Abstract

This study aims to describe students' creative thinking skills using science, technology, engineering, mathematics learning models for elementary school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, with preparatory steps, field work, and data analysis. Sources of data are all students of class V SDN 001 Salo totaling 21 students, consisting of 7 male students and 14 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used were student observation sheets and teacher interview guidelines. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that students' creative thinking skills were at a moderate level. The teacher knows the learning models of science, technology, engineering, mathematics but is not skilled in its implementation. The conclusion of this study is that students' creative thinking skills are classified as moderate because teachers are less skilled in applying science, technology, engineering, mathematics learning models in their learning. Teacher training and assistance is needed so that they can apply the science, technology, engineering, mathematics learning models which are believed to be able to improve the creative thinking skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is a measure of literacy and numeracy achievement that is used to map the quality of education in Indonesia with international standards. How important is AKM training because it increases teacher competence to develop a learning framework that leads to student reasoning in literacy and numeracy and character surveys. The purpose of this analysis is to ensure that the AKM training for teachers greatly impacts the development of the learning framework and motivates teachers to participate in the training enthusiastically and apply it consistently to students. This analysis uses a literature review method taken from various reading sources and the analysis that has been carried out. The findings in this study are teachers still use a standard learning framework by providing an assessment that is limited to testing memory. The results of this study are recommendations for teachers to be enthusiastic about developing competencies and become study material for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to knowing whether there is a significant relationship between the application of the pancasila student profile in civics learning and student independence. This study was conducted because there are students whose character have not been seen, especially in independence. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative. The sample used was 59 students from all fourth grade students at Public Elementary School Susukan 07 there is IV A and IV B. The research instrument used is a questionnaire containing statements to obtain data on the profile of pancasila students and students learning independence. The data hypothesis used in this study is Pearson Correlation and the result obtained are significant values 0.72 > 0.05, which means there is no significant correlation between the profile of pancasila students in civics learning and student learning independence. The conclusion of this study is because the data obtained is greater than significant level of 0.05, it can be concluded that Hₐ is rejected and H₀ is eccepted.

Abstract

This study examines the low ability of orientation and mobility of low vision students in Polewali State Special School. The data collection technique used is an action test. The subjects in this study were 1 low vision student in class X at Polewali State SLB. This study uses an experimental method using Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. With the application of the watchful companion technique, it can improve the orientation and mobility skills of low vision students. The data obtained were analyzed through descriptive statistics and displayed graphs. The results of this study concluded that through the application of a watchful companion technique, the ability of orientation and mobility of low vision students of class X at SLB Negeri Polewali could be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe thematic learning based on communication intelligence of elementary school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, with pre-field, field, and data analysis steps. The data sources were the fifth grade teacher and all fifth grade students of SDN 013 Rambah, totaling 25 students consisting of 12 male students and 13 female students. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation, and interviews. The research instrument used was teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique was carried out by qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the thematic learning based on communication intelligence of elementary school students was in the medium category. The conclusion of this study is that thematic learning based on student communication intelligence is classified as moderate because teachers who apply thematic learning in elementary schools implement thematic learning well. Teachers must pay more attention to every intelligence possessed by each student and teachers must apply learning methods that are in accordance with these intelligences.

Abstract

This study examines the application of learning models Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending (CORE) in improving learning outcomes science material relationship of style and motion in fourth grade students in UPTD SD Negeri 46 Parepare. The type of research used is Class Action Research (PTK) using a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the focus of the process and the focus of the results. The subjects of this study were teachers and fourth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 46 Parepare, as many as 32 students consisting of 13 men and 19 women. Data is obtained through test techniques, observations, and documentation. The results showed that in the first cycle the results of observation of teacher activity were 83% with good categories and observation of student activity was 72,91% with enough categories. In the second cycle, there was an increase in the results of observation of teacher activity to 89% with good categories and observation of student activity to 85,93% with good categories. The results were related to learning outcomes, in the first cycle only 53% were completed with an average of 73,75. In the second cycle increased to 87,5% of students who completed with an average of 86,25. The conclusion of this research is through the application of learning models Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending (CORE) on the material of the relationship of style and motion can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students UPTD SD Negeri 46 Parepare.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the inductive learning model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of elementary school students. The research method used is a quasi-experimental research method. Quasi-experimental design used pre-test post-test. The research population was 50 students. The research sample consisted of 28 students with 14 students in the experimental class composition in elementary school A and 14 students in the control class in elementary school B. The data collection technique used was to measure students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The research instrument used was a test sheet for the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts. The data analysis technique was carried out using quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the ability to understand mathematical concepts of the group of students who used the inductive learning model in elementary school A was higher than the ability to understand mathematical concepts of the control group in elementary school B. The inductive learning model had a significant effect on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students in elementary school A. Learning model inductive reasoning must continue to be applied by the teacher so that the understandings of other students can develop optimally.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan metode kartu bergambar dalam meningkatkan karakter dan kemampuan membaca permulaan Siswa  di Kota Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian adalah Lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapana metode bermain kartu kata dalam meningkatkan karakter dan membaca permualaan siswa di kota makassar dapat meningkatkan karakter dan kemapuan membaca permulaan siswa hal tersebut berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada siklus II  dimana nilai  karakter yaitu 94,11 % dan kemampuan membaca prmulaan mengalami peningkatan dengan jumlah rata-rata nilai yaitu 94,11%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, test and find out whether or not there is an influence of the STAD model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian class V of SDN Bahagia 06 Bekasi. Metode Quasi Experimental, type Posttest-Only Control Group Design.  The study population of all students of class V. Samples numbered 57 from classes V-C and V-E. Cluster Random Sampling data retrieval techniques. The research instrument in the form of an objective consists of 40 questions tested in the V-D class, the number of students is 26.  Uji validity muse Biserial Point Correlation obtains 30 valid and 10 drops.  Uji reliability using KR-21 obtained rcount 0.883 with high reliability.  Uji normalitas use Lilliefors. Data were obtained from the control class and experiments were tested with homogeneity using fisher tests, group data were obtained.  The results of the hypothesis test t count 6.916 significant 0.05 will reject H0. The results of the study concluded that there was an influence on the STAD model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian class V of SDN Bahagia 06 Bekasi.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze and find out whether or not there is an average influence of the learning outcomes of grade 5 students in the use of the Quizizz platform in learning Sciences (IPA) at SDN Cipinang Melayu 10 Pagi. The use of the method is carried out using the True Experimental Design method of the Pretest-Posttest Control Group design. The sample of the study was carried out consisting of 48 students, classes 5A and 5B. The type of test instrument performed is a multiplechoice test. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the help of Microsoft Excel, and also SPSS 26.0 in normality tests using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, levene test, and independent sample t-test. The results of the study obtained there was no difference in the average learning outcomes of science using the Quizizz platform and also conventional methods, obtained in the t-test hypothesis test showed a value of 0.482 at α = 0.05. So that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected so that it shows that there is no difference in the average results of learning science in grade 5 SDN Cipinang Melayu 10 Pagi which is significant.
