Abstract

Islam is actually more than just a religion but a perfect civilization. Islam teaches how to form a culture and the process towards further shaping civilization in the development of human life. This research uses the literature study method that relies on bibliographical sources from books and articles in scientific journals. The results of this study show, among others: 1) The influence of Islam as a religion that has a concept of rules so that it must be implemented in human life to achieve a perfect civilization. 2) The development factor of a civilization a) Islamic view of life as a foundation for building Islamic civilization, b) The development of science, c) Social and political stability. Then some of the factors for the decline of a civilization a) Injustice and injustice, b) Division and strife, c) Moral depravity.

Abstract

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan mutu guru dan tenaga kependidikan Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Islamiyah Padanggarugur. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) tahapan-tahapan rencana strategis yang dilakukan kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu guru dan tenaga kependidikan Islam di MTs Swasta Islamiyah Padang Garugur, (2) susunan rencana strategis kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu guru dan tenaga kependidikan Islam di MTs Swasta Islamiyah Padang Garugur, (3) keterlibatan personil madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu guru dan tenaga kependidikan Islam di MTs Swasta Islamiyah Padang Garugur. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dari pihak-pihak terkait dalam kepentingan data penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru mata pelajaran PAI. Selanjutnya adapun hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru dan tenaga kependidikan diawali dengan perencanaan dan kemudia merumuskan rencana dan melaksanakannya. Adapun perencanaan yang di rumuskan kepala sekolah yaitu (1)merumuskan tujuan (2)merumuskan komponen-komponen dan aturan-aturan penting (3) melaksanakan kebijakan. Dalam merumuskan suatu kebijakan, kepala madrasah melakukan musyawarah terlebih dahulu dengan para guru dan staf yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to examine how the development and controversy of Sufism in Indonesia. Falsafi Sufism has developed quite rapidly in the archipelago, the Islamization of the early generations was colored by the teachings of Sufism, marked by Islam being quickly accepted by the natives who were initially familiar with the mystical Hindu-Buddhist influence. That sufism played a role in that early period was philosophical Sufism which can be categorized as a mystical type of infinity whose manifestation is identical to the wujudiyah development of Ibn Arabi's tajalliyat theory. Along with the development of philosophical Sufism in Indonesia, the teachings of philosophical Sufism have experienced debate and controversy among the Sufis themselves. The debate arose, apart from the difference in the interpretation of Ibn Arabi's doctrine, it was also triggered by differences in the socio-political factors of each of the disputing parties. So that the debate led to groups within it, namely First, groups of supporters of the Wahdat al-wujud understanding; second, groups that oppose the Wahdat al-wujud understanding; and third, the moderate group led by Abd Rauf Singkel. Abstract

Curriculum evaluation is a systematic effort to collect information about a curriculum to be implemented as a “material” for consideration of the value and meaning of the curriculum in a particular context. In fact, curriculum evaluation includes the entire curriculum or each curriculum component, including the objectives, content and learning methods. This paper examines the implementation of curriculum evaluation at MTs Al-Jihad. The focus of the discussion is oriented towards the aspect of curriculum evaluation as part of the management system, evaluation of madrasah performance, and evaluation of the state of students in the last 3 years. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. As for the results of this study indicate that (1) implementation of curriculum evaluation is a form of final measurement and assessment in an implementative cycle of educational activities, the review is focused on planning, implementation, monitoring and assessment; (2) achievements as part of the existence of the institution in demonstrating the progress of the educational process have been achieved well by MTs Al-Jihad, this is evidenced by 4 regional achievements in 2019, 2 achievements at the District / City level in 2018, 1 achievement at the District / City level. in 2017, and 1 achievement at the district / city level in 2016; (3) aspects of the condition of students in the last 3 years (2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020) have always increased, even in the 2020/2021 school year before registration was opened, 35 registrants were recorded. Thus, this evaluative review shows that there has been an increase in the quality of institutions in a comprehensive manner at MTs Al-Jihad.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mendiskusikan permasalah penting dan menarik, yaitu pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan Islam berbasis teori edutainment. Tulisan ini mengandalkan sumber bibliografis berupa buku dan artikel yang berada di jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan. Pembacaan data pemikiran para akademisi dengan menggunakan pendekatan konstruktif kritis dan pemaknaan substansinya dengan analisis isi. Adapun permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan materi dan proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berbasis edutainment. Berdasarkan telaah yang telah penulis lakukan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa materi pendidikan Islam bila diintegrasikan kedalam prinsip pembelajaran berbasis edutainment, pada prinsipnya hendaknya materi tersebut disajikan berdasarkan prinsip relevansi. Sementara proses pembelajaran pendidikan Islam berbasis edutainment dapat diformulasikan melalui beberapa upaya sebagai berikut: Ciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung aktivitas belajar, ciptakan minat belajar yang tinggi, kenali gaya belajar siswa, terapkan pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas, rancang pembelajaran kolaboratif, gunakan pendekatan inquiry discovery.

