Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract

The purpose of music Researchis to know about study recorder in SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak, this type of research is qualitative research, that have done 9  times. The subjects of this research are class VIII A is pre-eminent class. From this research can conclude that study recorder is still not implemented yet. The teacher also not adabt the students ability with assign that has been given by the teacher, we can see from student mark on class VIII A are really unsatisfied. In the last meeting the teacher give an assignmnen for class VIII A that have 32 students, they get average of mark 65 Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, recorder, kelas VIII, SMPN 3, Kecamatan Singkarak

Abstract

The creation of a dance work called "Basawuik Kato Maelo Raso" aims to create creative dance works and to train as well as to educate the creative power of a choreographer to prepare ideas through innovative movements as a communicative language in a dance work. Basawik Kato Maelo Raso(interlocked words and appeared feelings) dance work is a dramatic dance work which focuses on the daily life of Minangkabau youth. Basawik Kato Maelo Raso dance work is a dance work inspired by the social phenomena of community life in traditional ceremonies such as the inauguration of penghulu (leaders), the village official events, and wedding party. Batombe tradition has the meaning as a medium to express feelings of like or dislike to the opposite sex, and it has a different response in each society.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article aimed at figuring out and describing the performance form of the Saputangan dance in Bedindang at the ceremony of Bimbang Adat at Kota Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. The design of the research was descriptive qualitative research. The object of the research was the Saputangan dance in Bedindang at the ceremony of  Bimbang Adat at Kota Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Data were obtained from the library study, observation, interview, and documentation. From the data analysis, it was found that the function of the Saputangan dance in the ceremony was as an entertainment and the performance form of the dance was dramatic. The performance of the dance included the components of series of movements, the floor design, the dancer, the music, make up and costumes, properties, the time and the place of performance. Abstract

AbstractThis article aimed to describe the choreography of Sambut Sebiduk Sehaluan dance in Martapura, East OKU Regency, South Sumatera.This research was conducted by using descriptive analysis of qualitative design. There were primary and secondary data. The object of the research was Sambut Sebiduk Sehaluan dance in Martapura. The main instrument was the researcher herself and the additional instruments were stationary and camera. The data were collected through library research, observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed based on the following theory: data collection, data reduction, interpretation, and making inference. The result showed that the analysis was seen from the form and the content of the dance. The form of the dance included the dancers (5female dancers), movement (15 original motives), floor pattern (straight line and V straight line), top design (dominated by the low-top design), group composition (simultaneously and alternately), music (kulintang tanjung kemala), costume and make-up (baju kurung and red songket of Tanjung Batu; beautiful make-up). The content included: idea of Sambut Sebiduk Sehaluan was created in order to greet special guests visiting Martapura and atmosphere of this dance were happiness, peace and elegance. Keywords: review of Dance choreography, Greet Sebiduk Favors

Abstract

Abstract The sudy aims to find out the techniques of learning assessment of dance and the obstacles encountered in designing dance techniques of learning assessment in SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung. This study used desciptive qualitative approach. The research instrument was the researcher and was assisted by supporting instruments such as audio visual stationery and smartphone. Techniques of Data collection were carried out by taking library studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps in  analyzing data were collecting, describing  and making data conclusions. The result shows that the assessment techniques that are performed by the cultural arts teacher (Dance) in SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung are performance, product, project, portfolio and practice appraisals. Meanwhile, the obstacles in designing assessment techniques in SMP 1 Pulau Punjung are difficulties in choosing material and determining assessment indicators. So it can be concluded that not all assessments based on the curriculum 2013 can be carried out optimally, because of the limited ability of teacher’s can not be carried out properly because in addition to the constraints of students and the training room, it can also be seen from the limited hours of cultural arts lessons making it difficult for the teacher to implement all assessment techniques. Keywords: teacher assessment techniques, dance practices, cultural arts

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe the traditional dance study with method of peer tutors in SMP 1 Superior Bukittinggi. This type of research is research experiments. Test skills (psychomotor) students in learning dance with wiraga indicators, wirama, wirasa, property, floor patterns. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection is done by way of observation, study and library test appearances. And data were analyzed using t-test paired sample t test (paired t-test). The results showed that there is a difference between learning outcomes students learn the art of dance with the application of peer tutor methods with conventional approaches to learning outcomes. This can be seen from the average value of experimental class learning outcomes i.e. 87,66, while the average value of control class learning outcomes i.e. 84.57. Then strengthened again with the results of hypothesis testing where tc­ount > tta­ble (9,989 > 2,0021). Then H1 accepted and H0 is rejected.Keywords: Peer tutors, learning methods of dance

Abstract

Abstract   This research aims at describing the implementation of Basic Keyboard musical instrument at SMP Negeri 9 Padang. This qualitative research used descriptive methods. Main instrument of the research was the researcher herself supported by tools to collect the data, such as, observation note, and documentation. Therefore, technique of collecting data refered to field observation technique. The result of the research showed that the learning of keyboard at the junior high school could not enter to technique of playing as a whole. As it should be started by introducing every part of the keyboard, how to use them, fingers technique, chord knowledge, figures notations and then supporting by the explanation about musical material. It was done as the students has lack of knowledge about the implementation of learning keyboard at SMP Negeri 9 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of acoustic guitar extracurricular. This research belongsto a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The Data analysis started from data collection stage, reduction stage, data presentation stage, and the conclusion stage. Data validity testwasconducted by extending observations and increasing persistence.The results of this study indicate that: (1) extracurricular planning includes: a. the material taught is carried out in steps, b. The method used is the lecture method, demonstration method, question and answer method, and assignment method, (2) extracurricular implementation includes: initial activities, core activities, and final activities, (3) learning evaluation includes evaluation of the process seen from the discipline, activeness, and motivationof the students. Thelearning outcome evaluationis conductedby using indicators of technique, material, and appearanceon students’ demonstration. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that the school continues to maintain music extracurricularso that students can continue to develop in music. Through the extracurricular of music, especially in acoustic guitar extracurricular, it is hoped that it can accommodate students who want to develop talents in the music field.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to explain the students' motivation in participating in the activities of self-development of dance in Junior High School 28 Kecamatan Kuranji Padang. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive method. The object of this research is in the seventh grade students of SMPN 28 Kecamatan Kuranji Padang. Which followed the self-development activities amounted to 40 students. The data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with a qualitative approach model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that from forty 40 students who participated in the self-development of dance, and 30 students who are not motivated, due to the lack of student motivation in training he bersunguh- not really, and a lot of joking in training only 10 righteous - properly motivated towards self-development activities of the art of dance. It can be concluded that the students have the motivation to dance. Most of the students who follow the development of the art of dance expressed themselves motivated to dance. Abstract

Abstract This article aims to describe the character building through self development activity at SMP N 3 Payakumbuh. The focus of the research was ensamble music activity, by adding character building in it. The research was conducted using qualitative type. The object of this research was the students of SMP Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. The research instrument was the researcher itself and assisted by stationery and photo cameras. The techniques of data collection were observation, documentation and interviews. Then, the technique of data analysis was done by gathering the data, describing the data and conclude the data. The results showed character building were carried out with application of the discipline and responsible values which are addressed to teachers and students who follow the activities of self- development ensamble music. Keywords:           Character Education, Student, Ensambel Music, Self Development
