Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengkondisikan Disiplin Pembelajaran, Fasilitas Belajar di Rumah, dan Perhatian Orangtua Siswa Prestasi Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo sebanyak 157 orang dengan ukuran sampel 115 orang. Data tentang disiplin belajar, fasilitas belajar di rumah, dan perhatian orang tua diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan prestasi belajar matematika yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Ada kontribusi bersama terhadap disiplin belajar, home study Clas VIII SMP N 40 Purworejo dengan sumbangan sebesar 46,1%. (2) Ada kontribusi terhadap fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP N 40 Purworejo dengan sumbangan efektif 22,3%. (3) Ada kontribusi antara perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi siswa IPA kelas VIII SMP N 40 Kabupaten Purworejo dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9,6%. (4) Ada kontribusi antara perhatian orang tua dengan prestasi belajar IPA Kelas VIII SMP N 40 Kabupaten Purworejo dengan sumbangan efektif 14,2% The contribution oflearning discipline contributions, home study facilities, and parents attention to student achievement natural sciencesThis study aims to Condition Discipline Learning, Home Study Facilities, and Attention Parents Student Learning Achievement Natural Sciences Class VIII SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo Lessons Year 2016/2017. Type of descriptive research associative with quantitative approach. The population in this study are students of class VIII SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo as many as 157 people with a sample size of 115 people. Data on study discipline, home study facilities, and parental attention were obtained using questionnaires and mathematics learning achievements obtained using documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) There is a shared contribution to learning discipline, home study Clas VIII SMP N 40 Purworejo with a donation of 46.1%. (2) There is a contribution to home study facility on student achievement of Class VIII SMP N 40 Purworejo with effective contribution 22,3%. (3) There is a contribution between the attention of parents to the achievement of students of Natural Science class VIII SMP N 40 Purworejo with effective contribution of 9.6%. (4) There is a contribution between the attention of parents with learning achievement of Natural Science Class VIII SMP N 40 Purworejo with effective contribution 14.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning strategy based on the student's activity which was held at private Pupils of Kricak Kidul Yogyakarta which includes the teaching and learning process, implementation, and learning assessment as an effort to improve the quality of the education. This was a qualitative naturalistic research. The subject of this research was the principal, teachers, parents and Pupils of Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Kricak Kidul Yogyakarta’s students. The object of the research was the improvement of education quality based on student activity. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The result revealed that the teachers understand about their main jobs take as role as executor of learning based on student activity. They understand the steps to implement the learning process based on students activity such as the teacher have planning, implementing, execute assessment, analysis and then follow up of the problem to improve the learning process. Parents fully understand their role so that their student's success in schooling. The student fully understands that learning that match with their activity, and the school principal as a quality controller understand her duty to improve the quality of learning in her school. Although the facilities in the Kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Kricak KidulYogyakarta good enough, it is very important to improve the teaching media in order to improve education quality of the Kindergarten of Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Kricak Kidul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The research aimed to know review of: the contribution of supervisor school Based Management of supervision contribution of school supervisor, principle leadership and teacher Performance to the quality of teacher learning (2) the contribution of supervision of school supervisor to the quality of teacher learning (3) the contribution of principle leadership to the quality of teacher learning (4) the contribution of teacher Performance to the quality of teacher learning. This research was conducted in high schools of South Tanimbar district, Regency of West Southeast Maluku, Province of Maluku. The Research method used was quantitative with survey method. Population in the research is all of the high school teachers either in public or public school at South Tanimbar district Regency of West Southeast Maluku, Province of Maluku as many 157 teachers. Sampling technique with proportional random sampling method as many as 110 teachers. Data of the research was collected by using questionnaire. The questionnaire was checked to see its validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that: (1) the supervision of school supervisor, principle leadership and teacher performance simultan normaly in together have positive influence significantly to the quality of teacher learning performance with the efectiveness contribution at 18,7% (2) the supervision of supervisor significantly has positive influence to the quality of teacher learning perfomence with the efectiveness contribution at 10,3% (3) the principle leadership significantly has positive influence to the quality of teacher learning perfomence with the efectiveness contribution at 5,6% (4) teacher performace significantly has positive influence to the quality of teacher learning perfomence with the efectiveness contribution at 6,0%. Principle who has a good leadership competency and school supervisor supervise intensively will make the implementation of the School-Based Management to be good and make teacher performance and the learning-teaching process to be good too.