Abstract

Choosing the right teaching and learning strategy is very important in the learning process. The learning strategy consists of all components of learning material and procedures or stages of learning activities used by educators in order to help students achieve certain learning objectives. The learning strategy is an action plan including the use of methods and the use of various resources in learning, strategies are formulated to achieve certain goals. The learning material of the Qur'an Hadith has a more dominant affective domain, so that when learning this material takes place without touching the affective domain, it can be ascertained that the learning objectives are not achieved optimally. There are various kinds of learning methods and techniques that will be used by educators, but not all of them are equally effective in achieving learning goals. This requires the creation and innovation of teachers in choosing strategies. Learning the Koran Hadith which is an important part of Islamic education also contributes to the achievement of national education. Learning Al-Quran Hadith is the provision of knowledge or reading skills from educators to students so that students can have knowledge and skills about the Qur'an Hadith.

Abstract

The urgency of educational media as assistive equipment in delivering educational modules is also on the flannel board media which aims to improve students' conceptual descriptions in mastering the water cycle module lessons. The results of the research and development that were tried shared an explanation that: the Flannel Board Media product that has been raised is "very feasible" to be used after passing the validation test from learning media experts with a percentage value of 97.5% and education module experts with a percentage value of 100%, after that seen from the results of practicality testing through product trials in the main field by the teacher, the percentage value was obtained 100% and students obtained a percentage value of 85.56% so that "very instant" was used like an educational medium and "efficient" was used in education. Flannel Board media is valid, instant and efficient to improve students' conceptual descriptions in the Water Cycle module.

Abstract

Islamic civilization had record as a gold in the trajectory of the world history due to the development of science and technology. The enthusiasm and motivation for knowledge from the Qur’an and Hadits as a source of inspiration for Moslems made the spirit driving the rise of Islamic civilization at that time, marked by the development of science and technology. In its development, of course the emergence of science and technology in the Islamic world cannot be separated from the science and technology institutions that make the biggest contribution. This paper tries to describe several educational institutions such as hospital libraries and observatories as institutions that contribute to the development of science and technology at that time. The existence of a library is not only a place to read its name as well as to study research and also to discuss science and technology as well as the existence of a hospital not only as a place for birds but also to be a place for medical science practice and no less important

Abstract

The implementation of individual counseling should be able to form a positive self-concept of students so that students can understand themselves and develop their potential. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of individual counseling services, the implementation of individual counseling in fostering positive self-concept of students and to determine the role of individual counseling in fostering positive self-concept of students at MTs Laboratorium UIN SU Medan. This type of research is qualitative research, which examines the role of the supervisor in overcoming student learning difficulties. Based on the research results, it can be argued that the implementation of individual counseling services at MTs Laboratorium UIN SU Medan through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of evaluation results, follow-up, and reports on the results of the implementation of individual counseling service activities. There are several factors that can influence the formation of students' self-concept in the madrasah, namely age, daily appearance, family environment, friends, activities and student aspirations. The implementation of individual counseling services has a role in forming students' self-concepts. Through individual counseling services, students are directed to various activities in study groups, directed to social interaction in school, so that students are able to know and recognize their abilities and potential so that they can develop for their future needs.

Abstract

This article discusses compulsory education and education financing systems in Indonesia. The discussion uses manuscript studies. The compulsory education concept approach describes the basis of laws that regulate the right to universal education. One of the laws that govern this problem is the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 that, "Compulsory education is a minimum education program that must be followed by Indonesian citizens on the responsibility of the Government and Local Government" The State is obliged to ensure that students continue to go to school by providing tuition assistance. But the fact is that there are still many children who drop out of schooll. This article offers a solution to the problem of education costs by maximizing the government's responsibility to complete the 12 year compulsory education program. Based on APK and APM, it becomes a reference for effective and efficient work steps to allocate appropriate education funds. In the author's analysis, the compulsory education program in Indonesia is different from the compulsory education model in developed countries. This shows that there are no legal sanctions for parents who do not send their children to school. The cost of education that is borne by the State of Indonesia is more directed towards direct costs, while in developed countries the cost of education has been allocated to direct costs and indirect costs
