Abstract

ABSTRACT The history of Islamic education in Indonesia has been started in the early XX century AD until today it is quite a long journey. Where quite drastic developments occurred during the old order and continued to develop during the new order. As an educational institution, madrasas are institutions that grow and develop by and from society, as well as for societies that are full of Islamic cultural meanings, whether they are recognized or not, madrasas have traveled a long journey of civilization in realizing the formation of a national personality which is full of changes, however madrasas are reluctant to let go of their original meaning in accordance with their cultural ties, namely Islamic culture. Abstract

In the context of Islamic education the leader has a strategic position. Leader as a skipper in determining where to go. Leadership in Islamic educational institutions is both a process and a key one. The role of the leader as the initiator in order to create cooperation among existing resources, in this case the process of influencing is the main task of a leader. The role of leadership in realizing superior education can be implemented through the accuracy given, the application of penalties and rewards to all stake holders, the commitment of leaders and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructures or facilities that support the smooth process of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research was conducted on community service through professional teacher training activities at MTs Islamiyah Gunting Saga aims to: (1) know the context of professional teacher training in MTs Islamiyah Gunting Saga, (2) know the input of professional teacher training in MTs Islamiyah Gunting Saga, (3) know the process of training professional teachers in MTs Islamiyah Gunting Saga, (4) know the professional teacher training products in MTs Islamiyah Gunting Saga. This research was conducted using cipp model program evaluation method (Context, input, process, and product). Data collection is done by interviewing techniques, observations and documentation. Guarantee the validity of data using triangulation (cross-examination), both triangulation between methods and between informants. While the analysis techniques are carried out with data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are four, namely: (1) analysis of the context of professional teacher training in MTs Islamiyah is the realization of the MOU between STIT Al Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara and Madrasah Islamiyah Gunting Saga, because there are still many MTs Islamiyah Gunting Saga teachers who have not PLPG / PPG, and the need for continuous teacher training after certification, (2) input analysis of professional teacher training of doctoral qualified trainers, providing teaching materials in the form of power points, there is the provision of insight expansion reading books, explaining the purpose of training, (3) analysis of the professional teacher training process there is the opening of the event, madrasah leadership speech, and STIT Al Ittihadiyah, forming a class format (U) to facilitate dialogue, there are assistant coaches, and moderators, there are, (4) analysis of training products attitude to training is very positive, the importance of completing the facilities / infrastructure of active learning, the expectation of increased teacher incentives , participants get certificates and expectations of continuous training.

Abstract

An important aspect of learning is evaluation. Jurisprudence learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is one of the PAI lessons that study religious fiqh which concerns understanding the ways of implementing the pillars of Islam and their implementation in everyday life. The purpose of this article is to describe the principles of Jurisprudence assessment, the Jurisprudence evaluation technique in MI, the Jurisprudence Assessment Instrument in MI, Processing and Reporting of the Jurisprudence Evaluation Results in MI. This research method is library research method. The results of this study are: the objectives of fiqh learning for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah are emphasized on knowledge, experience, and habituation of the simple implementation of Islamic law in the form of worship and daily behavior as well as the provision of subsequent education. Jurisprudence evaluation and assessment techniques at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah for all basic competencies include attitude (affective), knowledge (cognitive) and skills (prikomotor). The principle of learning assessment can be said to be carried out well if the implementation adheres to three principles, namely: a) Overall principles; b) The principle of sustainability; c) The principle of objectivity. Broadly speaking, there are two parts of evaluation techniques that educators can use in finding the necessary information, namely: Tests and Non-tests. In this non-test, evaluation techniques include: Ratting; Quastionaires; Interview; Observation; Documentation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the leadership of the head of the madrasah in building a school climate, and the role model of the head of the madrasah in building a school climate in the private Al Washliyah 49 Madrasah Aliyah, Asahan Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research approach, through observation, interviews, and document review. This method is used for several considerations, first adjusting this method is easier when dealing with reality. Second, this method directly presents the nature of the relationship between researcher and respondent. Third, this method is more sensitive and can adapt to a lot of sharpening the joint influence on the value patterns faced. The targets of the interviews / respondents in this study included the head of madrasah, deputy head of madrasah, and teachers and all madrasah members. The formulation of the research problems are 1) What is the type of leadership of the head of the madrasah in building a school climate in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49, Asahan Regency; 2) How is the exemplary leadership of the head of the madrasah in building a school climate in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49, Asahan Regency; 3) How is the interpersonal communication of the head of madrasah in building a school climate in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49, Asahan Regency. The results of the research findings include 1) the type of leadership of the headmaster of a democratic and fatherly madrasah, 2) the exemplary role of the head of the madrasah which is applied including providing maximum service to all school members. 3) In building a school climate in this madrasah, the principal always uses harmonious communication to all school members