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) Menerapkan pembelajaran PBL, dengan video untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII F SMP Negeri 26 Purworejo pada pokok bahasan menulis kreatif puisi. (2) Untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan pembelajaran PBL dengan video untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII F SMP Negeri 26 Purworejo pada pokok bahasan Menulis Kreatif Puisi Berkenaan dengan Keindahan Alam. (3) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model Pembelajaran PBL dengan video dalam meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesiapada pokok bahasan menulis kreatif puisi berkenaan dengan keindahan alam. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di Kelas VII F SMP Negeri 26 Purworejo pada semester II Tahun Pelajaran: 2016/2017. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes prestasi belajar, kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara. Uji validitas instrumen angket menggunakan rumus Uji realibilitas instrumen angket menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Uji efektivitas penerapan PBL dengan video menggunakan evaluasi program model Kirk Patrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Penerapan PBL dengan Video untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia menunjukkan scor rata-rata dari prestasi belajar siswa pada pra siklus: 69,87 %, siklus I: 77,03 % dan siklus II :79,77 % lebih besar dari indikator keberhasilan 75 % dengan KKM: 76. AbstractThe purpose of this study: (1) Implementing PBL learning, with video to increase interest and achievement learning Indonesian class VII F SMP Negeri 26 Purworejo on the subject of poetry writing writing. (2) To know the advantages and weaknesses of PBL learning with video to improve interest and achievement of learning Indonesian Class VII F SMP Negeri 26 Purworejo on the subject of Poetical Creative Writing With regard to Natural Beauty. (3) To know the effectiveness of the application of PBL learning model with video in improving the interest and learning achievement Bahasa Indonesia is the subject of creative writing poems related to the natural beauty. Class Action Research (PTK) conducted in Class VII F SMP Negeri 26 Purworejo in the second semester of the Year of Study: 2016/2017. The implementation of this research consists of two cycles. Data collection techniques through achievement test, questionnaire, observation, and interview. Test the validity of the questionnaire instrument using the formula Test reliability of the questionnaire instrument using Alpha Cronbach. Test the effectiveness of PBL applications with video using the Kirk Patrick model program evaluation. The results showed: (1) Implementation of PBL with Video to increase interest and learning achievement of Indonesian language showed average score of student achievement in precycle: 69,87%, cycle I: 77,03% and cycle II: 79,77 % greater than 75% success indicator with KKM: 76.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik instrumen tes prestasi pada mata pelajaran Dasar dan Pengukuran Listrik dengan pendekatan model Rasch. Penelitian dilakukan di 5 (lima) SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Kelistrikan Sekabupaten Bantul Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) kelas XI dan XII yang berjumlah 428 siswa. Instrumen terdiri dari 50 butir soal berkaitan materi pengukuran listrik. Seleksi butir tes untuk mendapatkan butir yang fit menggunakanprogram WinstepsV3.73. Hasil penelitian ini 32 butir soal sesuai dengan model Rasch, dengan nilai Outfit MNSQ sebesar 1,10; nilai Outfit ZSTD sebesar -0,7; nilai Point Measure Correlation diantara 0,4 sampai 0,85; nilai Item Reliability sebesar 0,99 dan nilai Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,92. A Rasch model analysis of instrument achievement test on basic electrical lesson and electrical measurements AbstractThis research aimed to find out the characteristics of achievement test on the Basic Electrical Lesson and Electrical Measurement using Rasch Model. The research was conducted in 5 (five) Electrical Skills Program of Vocational High School at Bantul Region class XI and XII which amounted of 428 students. The instrument consists of 50 items related to electrical measurement material. Selection of test items to get a fit item used WinstepsV3.73 program. The results of research show that 32 items fit the Rasch model, with value of Outfit MNSQ amounted of 1.10; value of Outfit ZSTD amounted of -0.7; Point Measure Correlation between 0.4 - 0.85; Item Reliability amounted of 0.99 and Alpha Cronbach amounted of 0.92.

