua pihak, baik dari guru maupun kepala sekolah. Maka, ada dua upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru yang sangat mempengaruhi satu sama lain, yaitu upaya yang dilakukan guru dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah/lembaga pendidikan yang bersangkutan. Kata Kunci : 7 aspek kompetensi pedagogic

Abstract

The research has observation as it’s backroud in many elementary school at Sumpur Kudus subdistric, which show that many teacher get teaching difficulties. The population of this research was all of civil servant teacher s of elementary school in Sumpur Kudus subdistrict with number in 175 person. The sampling used stratified propotional random sampling . The instrument research was kuetioner liked Likert scale which had realibility and validity. The data analysis used product moment relation technique.Result of research show that supervision by headmaster had good enough and there was a signivicant relation between supervision by headmaster with teacher’s assignment in elementary scholl of Sumpur Kudus. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the work commitment employee Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Pariaman. The population of research was 55 people. The number of samples of research was 55 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that has been tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS 16.0 version. Based on the research (1) the work  commitment of employee identification is in a good enough category with in an average score of 76,91%, (2) the work commitment of employee involvement is in a good category with a score an average 81,23%, (3) the work commitment of employee trust is in a good  enough category with a score an average 78,98%,(4) the work commitment of employee loyality is in a good category with a score an average 81,91%, (5) the work commitment of identification is in a good category with a score an average 81,36%, Overall, the work commitment employee Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Pariaman was in a good category with an average of 80.08%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see information about teachers' perceptions of the implementation of school leadership functions. The population is 91 teachers and 41 teacher sample is taken proportional random sampling. This research instrument is a question with a Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average value and the level of performance. The results of this research his the perception of teachers on the implementation of principal leadership functions in SMKN 1 Painan stay in pretty good category. Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about  perception of teachers on the implementation of supervision . The population is 203 teachers and the sample is 65 people that taken by Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score . The result of this research are the perception of teachers on the implementation of supervision by the headmaster at high school Negeri Kecamatan Padang Panjang Barat Kota Padang Panjangstay in quite accomplished category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know about the supervisory leadership and employee morale, and found a significant association between two variables. The population are 60 employees and samples 38 employees, who were taken using stratifield propotional random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with liker scale models have been tested for validity and reability. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The result of study are indicates quite appropriate supervisory leadership, employee morale is good, and there was a significant between the supervisory leadership of the employee morale at the Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan of West Sumatra Province. Abstract

The goal of this research are to optain get ficture and knowing the operation of self expantiontrought extracurricular activity in the SekolahMenengahAtasNegeri 1 TimpehKabupatenDharmasraya. This is a descriptive study. The population in this study is all student Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Timpeh with amount 208 people. Amount of sampel is 66 people, the technique of Non Probability sampling by using sampling purposive. The instrument of research is questionare, with objective and Likert scale that had tested by validity and reliability. Technique analyse data use percentage formula.The result of the researh shows: enlisted, prepared the equipment, prepared of the advisor, activity and evaluation was well done. So, the operation of self expansion trough extracurricular activity in the Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Timpeh Kabupaten Dharmasraya did not good work yet. Abstract

This research aimed to see work discipline, supervisory and work discipline between supervisory with work discipline in Dinas Pendidikan pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Dharmasraya. The population are all of employees in Dinas Pendidikan pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Dharmasraya amount to 59 people and the samples are 39 people that determined based on Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. Instrument used was a questionnaire were formulated based on likert scale and analyzed by Product Moment correlation. The results are significant relationship between supervisory with work discipline in Dinas Pendidikan pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Key Word : work discipline, supervisory
