Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Accelerated Learning Reading Technique on the ability to write book reviews in class XI students of SMAN 1 Kisam Ilir in 2020/2021. The population of this research is class XI students consisting of 3 classes totaling 95 students. The sample of this study was two classes totaling 62 students. Class XI MIA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IIS 2 as the control class. This research method is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. In this study, an essay test was used after the end of learning (post test) to determine the students' ability to write book reviews with the implementation of Accelerated Learning technique or not. The results of data analysis on the control class without using the Accelerated Learning technique on 31 students obtained an average value of 74.19. Meanwhile, in the experimental class, the results of the data with the implementation of the Acceleraed Learning technique on 31 students obtained an average score of 77.64. This means that students' ability to write book reviews is at a very good level due to the effectiveness of Accelerated Learning's learning techniques. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test data obtained t_(count ) of 6.27. Furthermore, t_count is compared with t_(table) with a significance level of 0.05 with dk=60. It is obtained that the price of t_table = 2,000 means that t_hitung≥ t_table is 6.27 2,000. Thus, there is an effective use of Accelerated Learning learning techniques on the ability to write book reviews in class XI students of SMAN 1 Kisam Ilir.

Abstract

This study was to describe students' views on the pattern of teacher interaction that occurred in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKN) learning in class X MAS Amaliyah Sunggal, using the BIAS (Brown Interaction Analysis System) interaction analysis. The approach used is an approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects were teachers and students in class X MAS Amaliyah Sunggal. The object of the research is the students' view of the teacher's interaction pattern in learning Civics. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews. The results of the study explain that the tendency of categories that appear in learning activities in class X IPA and X IPS have differences. Based on Brown's seven categories, the categories that appear in PPKN learning in class X science are the student response category (Pupil Response (PR) where students talk more both commenting and asking questions, the interaction that occurs is a two-way interaction, this is related to speaking skills and material. categories taught. In class X Social Sciences, what appears is the category of teacher questions (Teacher Questions (TQ) where the teacher is more dominant in asking questions to students. The interaction that occurs is a two-way interaction because when the teacher asks some questions the teacher asks questions. However, it is only limited to between teachers and students or students with teachers Interactions that occur are related to the subject matter being taught and the skills that must be achieved by students after learning is complete

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out, namely: (1) Communication between teachers and students in the implementation of learning programs in the classroom. (2) communication between students and teachers in implementing learning programs in the classroom, (3) communication between students and students in implementing learning programs in class. This research is using qualitative method. Data collection uses data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation regarding communication data in the implementation of the learning program at MTs Al Ittihadiyah Pangkalan Masyhur Medan. To analyze the data used the process of data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, to ensure the validity of the data and analysis, triangulation techniques were used between interview methods, observation with documentation, and triangulation between informants. There are three kinds of research: First, the communication between teachers and students in the implementation of learning programs shows that in the role of educators and teachers they are very active, open, and persuasive. Second, the implementation of student-teacher communication is generally passive, because in the opening of learning, students only answer what the teacher communicates as a habit in their learning experience as in answering the teacher's questions, and indeed the model, strategy and teaching method are determined. Third, communication between students and students in the implementation of the learning program is carried out formally when the teacher teaches by using the lecture method interspersed with the use of questions and answers, the question and answer method, which is arranged by the teacher, or the discussion method.

Abstract

The problem of unification of the Hijri calendar which is still a question mark whether it can be realized, especially in Indonesia because of differences in the method or method in determining the initial change of the Hijri Month. In Indonesia, each Islamic Organization has quite different methods and criteria in determining the beginning of the Hijri Month, such as Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyyah, Islamic Association (PERSIS), Naqsabandiyah, AnNadzir, Washiliyah and Aboge. So then, this is the result of the emergence of differences in the beginning of fasting Ramadan, fasting Arafah, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha in Indonesia dragging on until now. Meanwhile, the government as the sole authority has made various efforts to unify the Hijri calendar in Indonesia, namely with the criteria for Neo Visibility Hilal MABIMS (3-6.4) which was just ratified on December 8, 2021. This research is a qualitative research in the form of field research, this type of research is field research, namely research whose object is about the symptoms or events that occur in community groups. However, the fact is that the difference in starting the Lunar month in Indonesia is caused by various factors, namely: Visibility factor, Nash factor, and Political factor.