Abstract

The aim of research is to know and discuss deeper about 1) the implementation of headmaster supervision include planning, organising, implementation, and controlling in increasing the quality of teachers performance at SMA N 1 Yogyakarta, 2) the substances that supervised by headmaster for teachers at SMA N 1 Yogyakarta, 3) the strategy in increasing the quality of teachers performance at SMA N 1 Yogyakarta, and 4) the obstacles, feedback and problem solving of headmaster supervision in increasing the quality of teachers performance at SMA N 1 Yogyakarta. The research is a descriptive by using the qualitative approach. The informants consist of the headmaster, vice headmaster, teachers, committees, students and parents student. The collecting data is through on observation, deep interview, and documentation. The data is analyzed by using reduction, display, and verification. The validity of data is obtained through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The result of the research shows that 1) the management supervision of SMA N 1 Yogyakarta has been good. The headmaster has done supervision schedule, estimate planning, ordered a senior teacher to help supervising, controlling and workshop. 2) the substances that supervised are learning administration, implementation, and learning control, 3) the strategy in increasing teachers performance has done by increasing planning ability, implementation and evaluation learning., 4) the obstacles in management supervision are the schedule of supervision and the problem is solved by using consultation the headmaster, senior teacher who ordered to help to supervise and curriculum vice headmaster to get deal of the effectivity schedule supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalis efektifitas penggunaan model problem based learning dengan metode peer tutoring berbantuan geogebra pada  materi dimensi tiga untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas Kurt Lewin dengan tiga siklus dan pendekatan kualitatif.  Metode peer tutoring berhasil (1) meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa tercermin dari naiknya presentasi siswa bemotivasi belajar tinggi dari siklus 1 ke siklus 3. (2) meningkatkan prestasi tercermin dari naiknya persentase siswa dengan nilai melampau KKM dari siklus 1 ke siklus 3. (3) memiliki efektivitas tinggi diukur dengan metode evaluasi Kirk Patick.  Dengan demikian, metode Peer tutoring  dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa pada dimensi tiga. Effectiveness of problem based learning model learning with geogebra helping peer tutoring method on three dimensions in efforts to increase motivation and student learning achievement AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of problem-based learning model with geogebra assisted peer-tutoring method on three dimensional material to improve student's learning motivation and achievement. The method used is Kurt Lewin class action research with three cycles and a qualitative approach. The method of peer tutoring succeeds (1) improves students 'learning motivation as reflected in the increase of students' high learning motivation presentation from cycle 1 to cycle 3. (2) improving achievement is reflected from the increase of percentage of students with value beyond KKM from cycle 1 to cycle 3. (3) has a high effectiveness measured by Kirk Patick's evaluation method. Thus, Peer tutoring method can improve student's motivation and achievement in dimension three.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar PKM, mengetahui efektifitasnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar PKn. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas, melibatkan satu guru kelas V dan seluruh siswa kelas V tahun akademik 2016 / 2017 yang berjumlah 28 siswa, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang digunakan telah dievaluasi validitasnya dengan menggunakan analisis product moment dan reliabilitasnya dengan teknik Cronbach Alpha, semua pertanyaan / pernyataan dalam kuesioner dapat digunakan (berlaku), sedangkan reliabilitasnya dapat diterima dengan baik dengan koefisien cronbach> 0,7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran kompetensi standar Civics; Pahami pentingnya kesatuan negara kesatuan republik indonesia (NKRI). Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan pergeseran aktivitas dominan guru ke peserta didik, sehingga memberi banyak kebaikan dan kemajuan dalam proses pembelajaran, peserta didik lebih aktif, selalu termotivasi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mereka. Namun demikian, perlu adanya pembinaan dan supervisi yang baik dari guru sehingga peserta didik akan mengerti posisi mereka sebagai siswa. Sekolah harus selalu mendorong dan memudahkan guru untuk selalu berinovasi dalam belajar, dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan dan model pembelajaran, terutama model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, Guru lebih mengenal karakteristik masing-masing pelajar, sehingga pembelajaran lebih berhasil, meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, Selalu memotivasi untuk belajar lebih giat, dan lebih rajin. Dengan demikian, prestasi pesrta juga akan meningkat.This study aims to improve the motivation and learning achievement of Civics, knowing its effectiveness in improving motivation and achievement of learning Civics .The research was conducted by using classroom action approach, involving one class V teacher and all students of class V of academic year 2016/2017 which was 28 students, data collection technique was done by observation, interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire used has been evaluated its validity by using product moment analysis and its reliability with Cronbach Alpha technique, all question / statement in questionnaire can be used (valid), while its