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pembelajaran di TK Pelangi Kualuh Hulu Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Secara terperinci tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) untuk mengetahui penyusunan program/rencana pembelajaran, (2) untuk mengetahui pelaksaan program pembelajaran, (3) untuk mengetahui evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang mengungkapkan data berupa kata-kata dari informan dan objek yang diteliti sebagaimana adanya. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian dimaksud, maka teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, paparan data dan penerikan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik penjaminan data adalah terdiri dari triangulasi (pengecekan silang), antar metode dan triangulasi data antar informan. Pelaksanaan progam pengajaran di TK Pelangi dilakukan tiga orang guru sebagai informan dan mengoservasi peserta didik 22 orang di kelas B. Ada tiga temuan penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama; Penyusunan program pembelajaran di TK Pelangi Kualuh Hulu Kabupaten Labura sudah disusun oleh kepala sekolah bersama dengan guru-guru, terbukti dari adanya rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian, jadwal kegiatan pembelajaran harian, yang juga ditemukan adanya dukungan fakta dokumen RPPH selama 4 hari. Kedua; Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung pada dua rombongan belajar kelas A dan kelas B yang dikelola oleh dua orang guru dan satu kepala sekolah dengan langkah-langkah kegiatan pra pembeljaran, kegiatan awal pembelajaran, kegiatan inti pembelajaran, dan kegiatan penutup. Ketiga; evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan pada alokasi waktu penutup sebagai proses akhir untuk menilai capaian peserta didik atas kompetensi yang ditetapkan sebagaimana dalam perencanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools play an independent role in exploring the potential of the surrounding community to improve the quality of religion. This is because there are so many problems of the people of this era, especially in understanding religious ideology. The rise of understanding Radikaslime Pancasila which gives the impact of confusion of thinking for the community, especially students in understanding religion. This article focuses on the strategy of the Ummul Qurok Islamic boarding school Klego Boyolali in preventing religious radicalism against its students. Descriptive qualitative research approach with interviews and observations as well as interactive analysis. The results of the study that universal and contextual understanding of religion, namely understanding the text of the Qur'an and hadith contextually adapted to the times, cannot be separated from knowing asbabul al-nuzul or asbabul wurud. The strategic strategies of the Ummul Qurok Klego Boyolali Islamic boarding school include religiosity, namely increasing the religiosity of the students, both in the relationship with God and with human relations which are contained in Honesty, Totokromo (courtesy) and Rumongso (Feelings). The ideology of pesantren in the field of faith, the values of the soul of the pesantren are sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah and freedom. Abstract

From the perspective of the ulumul Qur'an, the verses of Allah are actually divided into two, namely the kauniyah verse and the qauliyah verse. The qauliyah verse is God's verse contained in the Qur'an while the kauniyah verse is God in the form of the universe. In the Qauliyah verse Allah also tells a lot about the universe. In order to address these problems, it is necessary to have the concept of integration between religion and science in the world of Islamic education. This study discusses the offer of the concept of integration of Islam and science, especially in biology class XII Madrasah 'Aliyah Curriculum 2013. This research is library research, using a descriptive approach method. The data used were obtained from primary data in the form of the Qur'an and its interpretation as well as biology module class XII Madrasah 'Aliyah Curriculum 2013. While secondary sources in the form of literature that supports primary sources. The method of data collection using the documentation method, in the form of the Qur'an and its interpretation as well as other relevant references. The validity of the data used is construct validity and content validity. Furthermore, data analysis using Content analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are 33 verses in the Qur'an that discuss biology with material on growth and development, human heredity, and evolution.

Abstract

Actually, this research was conducted with the aim of looking at the existence and at the same time the role of the Islamic Religious Counselor (PAI) Kec. Medan Johor in reducing anxiety for the Muslim community of Medan Johor, Medan City in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in the area of KUA Kec. Medan Johor by using social situations, namely all 10 Islamic religious instructors in Medan Johor and the community using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The research method used is a survey and naturalistic method with qualitative descriptive data processing. This research was conducted for 6 months. While the data sources of this study were obtained based on observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be found that: 1) That PAI Kec. The 10 Medan Johors are at the forefront of providing guidance and counseling for the community in increasing faith and worship practices in daily life. And also in terms of development, namely the development of people's mental attitudes so that they can always live according to Islamic teachings, 2) PAI as a profession and spearhead of government in conveying religious messages in government language. PAI in carrying out the task of guidance and counseling in the district. Medan Johor based on a decree from the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province and the technical guidance from the Ministry of Religion's Guidance for Medan City, 3) PAI Kec. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Medan Johor was active in providing guidance and counseling both face-to-face and through the media to private fostered groups in their respective kelurahan and jointly assisted groups, namely PWBI Kwala Bekala. PAI directly conducts guidance and counseling face to face once a month with the theme "Muslims in the Corona period" which is divided into several subtitles. Meanwhile, you can indirectly upload materials, both written and video, on social media such as YouTube channels, whatshap groups, Instagram, and Facebook.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the learning program in TK Pelangi Kualuh Hulu, North Labuhanbatu Regency. In detail, the objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the preparation of learning programs/plans, (2) to determine the implementation of learning programs, (3) to determine the evaluation of learning. This study uses a qualitative method, which reveals the data in the form of words from the informants and the objects studied as they are. To answer the research objectives, the data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations, and document studies. While the analysis technique used is data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. Then the data assurance technique consists of triangulation (cross checking), between methods and triangulation of data between informants. The implementation of the teaching program in TK Pelangi was carried out by three teachers as informants and observing 22 students in class B. There were three findings of this study, namely: First; The preparation of the learning program at the Pelangi Kualuh Hulu Kindergarten in Labura Regency has been prepared by the principal together with the teachers, as evidenced by the daily learning implementation plan, daily learning activity schedule, which also found support for the 4-day RPPH document. Second; The implementation of learning takes place in two study groups class A and class B which are managed by two teachers and one principal with pre-learning activities, initial learning activities, core learning activities, and closing activities. Third; learning evaluation is carried out at the closing time allocation as the final process to assess the student's achievement of the competencies specified as in the lesson plan.