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is how to manage public relations in improving pesantren services. While the objectives of this study are: (1) how to plan community relations in improving pesantren services, (2) how to implement public relations programs in improving Islamic boarding schools services, and (3) how to evaluate public relations programs in improving pesantren services. The method of this research is qualitative data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. To ensure the validity of the data, in this case cross-checking or triangulation of data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation is carried out. In addition, cross-checking was carried out by cross-checking between informants, data from pesantren foundations, checking with data from madrasa leaders and heads. Likewise, data from leadership staff was checked for correctness by checking data from teachers, and education staff at the Al Yusufiyah Huta Holbung Islamic boarding school so that the data was completely saturated or there was no variation in the data obtained. There are three findings in this study, namely: 1. Planning for community relations in improving services is carried out by means of deliberation of all elements of the pesantren, both pesantren foundations, pesantren leaders, madrasa heads, staff and teachers at work meetings every year. In the work deliberation of the Al Yusufiyah pesantren, a public relations work program was produced as a guide for pesantren activities every year as a result of joint formulation in the field of disseminating external information to the government, community, and all pesantren stakeholders.2. The implementation of the public relations program in improving the services of the Al Yusufiyah Huta Holbung pesantren in Batang Angkola sub-district includes curriculum and learning development, new student admissions and orientation, teaching and learning activities, and evaluation of student teaching and learning activities. The implementation of the public relations program in this field is carried out through sending information and external communication using brochures and pamphlets, posters, bulletins, audio, and audiovisual as well as videos, disseminating information via the web, using YouTube, about the Yusufiyah Islamic Boarding School through https://yotoube.com or http: //www.tower today.com. according to public relations programs in improving services as an external communication pesantren.3. Evaluation of Public Relations in improving the academic services of the Yusufiyah pesantren is carried out through a written report on the implementation of the public relations program given to the Yusufiyah pesantren foundation, every semester. In the elements of the report, the name of the activity, objectives, implementation of the activity, obstacles/problems encountered and alternative solutions selected in solving the problems encountered are reported.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting research at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Huda Pangkalan Susu is to determine the results of the evaluation of madrasah-based curriculum policies using the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity and responsiveness and accuracy. evaluation must continue to be carried out in order to improve program content, implementation and evaluation itself towards future curriculum innovationsThis research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, document review. The results of the study indicate that the development of a madrasah-based curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda has not been optimal due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure. Researchers suggest that teachers can still be creative and innovate even with limited facilities and infrastructure because the current independent curriculum development policy implies that teachers are able to teach freely. by optimizing one's own abilities and being able to be creative without limits so that they are able to explore and explore students' abilities so as to overcome and solve life's problems and be able to compete and exist in the world of work later.

Abstract

Evaluation of Al-Qur'an Hadith learning is intended for Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers to be able to assess how efficient and effective learning Al-Qur'an Hadith has been so far so that if learning activities are inefficient or not in accordance with the objectives of Al-Qur'an learning -Qur'an Hadith teachers can immediately fix the learning. Evaluation of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith is an activity to assess, measure the level of achievement obtained by students in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith. Learning evaluation also has various functions in the teaching and learning process, among others, as a tool to find out whether students master the knowledge, values and skills that have been given by the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teacher. Through evaluation, it will be known the level of student achievement in learning activities of Al-Qur'an Hadith, in addition to evaluating Al-Qur'an Hadith as a means of feedback for a teacher, sourced from students and as a measuring tool to determine student learning progress as well as material main learning outcomes reports to parents. In the context of evaluating learning Al-Qur'an Hadith, it is actually the same with the purpose of evaluation in general, the difference is in terms of what you want to achieve or improve and develop from student learning outcomes in terms of material, namely those related to learning Al-Qur'an Hadith. Evaluation of Al-Qur'an Hadith learning in Madrasas places more emphasis on practice or (affective aspects) as a measure of the achievement of learning outcomes. The purpose of evaluating the Al-Qur'an Hadith in Madrasas is to obtain the most appropriate or accurate information in achieving student learning outcomes (instructional goals) so that appropriate follow-up can be sought.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of parental attention and learning independence on the achievement of elementary school students during limited learning the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach of this study was quantitative correlation research with ex post facto type. The subject of this study were 110 elementary school students in Nglawu (name of a village). The sample used was 86 respondents who were selected using a proportional sampling technique with the Slovin Formula. Questionnaires, documentation, and observation were used as the instruments to collect the data. This data collected with Product Moment Correlation Test and Multiple regression test. Based on the results of the multiple regression test showed the equation model Y =34,817 + 0,231 X1 + 0,429 X2. The results of the correlation coefficient test showed that : (1) There was an influence between parental attention with student’s achievement (rcount > rtable = 0.527 > 0.2096; significance value 0.000 rtable) = 0.612 > 0.2096; significance value (0.000 < 0.05); (3) There was an influence between parental attention and independent learning together with student’s achievement (Rxy > Rtable) = 0.622 > 0.2096; the value of Sig F Change was (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies adopted by non-formal educational institutions in developing educational programs for dropout students, as well as to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing educational programs for school dropouts. This study uses a case study research design with qualitative research methods. The data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation. Test the validity of the data using an interactive analysis model from Miles & Hubbermas through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From this study, it is known that PPAP Seroja non-formal educational institutions have several strategies in developing educational programs for dropout students, namely, especially affordable education costs and facilities for underprivileged students. In the process there are several obstacles faced, especially the low enthusiasm of students to learn. The success of the development of non-formal education is supported by several factors, but the most influential factor is the presence of volunteers as educators or teachers.

Abstract

One part of the verses of the al-Qur’an contains Tarbiyah, namely education, including how to teach in the al-Qur’an. An educator must have competence in educating students during the learning process. This study will discuss how the personality competencies of educators are contained in the al-Qur’an in Surah Luqman verses 13-19 by referring to the Asy-Sya'rawi interpretation. The author uses qualitative research methods. In this study, using the type of library/ library research and content analysis approach. Therefore, the author collects the personality competencies of educators contained in the Asy-Syarawi tasfir in the al-Quran Surah Luqman verses 13-19. The author found that there are 10 personality competencies of educators contained in Tafsir Asy-Syarawi in Surah Luqman verses 13-19.
