Abstract

The development of the world of Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced quite significant developments, almost all banks have an Islamic system that offers financial and investment products in different ways. This study emphasizes how the factors that cause employee loyalty to Indonesian Islamic Banks in the city of Makassar, The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are all employees who work >5 years at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Makassar Branch Office. The data analysis method used in this research is using factor analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that the Factors Affecting Employee Loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Makassar Branch Office has several factors. Namely the leadership style factor, leadership style type, work stress, fairness in compensation, work environment, commitment, service quality from an Islamic perspective and religiosity. The first highest factor is in accordance with the results of SPSS or which is the dominant factor, namely the trust factor of a leader in his employees with indicators that can be measured, namely honesty, reliability, caring and credibility where Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch Office has a significant value on these factors compared to conventional banks that have existed for a long time.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the relationship between the length and weight of Subhan fish (Puntius bulu) and to identify cluster structure in populations based on various variables. Descriptive and exploratory analyses were performed on 51 fish samples measured for total length, raw length, total weight, total gonadal weight, sex, and gonad maturity level. The relationship between fish length and weight was found to be strong, reflecting growth patterns common in many fish species. In addition, cluster analysis revealed the presence of two distinct groups of fish in the population, which may reflect differences in life cycle stages, environmental conditions, or life strategies. These results have significant implications in fisheries management, including stock assessment, capture planning, and conservation.

Abstract

National Online Shopping Day or what is known as HARBOLNAS is a day when Shopee invites the public to recognize the convenience of online shopping. This is because Shopee provides many free shipping promotions with a minimum purchase so it changes people's perceptions of online shopping. However, from this phenomenon, people also think that this can lead to consumptive behavior because it can make people tempted by the attractive promos offered. Public perception of online shopping results in a lot of competition that exists between e-commerce causing each e-commerce to offer promotions to each other in attracting consumers to shop. This study aims to determine public perceptions of online shopping resulting in a lot of competition that exists between e-commerce causing each e-commerce to offer promotions to each other in attracting consumers to shop. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, with data collection methods using in-depth interviews and observations using Google Forms which are shared via Instagram and Whatsapp to find and filter information. There were 10 informants majoring in management at Sampoerna University. The data analysis technique uses the interactive model analysis of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, namely through the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the majority of informants have positive perceptions of the many promos, discounts, free shipping, vouchers, cashback, easy payment systems, as well as complete and up-to-date goods. Based on these perceptions, it can be concluded that the appearance of Shopee and brand ambassadors did not influence the informants.

Abstract

The implementation of the GCG concept which emphasizes effective and efficient forms of company management by Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember Mangli Branch Office has not been fulfilled due to the company's limited capabilities so that it is necessary to pay attention to see how the implementation of GCG principles is carried out by companies which causes company management to be not effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in public services at the Regional Public Company Water Drinking Tirta Pandalungan Jember. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques for selecting informants were Purposive and Snowball Sampling and for testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and observation persistence. Data analysis used interactive model qualitative data analysis techniques. The results shown in this study are that the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Pandalungan Jember as a rule does not yet have regulations regarding the protection of minority interests because the Regent as the Regional Head Owner of Capital has full authority over company shares, performance measurement in this case DP3 is not based on technology utilization, performance measures for all levels are still based on moral values ​​so that they are not relevant to the company's business goals, the Mangli Branch Office has carried out its social responsibility to the community and the environment through social assistance and greening programs, and conflicts of interest and shifting of responsibility responsibilities between employees shift or lead to helping one another.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era and technology, the markets of the smartphone industry are getting bigger. Each smartphone company is competing with each other to create the most sophisticated products. This condition affected the sale of the Nokia phone, which experienced a decline in sales from 2013 until now. This brand no longer appears in consumers' minds. This is due to the need for more consumer knowledge and the perception of the Word of Mouth on Nokia. Thus, Word of Mouth is needed by Nokia to increase its sales. This research aims to analyze the effect of Word of Mouth on consumers' purchase intention of Nokia smartphones in Bandung. This research was conducted by using descriptive methods and statistical verification analysis. The population used in this study are consumers who have purchased smartphones in Bandung. The sample used in this study are consumers who use Nokia smartphones and recognize the Nokia brand, using a non-probability sampling technique of 100 respondents. The data collection process has been done through the distribution of questionnaires and several literature studies. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, while the research hypothesis will be tested using a t-test. Based on the research results, Word of Mouth positively affects consumer purchase intentions by 59.4%, with the results of hypothesis testing having a significant effect.

