Abstract

This research was aimed at discovering how far the inclusive school education management in Yogyakarta 15 State Junior High School managed to improve the quality of the learning results of disability students. The education management studied in the research included the planning, implementation, evaluation, obstacle identification and the efforts conducted by the school to improve the quality of the learning results in the academic year 2014-2015. This research was a qualitative type, and the data were collected was conducted bay interviews, observation, and documentation from the beginning to the end of the research. The sources of the data consist of the principle, the vice headmaster, the teachers, counselor teachers for disabled students, the school, and parents and regular students. The validity, reliability and objectivity data were triangulation. The research results showed that the school’s education management was quite good in terms of the implementation, evaluation, and solution for the arising problems. However, the planning for the students, the counselor's teacher to disability students, and the school’s infrastructures and facilities were not optimum yet. In more details, the research results are as follows:1) The planning was not optimum because the school could not admit students with mild slow-learning problems and students with mild mental handicaps because such was not yet regulated in the school’s student admission system. 2) The of instruction implementation ran very well, with satisfactory materials for disability students; and the learning interaction between regular students and the disability students was very conducive. 3) The inclusive school education evaluation was implemented quite well. The evaluation materials were adapted to the condition of the disabled students. The curriculum evaluation was conducted at least once a year. 4) The obstacle was that the government did not provide enough infrastructures and facilities and counselor teachers for disability.students 5) To overcome the obstacle for students disability. But the school could maximize the help from regular students, the regular teachers, and the administrative staff.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SD Negeri Tlacap. Ada 4 fokus masalah yaitu; (1). Bagaimana menyusun kebijakan dan program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SD Negeri Tlacap? (2). Bagaimana kegiatan berbasis partisipatif dalam pelaksanaan Sekolah Adiwiyata di SD Negeri Tlacap? (3). Bagaimana hasil Program Sekolah Adiwiyata yang dapat dicapai selama ini? (4). Apakah kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Adiwiyata? Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri Tlacap Pendowoharjo Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan study dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini antara lain Penanaman dengan teknik hidroponik, daur ulang sampah, pembuatan kompos, kebun dan hutan sekolah, taman sekolah. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah (1) hanya 25 % guru yang berpengalaman tentang pendidikan lingkungan, (2) biaya yang direncanakan belum sesuai dengan kegiatan, (3) sistem monitoring dan evaluasi yang masih lemah. Implementation of adiwiyata school program in the elementary school AbstractThis study aims to describe Implementation of Adiwiyata School Program at Tlacap State Elementary School. There are 4 focus of arable that is (1) How to set up Adiwiyata School's policies and programs in Tlacap State Elementary School? (2). How is the participatory based activity in the implementation of Adiwiyata School in Tlacap State Elementary School? (3) How is the Adiwiyata School Program achieved so far? 4). What are the obstacles faced in the implementation of the Adiwiyata School Program? This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Research location at SD Negeri Tlacap Pendowoharjo Sleman. Data collection techniques with triangulation through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The results obtained in this study include planting with hydroponics techniques, recycling waste, compost making, gardens and school forests, school park. The obstacles faced are (1). Only 25% of experienced teachers on environmental education, (2). The planned costs are not yet in accordance with the activities, (3). The monitoring and evaluation system is still weak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui pengukuran sikap tanggung jawab siswa, (2) menghasilkan instrumen baku pengukuran sikap tanggung jawab siswa, (3) mengetahui kecenderungan sikap tanggung jawab siswa MAN 3 Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan instrumen nontes dengan metode Research and Developmet berdasarkan model Sugiyono yang dimodifikasi.Dari 52 butir instrumen diujicobakan pada28 siswa MAN 3 Bantuldikelompokkan menjadi 26 butir valensi dan 26 butir faktual.Uji validitas butir menghasilkan 42 butir valid dan reliabel.Dari 42 butir valid diujicobakan pada 216 siswa MAN 3 Bantul dan uji validitas kontruk menggunakan analisis faktor.Hasil uji validitas konstruk menggunakan analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa 41 butir instrumen pengukuran sikap tanggung jawab dinyatakan valid yang terdiri dari 22 butir faktual dan 19 butir valensi yang tersebar kedalam 6 indikator serta diperoleh adanya 11 faktor.Dengan analisis faktor dihasilkan KMO sebesar 0.809 dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0.897.Semua indikator mempunyai butir valid sehingga validitas isi terpenuhi. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi rxy = 0.464 pada taraf signifikansi 0.000 maka validitas konkuren telah memenuhi syarat. Kecenderungan sikap tanggung jawab siswa MAN 3 Bantul pada kategori tinggi sebesar 58,34%. Development of measurement instrument on students’ responsibility attitude of madrasah aliyah  AbstractThe purposes of this research are: (1) to know the measurement of students’ responsibility attitude, (2) to produce a standardized measurement instrument of students’ responsibility attitude, (3) to know the trend of students’ responsibility attitude instrumen MAN 3 Bantul. This research is research instrument development on non-test with the research and development based on the Sugiyono development model. From 52 items of instrument tried out to 28 State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) Student 3 of Bantulwhich were grouped into 26 valence items and 26 factual items. The item validity testing produce result 42 items valid and reliabel. From 42 items of instrument tried out to 216 State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) Student 3 of Bantul and was using construct validity test with factor analysis. Based on the reliability test results of 41 valid items from the result of factor analysis, consisting of 22 items for valence statements and 19 items for factual statements which was spreading into 6 indicators as well as obtaining 11 factors. The result of factor analysis KMO at 0.809 and the reliability coefficient or Croanbach's Alpha was 0.897.the content validity had been achieved whilethe requirement of concurrency validity had alsobeen fulfilledwhere the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.464 at the level of significance of 0.000. The tendency of responsibility attitude among the students of MAN 3 Bantul was categorized high at 58.34%.

