Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai etnofarmasi tanaman obat di Desa Risa Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima berdasarkan jenis tanaman obat, spesies, famili, bagian tanaman, manfaat, cara pengolahan dan cara penggunaan tanaman obat yang dimanfaatkan masayarakat. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 31 jenis spesies tanaman obat berdasarkan nama daerah tanaman tersebut di masyarakat Desa Risa Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima. Famili tanaman yang paling banyak adalah Lamiaceae, Myrtaceae, Asteraceae, Cucurbitaceae, dan Poaceae. Bagian tanaman yang paling banyak digunakan sebagai obat yaitu bagian daun dengan persentase 68,42 %.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui , uji Efektifitas Antibakteri Infusa Umbi Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) steenis) dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Escherchia coli. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental laboratorium dengan menggunakan metode infusa dengan konsentrasi 5%, 10% dan 20% infusa Umbi Binahong, aquadest sebagai kontrol negatif, dan cotrimoksazole sebagai kontrol positif. Dilakukan replikasi sebanyak 3 kali pada setiap kelompok perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya zona hambat selama 1x24 jam dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna tiap konsentrasi atau tidak ada pengaruh perlakuan konsentrasi pada infusa Umbi Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) steenis) terhadap pertumbuhan Escherchia coli dengan rata-rata zona hambat yang dihasilkan pada konsentrasi 5% sebesar 6,5533 mm, 10% sebesar 9,5433 mm dan 20% sebesar 10,24433 mm. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa infusa Umbi Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) steenis) mempunyai efektivitas antibakteri terhadap pertumbuhan Escherichia coli.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Pasien Tentang Kontrasepsi Oral Di Puskesmas Jongaya Kecamatan Tamalate. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 45 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat pengetahuan Penggunaan pil KB (82,5%) dan tingkat pengetahuan Efek samping pil KB (85,33%). sehingga hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan kontrasepsi oral di Puskesmas Jongaya termasuk dalam kategori Baik sebanyak (84,07%).

Abstract

Asam urat biasanya diderita pria berusia 40 tahun ke atas dan wanita yang sudah menopause. Sebagian besar penderita asam urat juga memiliki penyakit lain seperti hipertensi, diabetes, penyakit ginjal. Dimana pendapat masyarakat bahwa ngilu sendi berarti asam urat, pengertian ini perlu diluruskan karena tidak semua keluhan dari nyeri sendi disebabkan oleh asam urat, untuk itu perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Dimana penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai studi untuk mengetahui pengetahuan pasien tentang aturan pakai allopurinol di Klinik Inggit Medical Centre Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dibagi kepada 34 responden yang datang berobat dan diberi resep allopurinol di Klinik Inggit Medical Centre Makassar. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan pasien tentang aturan pakai allopurinol sebesar 83,3% dimana jumlah persen menunjukkan bahwa pasien yang datang berobat tahu mengenai aturan pakai allopurinol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa alkaloid yang terdapat pada daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.). Identifikasi alkaloid dilakukan dengan metode maserasi dan dilanjutkan dengan metode Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan daun kelor positif mengandung senyawa alkaloid. Harga Rf yang didapat 0,8.

Abstract

The research has been done about the description of drug information cervices in hypertensive patients at pharmacies of Abifayruz klinik fdc (family doctor clinic) Makassar.The aim of this research is to know the description of drug information services in hypertensive patients at pharmacies of Abifayruz klinik fdc (family doctor clinic) Makassar. The method of this research is descriptive namely the data obtained by collecting the answers from questionnaires then make tabulation and scoring, and then it will be presented by making a list. Based on the research it can be inferred that hypertensive patient who accepts drug information cervices at pharmacies of Abifayruz klinik fdc, got satisfaction with percentage 74,62%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Effectiveness Of Dragon Scale Leaves (Pyrrosia piloselloides (L.) M. G. Price) As An Antipyretic In Male Marmut (Cavia porcellus) induced with 5% peptone. This study used 15 male guinea pigs which were divided into V groups. roup I was given negative control (Na. CMC 1% w/v), groups II, III and IV were given dragon scales leaf extract at a dose of 250 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, and 750 mg/kg and group V was given a positive control. (Paracetamol). previously induced with 5% peptone subcutan. measurements of body temperature rectally were carried out every 30 minutes, survived 4 hours. The results showed that the administration of dragon scales leaf extract at a dose of 250 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, and 750 mg/kg of body weight gave an antipyretic effect against male guinea pigs and the most optimal effect is obtained at a dose of 750 mg/kgBW which is 129,05% compared to paracetamol which is 146,19%.

Abstract

The storage of drug is one of management activities toward pharmaceutical preparation in order that the quality of the drug can be ensured and avoided by Physical damage, also chemistry based on the requirement decided. This research has aim to know how the process of drug storage at the Pacongkang public health center in Liliriaja distric Soppeng regency. This research used descriptive method by using Gutman scale. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the drug storage at the Pacongkang public health center, which doesn’t meet with the requirements caused by the facilities and infrastructure of the drug storage with percentage 44,44%. Meanwhile, The drug storage which suitable with the requirement with percentage 70,00% so it can be inferred that the drug storage at Pacongkang public health center doesen’t meet with the requirements yet.

Abstract

One of diseases that always happen in developing country like Indonesia is worm disesase. Mostly this disease attract the children because the immune system is weak. This research has aim to know the use level of black turmeric (curcuma aeruginosa) and combantrin. This research used descriptive method. The researcher used research instrument with questionnaire that distributed into 80 respondents by using survey. The result of this research has shown that the highest level as anthelmintic between black turmeric and combantrin as much as 64% where the total percent showed the numbers of respondents used combantrin.

Abstract

The pharmacist should always provide maximum drug information services to the patients in order that the information they got will not be hesitate with the medicine they will consume. The research has been done related to the profile of the outpatients’ satisfaction at Mamajang public health center toward the quality of drug information services. The aim of this research is to know the profile of the outpatients’ satisfaction at Mamajang public health center toward the quality of drug information. This research used descriptive method. The data were obtained by collecting the result of the answers from questionnaires with 10 questions than make tabulation, scoring then presented, where the total of samples were got as many as 96 respondents with rating scale Likert namely: satisfied, quite satisfied, not satisfied. Based on the result of the research, it can be inferred that outpatients at Mamajang public health center felt satisfied with the drug information services which is given by crew of public health center in this case on the part of pharmacist itself with percentage 85,24%.
