Abstract

This research describes how management library in improving student reading interest in the MAN range. The purpose of this research is to know the: (1) planning the library in improving student reading interest, (2) organizing the library in improving student reading interest, (3) the implementation of the program library in increasing interest in reading (4) the supervision of library in increasing interest in reading. This study uses qualitative methods, because it is intended to explain the behaviour of the head of the madrasa, the head of the library, teachers, and students in the implementation of the management of the library to improve the reading interests of students. Data collection techniques used consisted of interviews, observation and study of the document. While the data analysis was done with the reduction of data, exposure data and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The findings of this research there are four, namely: first; Planning Library in improving student reading interest in the MAN Range involving the head of the madrasa, the Committee, head of libraries, librarians, and students. Such personnel collaborated in planning the program library, with the purpose of preparing a guide to activities to avoid errors and unintended failure in determining a plan library as well as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in their implementation. Second; Organizing library MAN Range is done by creating an organizational structure and Division of tasks Library Manager library, in accordance with their respective personal ability and has never followed a training library. The third; The implementation of the program library in improving student reading interest in the MAN Range is done after the process of planning and organizing library along with the staff of the library has been the realization of a variety of programs it works with full commitment and responsibility. The implementation of the programme of work perpustakaanpengaturan hours of compulsory reading for students of every class have been scheduled every week, program services read the book and borrow a book in the library will receive rewards or awards. Fourth; The supervision of library in improving student reading interest carried the head of the Madrasa, the caretaker Committee, head of the library. This form of surveillance carried out in accordance with the basic tasks and functions, by monitoring and evaluating the results of the performance of the head library mainly ketercapaian work programme library.

Abstract

The construction of the student/students in increasing faith, devotion and noble character is very important given to learners to achieve the vision of the education of the nation makes the younger generation into the golden generation the hope of the nation. Boarding schools that are rising and got a good reception from the community of North Sumatra one is boarding Raudlatul Hasanah terrain. Researchers interested in researching and knowing the model of planning, implementation and supervision of student mentoring programme in order to increase faith, devotion and noble character santri. Researchers in collecting data method had been completed the interview, observation and document studies field. The result is one Hasanah Islamic boarding school Raudlatul best boarding school in Northern Sumatra have been doing various methods in order to coaching students in boarding schools.Among the methods and work done are conditioning methods, methods of coercion and kept students with positive activities, the provision of a conducive environment for the students, giving the example of the nanny, optimize wearing a sticker and writings that contain the motivation to live, and the existence of reward as well as a punishmen. Boarding school management in terms of supervision of students has been optimizing cooperation between students and ustadz pesantren. Students through the Organization of boarding and OPRH (Organization of the Pesantren Raudlatul Hasanah), while under the leadership of ustadz head of Parenting that includes 4 sections.

Abstract

Supervision or often called supervision is a very important activity in the practice of education. Supervision activities are needed as control activities for all educational activities to direct, supervise, foster and control the achievement of all educational objectives, further this activity also has responsibility in improving the quality of education, both the process and the results, so that supervisory activities are carried out from the planning stage to the evaluation stage which will function as a feed back follow-up to improve and improve the quality of education towards better those who are classified as successful are those who always emphasize academic activities, always monitor and always supervise academic activities.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the seminary became the most rightful heirs over the scientific literature is the corpus of Islam. This expression is really reasoned, at least there is the inherent self cultur pesantren which to this day still consistently maintained classical text or commonly known as the ‘Yellow Book’ remains taught. Boarding school to this day still are believed by most Muslims as Islamic institutions which are able to create integration between science and religion knowledge. At the same time boarding school also became the only hope to be able to understand and protect rigid and erroneous doctrine that flourished in the midddle of new modernization. That's why the existence of boarding school is urgently needed. With the use of field research, the following description will to try presents the innovations undertaken by Seminary Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah from the educational system.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to find out if there is a signifikn between the influence of counselling group against the personality of the student. The problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of the tutoring service group towards the development of students ' self. This research uses a quantitative approach to the technique of korelasional. The population of this research are all students of SMA Negeri 2 Binjai, sampled in this study are students of Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Binjai, a total of 72 people. The instruments used are the now, the data analyzed by Product Momment Correlation. Based on the results of research that has been done, then the research can be inferred the existence of a variable group tutoring service influence towards the development of students ' self of 0.963.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the history of standing Jam'iyyatul Washliyyah al ulama-ulamanya, as well as its role in the world of education. An editorial is not a Government which was established to unite the Muslims who have been dipecahbelah by the Netherlands colonizers. This study uses methodologi study historical documents where information – information relating to the history of the al Washliyah collected and later analysis and made a conclusion. The interview is also used to get the current information-information that concerned about education that are in al Washliyah. This study found that al Washliyah a lot of plays to educate the community through vocabulary-madrasa or school that they founded schools ranging from low to medium-sized school. While the curriculum which applies is stacked to approach mastery books the turath Al-Shaafa'i bermazhab. Washliyah also has a lot of bearing the scholars that now is given a significant role for the the advancement of Muslims and the State, not only in the territory of Indonesia, but also the territory formerly called Archipelago.

Abstract

The success of instilling spiritual values (faith and devotion to God Almighty.) in a self learner, is associated with a factor of education system, namely the method of education educators in conveying messages ilahiyah, because with the right method, the subject matter will be easily controlled by the learners. In Islamic education, the educational methods used need to be able to do a thorough approach towards human beings, including the physical and spiritual dimensions (outward and batiniah), although there is no one type of method the most appropriate education achieving goals with all the circumstances. Rasul saw. Since the beginning of the education methods in exemplifying the right against his companions. Learning strategies which he did very accurate in conveying the teachings of Islam. Rasul saw. very attentive to the situation, conditions and character of a person, so that Islamic values can be transferred properly. Abstract

In the principles of islamic Jurisprudence (Ushul Alfiqh) The Conflict of proofs (ta’arudl) can be terminated by using some procedures; activating use of all proofs (I’malu Dalilain) with collecting(al-jam’u) or adjusment of two proofs (taufiq) or specification (takhsis) or restricting the absolute word (taqyid) or explanation/clarification of global statement (bayan al-mujmal); activating use of one proof (I’malu ihda dalaail) with abrogation (nasakh) or preferring (tarjih) ; pending use of all proofs (tawaqquf) or aborting use of all proofs (tasaquth). But when, particularly, the indication meaning (dilalah) of Alquran and the indication meaning (dilalah) of Hadist contradict, and when all prosedures above are useless, it would be preferred the indication meaning (dilalah) of Hadist to meet with the the indication meaning (dilalah) of Alquran.