Abstract

This study aims at: (1) Knowing how the level of preparedness for the National Exam in Mathematics, (2) Determining the internal factors of the students what influence the readiness to face national exam mathematics, and (3) Knowing the contribution of each variable are supposed to influence the level of preparedness of students for national examinations in Mathematics. This research has conducted the Students of State Junior High School 1st Ayah. The population was a class IX student of the Students of State Junior High School 1st Ayah totaled 252 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Sample size determination used a formula developed by Slovin. The size of the sample was 155 students. Data collection techniques used methods of documentation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis and Partial Correlation. Based on the results of research are: (1) The level of preparedness of in National Examination Mathematics at were high, (2) internal factors, such as the level of anxiety, the intensity of learning, the availability of learning facilities, family support, and (3) Contributions / contribution of each variable is supposed to influence, for example: the relative contribution (SR) mastery of the material (X ) of 45.8%, the relative contribution (SR) level of anxiety (X2) by 1.6%, the relative contribution (SR ) the intensity of study (X3) of 28.9%, the relative contribution (SR) availability of learning facilities (X4) of 10.8%, and the relative contribution (SR) family support (X5) by 13.0%. While effective contribution (SE) mastery of the material (X1) of 28.82%, the effective contribution (SE) variable levels of anxiety (X2) by 0.99%, the effective contribution (SE) the variable intensity of learning (X3) amounted to 18.18 %, effective contribution (SE) availability of learning facilities (X ) of 6.80%, and the effective contribution (SE) family support (X ) of 8.19%.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate all information about the management of the school culture including the achievement culture, characteristic, and extracurricular activity in SMA Negeri 2 Brebes in terms of election and development of school culture, conviction and assumption of school culture, target of development school culture,  planning,  organizing,  implementing,  observing,  producing the  schoolculture. This study was conducted the qualitative research approach. The research subjects included the headmaster, vice-headmaster, teachers, and students. The data were collected by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The data were analyzed by reducing, presenting, and summarizing the data. The research finding showed that the management of the school culture in the effort of improving educational quality in SMA Negeri 2 Brebes by developing achievement culture, characteristic, extracurricular activity to improve the schools’willingness, the student’s potential, teachers’ potential, and schools’ facilities was an effort developing the school culture. The target development of achievement culture was gaining the conviction the schools’ member of SMA 2 Brebes to be able to produce students to have some achievements and be proud. The target of characteristic culture was equalizing the achievement culture. The target of extracurricular activity was producing the students’ achievement in the non-academic area. The planning of culture development accommodates the planning of students’ affair program, and facilities. The organization, in general, was implemented by determining the structure of organization by details of duty, the responsibility of organizational element as the development of the schools’ culture authority. The implementation of achievement culture was conducted by academic and non- academic competition, participation in the competition, and effective learnings. The implementation of character culture was conducted by applying 18 scores of the characteristic of the schools’ member and activities. The implementation of extracurricular activity covered the obligation and optional activity. The observation was conducted by collecting information both formal and informal dialogs, observing students’ attitudes and behaviors, observing the students’ achievement. The school culture product was included by having planned,  implementing, reporting and resulting.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui instrumen pengukuran pembelajaran siswa untuk dilakukan oleh guru. (2) mengetahui semua indikator dalam mengukur pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (3) mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen pengukuran pembelajaran siswa kedisplinan. (4) mengetahui kecenderungan kedisplinan pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Reseach and Development). Setelah instrumen disusun dilanjutkan dengan instrumen pengembangan  dalam  beberapa  tahap.  