Abstract

As an extension of theoretical work from several socio-political approaches, such as stakeholder theory and agency theory, the purpose of this study is to examine the nonlinear effects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firms’financial performance and identify the degree of financial leverage as a channel through which CSR exerts its influence on firm financial performance. The present research was carried out in France, where the legislation on sustainable development reports is significant. Using a sample of 70 French firms listed on the SBF 120 index, a factorial interaction model is estimated for the period 2005-2014. We find that the relationship between CSR and firms’ financial performance is non linear, exhibiting an inverted U-shaped pattern. In particular, our results reveal that the CSR financial performance relationship is moderated by firms-specific factors, namely financial leverage. Our study demonstrates also the important of the evolution in the dynamic behavior of CSR effect on the financial performance firms.

Abstract

Awareness of healthy lifestyles continues to increase by 19% year on year and this is good news for Indonesia. The results of a survey conducted by a company Brand Meals Although there is an increase in Indonesian awareness of healthy lifestyles, the fact is that the obesity rate in Indonesia is quite high. Slimmingfique is a clinic that started up against the backdrop of the difficulty of addressing the problem of obesity. Most people who undergo a slimming program fail because of the absence of a support system. Slimmingfique is a slimming center that invites an individual to live a healthy lifestyle that results in an ideal weight, accompanied by several experts, namely general practitioners, nutritionists, psychiatrists, and personal trainers in running the program. This study aims to explain the operational planning of the slimmingfique business from operation design, operation delivery, and operational cost projection. Slimmingfique provides supplement products and consulting services for obese people with various programs designed to help them lose weight. The business also designed an app that can be used by users to monitor during the program as well as help with communication with slimmingfique trainers.

Abstract

Using the use of work motivation as a mediator, this study seeks to compare the direct and indirect effects of job satisfaction on employee performance because to improve employee performance the step taken has to be effective and efficient with absolute evidence. Many types of research have been showing that job satisfaction has an impact on both employee performance and work motivation. Employee performance is influenced by work motivation as well, and it is considered that work motivation could be able to mediate the impact of Job satisfaction on employee performance. Respondents in this study are all employees of PT. Satria Utama in Garut Regency. There are 87 employees in total, and path analysis, techniques ate being used to determine which path, considering both direct and indirect effects, is the most effective. The study’s findings indicate that every variable falls within the “high” category. This study’s findings also regression lines have a positive value, demonstrating the existence of both a direct and indirect effect. Based on the comparison of the regression value, it was determined that work motivation had a direct effect on employee performance at PT. Satria Utama in Garut Regency, with the direct effect value being higher than the direct effect.

Abstract

Many people think in the short term, so operational financial management becomes very important. It is very important for the financial management of an organization or individual, especially in the industrial sector, to ensure ongoing operations and achieve long-term financial goals. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that uses survey methods to collect data from panels or respondents. In this sampling, probability sampling is used. Therefore, this study involved 40 employees of PT Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. In this study, quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, t and F test, and the results of the regression equation were used. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that the income variable has a greater coefficient value than the Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude variables. Based on the simultaneous results, with Ftable 2.86 and Fcount 23.717, it can be concluded that Financial Literacy, Financial Attitudes, and Income have a significant and positive influence on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of human resource competency dimensions and work motivation on employee performance at the Surabaya Branch of the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP). It aims to determine the primary factor impacting performance within. The study utilizes a census sampling technique due to the limited population size, with all 28 employees. The resulting regression model is expressed as: Y = 0.963 + 0.798(X1) + 0.446(X2), where the validity and reliability of indicators are assured. The model aligns with classical assumptions, emphasizing the predominant role of human resource competency (X1) with a coefficient of 0.798, followed by work motivation (X2) at 0.446. The findings indicate that the combined effect of human resource competency and work motivation significantly influences performance (69.907), thus confirming the research hypothesis. The partial correlation between human resource competency (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y) is 0.921 (92.1%). R Square underscores a robust impact of human resource competency (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance at (Y), registering at 0.848 (84.8%). In conclusion, this study underscores the vital roles of human resource competency and work motivation in shaping employee performance at.