reliability can be received well with cronbach coefficient> 0,7. The result of the research shows that STAD type cooperative learning model can be applied to the learning of competency standard Civics; Understand the importance of the unity of the unitary state of the Indonesian republic (NKRI). This can be demonstrated by the shifting of the dominant activity of the teacher to the learners, thus giving much goodness and progress in the learning process, the learners are more active, always motivated to improve their learning achievement. Nevertheless, there needs to be good guidance and supervision from teachers so that learners will understand their position as students. School should always encourage and facilitate teachers to always innovate in learning, using approach methods and models of learning, especially STAD type cooperative learning model, teachers are more familiar with the characteristics of each learner, so that learning is more successful, increasing student activity, Always motivating to study harder, and more diligent. Thus, the achievement pesrta also will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengungkap sejauh mana: (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. (3) Pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. (4) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  sampel karena yang diteliti adalah tidak semua anggota populasi. Adapun populasi yang diambil adalah guru - guru SMP yang ada di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 109 orangdari 130 orang guru.. Untuk pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen angket (kuesioner). Untuk uji validitas instrumen dilakukan terhadap 30 orang guru yang ada di luar Kecamatan Samigaluh menghasilkan koefisien reliabilitas kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah sebesar 0,919; iklim sekolah sebesar 0,952; motivasi kerja sebesar 0,931; dan kinerja guru sebesar 0,946. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi ganda tiga prediktor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo; (2) Variabel iklim sekolah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta; (3) Variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo Yogyakarta: dan (4) Secara simultan kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di Kecamatan Samigaluh Kulon Progo.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru mengevaluasi dan mengukur disiplin siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Bantul, 2) untuk mengembangkan pengukuran disipliner siswa, beserta (a) indikator yang tepat digunakan untuk mengukur disiplin siswa. , (b) item kuesioner yang valid dan dapat dipercaya, dan (c) instrumen standar untuk mengukur disiplin siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Bantul, dan (3) mendeskripsikan nilai disiplin siswa dengan menerapkan instrumen standar untuk pengukuran nilai disiplin. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 6 indikator berupa cetak biru kuesioner. Tahap kedua adalah mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas item yang melibatkan 175 siswa. Tahap ketiga adalah mengukur validitas konstruk dan analisis faktor, bersama dengan nilai KMO 0,659> 0,5, sig 0,000 <0,5, dan 2 faktor esensial terbentuk. Kemudian instrumen akhir standar dibentuk untuk mengukur nilai disiplin siswa. Hasilnya: 1) guru tidak menggunakan instrumen untuk menilai disiplin siswa, dan instrumen penelitian ini digunakan oleh guru untuk mengukur nilai disiplin siswa, 2) instrumen untuk mengukur nilai disipliner siswa telah dikembangkan, bersama dengan (a) 6 indikator tingkat disiplin ilmu yang sesuai, yaitu kepatuhan, ketaatan, loyalitas, keteraturan, keteraturan dan ketepatan, (b) di antara 60 item kuesioner, 29 di antaranya valid dan dapat diandalkan, (c) setelah menerapkan uji validitas konstruk Dengan menggunakan analisis faktor, 27 dari 29 item instrumen untuk mengukur nilai disiplin siswa berlaku, dan 3) setelah menerapkan pengukuran nilai disipliner, nilai disipliner siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Bantul sangat tinggi. AbstractThe objectives of this research are 1) to find out how teachers evaluate and measure the students’ discipline at SMA Negeri 2 Bantul, 2) to develop the students’ disciplinary measurement, along with (a) its appropriate indicators used to measure students’ discipline, (b) valid and reliable questionnaire items, and (c) standardized instruments to measure the students’ discipline at SMA Negeri 2 Bantul, and (3) to describe students’ disciplinary grades by implementing a standardized instrument for disciplinary grades measurement. The design of this research is a research and development. The research instruments consist of 6 indicators in the form of a questionnaire blueprint. The second phase is measures validity and reliability items involving 175 students. The third phase is measures the construct validity and the factor analysis, along with KMO value of 0.659> 0.5, sig 0.000 < 0.5, and 2 essential factors are formed. Then a standardized final instrument is formed to measure students’ disciplinary grades. The results: 1) teachers have not use the instrument to grading students’ discipline, and this research instrument is used by the teachers to measure students’ disciplinary grades, 2) the instrument for measuring the students’ disciplinary grades has been developed, along with (a) 6 indicators of an appropriate disciplinary grade, namely compliance, obedience, loyalty, regularity, order and precision, (b) among the 60 questionnaire items, 29 of them were valid and reliable, (c) after implementing a construct validity test using a factor analysis, 27 of 29 instrument items to measure students’ disciplinary grades were valid, and 3) after implementing a disciplinary grades measurement, the students’ disciplinary grades at SMA Negeri 2 Bantul were extremely high.