Tahap  pertama  adalah  model  awal,  dilakukan  dengan  uji validitas konstruk secara teoritis dengan pertimbangan ahli dan validitas empiris dengan faktor nalisis, maka diikuti dengan uji reliabilitas, dan pengukuran terakhir kedisplinan belajar siswa dengan akhir istrumen. Penelitian ini adalah (1) memperoleh hasil pengukuran instrumen produk akhir belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (2) Hasil penelitian ini menghasilan indikator sebagai berikut: keataan peraturan di sekolah, pengamatan kegiatan belajar di sekolah, ketaatan belajar di rumah. (3) instrumen pengukuran kedisplinan untuk belajar bagi siswa telah memenuhi persyaratan validitas, validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas, dan menghasilkan 44 butir survei. Dan memiliki nilai kaiser-meyer-olkin (KMO) sebesar 0,862 (0,862> 0,6) dengan probabilitas Uji Bartlents sig 0.000 (0,000 <0,05), dengan reliabilitas 0,834 (0,834> 0,6). (4) hasil pengukuran kedisplinan untuk belajar bagi siswa dengan jumlah titik sekitar 44. Nilai yang diperoleh untuk pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta 135,12, berada pada selang 121-143, dan dinyatakan dalam kategori tinggi. AbstractThe purpose of this research is (1) to know the instrument of measurement of student learning to be done by teacher. (2) to know all the indicators in measuring student learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (3) to know the level of validity and reliability of student discipline measurement learning instrument. (4) to know the trend of student learning discipline in SMP Negeri 2  Kalasan  Sleman  Yogyakarta.  This  research  is  a  research  and  development  (Reseach  and Development). Once the instrument is set up it is continued with the development instrument in several stages. The first stage is the initial model, done with theoretical construct validity test with expert consideration and empirical validity with nalian factor, then followed by reliability test, and final measurement of student learning discipline with end of instrument. This research is (1) obtaining result of instrument measurement of final product of student learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (2) The result of this research produces the following indicators: regulation in school, observation of learning activities at school, observance of study at home. (3) disciplinary measurement instruments for learning for students have met the requirements of validity, construct validity and reliability, and resulted in 44 survey items. And have a kaiser-meyer-olkin (KMO) value of 0.862 (0.862> 0.6) with a probability of Bartlents sig 0.000 test (0,000 <0.05), with a reliability of 0.834 (0.834> 0.6). (4) the result of measurement of discipline to study for students with a number of points about 44. The value obtained for student learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta 135.12, is in lap 121-143, and stated in high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) dapat menyusun instrumen tes untuk mengukur kemampuanberpikir tinggi pada pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI SMA negeri di Kabupaten Bantul, (2) membakukan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI SMA di Kabupaten Bantul, (3) dapat mengetahui sejauhmana kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA di Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan instrumen tes dengan metode research and development berdasar model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi. Dari tes yang sudah dilakukan diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,680. Pada kemampuan berpikir tingkat analisis diperoleh rerata 10,95 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Pada kemampuan berpikir tingkat evaluasi diperoleh rerata 9,12 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Untuk melihat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi antara siswa pria dan wanita maka dilakukan uji t pada instrument final. Untuk kemampuan analisis diperoleh data Fhitung = 7,357; p(sig) = 0,007 sehingga kemampuan analisis keduanya tidak sama. Sedangkan untuk kemampuan evaluasi diperoleh Fhitung = 2,814; p(sig) = 0,094 sehingga kemampuan evaluasi kedua varian populasi sama. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi antara siswa pria dan wanita.The objectives of this research are (1) to construct an instrument that measures a high-order thinking skills (HOTS) of the Economics subject at senior high schools of class XI in Bantul Regency, (2) to standardize the test instrument for a high-order thinking skills (HOTS) test of the Economics subject at senior high schools of class XI in Bantul Regency, and 3) to describe to what extent the high-order thinking skills (HOTS) ability is used for the Economics subject at senior high schools of class XI in Bantul Regency.This research is a test developmental research using a research and development method based on the modification of Borg’s and Gall’s developmental model. The results of this research prove that the reliability coefficient is 0.680. The average score for the analytical thinking skills is 10.95, considered to be a high category. The average score for the evaluative thinking skills is 9.15, considered to be a high category. To spot the difference between male and female students’ high-order thinking skills (HOTS), it is necessary to undertake a t-test in the final instrument. The average score for the analytical skills is based on the Fcount data = 7.357; p (sig) = 0.007, so both have different analytical abilities. In contrast, the average score for the evaluative abilities is dependent on the Fcount data = 2.814; p (sig) = 0.094, so both variant populations have similar evaluative abilities. Thus, there is no difference of high-order thinking skills (HOTS) between male and female senior high school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: A. the main purpose: 1) to describe the effectiveness of model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning economic during the process of studing, 2) to describe the effectiveness of model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning economic based on students’ responses, 3) to describe the effectiveness of model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning economic from the outcomes student learning. B. a common purpose is to describe the effectiveness of model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning economic at Class XI of social study programe 2 SMAN 2 Bantul This research is evaluation research. This research used the desktiptif method namely the research aimed is to explain the condition or phenomenon, while the approach that is used is the quantitative descriptive. The quantitative approach is used with consideration to obtain the knowledge thorough the economic learning based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL), so that obtained the comprehensive results. The results of this research are of the three learning models used to determine the effectiveness of economic learning methods Problem Based Learning (PBL) showed that: In the Input evaluation data variable student activity included in the category of Good Enough, In the process of learning by using the method of Problem Based Learning in class XI IPS 2 on economic subjects included in the category of Good, on results of student learning with Basic Competencies Describing APBN and APBD in Development included in the category of Good. so that can be concluded that the use of the learning model with the method of Problem Based Learning (PBL) shows the effective results in economic learning at class XI IPS 2 SMAN 2 Bantul 2016/2017 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to describe management include planning, organizing, evolution and follow up of the supervision conducted by the principal Suronatan Muhammadiyah schools and to determine the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the supervision conducted by the Elementary School Principal Suronatan Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research was a qualitative model. The data collection was part of the process of searching for data and the part of the data analysis process. This means that, at the time of collecting data, the researcher processed analysis, i.e. reduce, categorize into the group of data, ranging present, and draw conclusions. The results showed that the principal has been carrying out supervision of management include planning, organizing, evaluation, and follow up of the supervision carried principally at SD Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Suronatan. Planning, principals can manage the environment becomes active and creative in improving the quality of learning. Organizing shows how the principal resource organizes, exiting resource in the school to active the highest effectiveness. Evaluation and follow on supervision of principal conducted to determine the factors that support and hinder the implementation of supervision. Another factor that supports the competence Management Support; Empowerment strategies; Supervision Department; presence of Classroom Action Research (classroom Action Research / CAR); Principal Supervision Strategy development; Principals and teachers are professional, innovative, and creative, Among another factor that hinder no indicators of learning materials, the use of which has not varied teaching methods, and lack of control of teachers in active learning models and there is no supervision program is thorough and systematic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pendidikan inklusif di MAN Maguwoharjo. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Evaluasi model CIPP dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Evalusi Contex menunjukkan program pendidikan inklusif telah memiliki landasan kebijakan yang jelas dan memiliki tujuan program yang relevan. Evaluasi   Input menunjukkan krakteristik ABK terdiri dari siswa ABK tuna netra dan tuna daksa, GPK berlatar belakang pendidikan S1 pendidikan luar biasa dan    telah  menjalankan  fungsinya  dengan  baik.  Pendidik  belum  semua  guru  mengikuti  pelatihan tentang pendidikan inklusif. Sarana prasarana berupa aksesibilitas fisik belum optimal. Kuikulum yang digunakan merupakan KTSP yang berlaku untuk semua siswa. Pembiayaan program belum memiliki anggaran khusus penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif. (3) Evaluasi Process menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengelolaan telah memiliki manajer inklusif, dan memiliki jaringan dengan stake holder, Proses pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan kurikulum perlu pengembangan media bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. (4) Evaluasi Product menunjukkan siswa ABK mampu mencapai prestasi akademik dan non akademik yang membanggakan. AbstractThe study aim at evaluating the implementation of inclusive education program at MAN Maguwoharjo This research study is evaluation research using CIPP model from Stufflebeam's with a qualitative approach. The technique of data collection uses the methods of observation, interview, and documentation. Context Evaluation shows that inclusive education program already has a clear basis of regulation and objectives relevant to ABK needs. (2) input evaluation shows the characteristics of ABK consist of blind and deaf ABK students. GPK has the educational background of bachelor degree on inclusive education.The educator has fulfilled the minimum educational qualification of bachelor degree but not all teachers followed the workshop on inclusive education. The facilities on physical accessibility are still not optimum. The curriculum used is KTSP, which is applied for all students. The funding of the program does not include special calculation on the implementation of inclusive education. (3) Process evaluation shows that in terms of managing process, they already have an inclusive manager and contact with the stakeholder. (4) Product evaluation shows The ABK students have the good academic achievement and nonacademic ability
