Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas soal tes Sumatif Akhir Semester mata pelajaran bahasa Jepang SMA Negeri 7 Semarang ditinjau dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, efektivitas pengecoh serta kesesuaian soal dengan indikator soal. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis berdasarkan validitas, terdapat 33 butir soal (66%) dinyatakan valid dan 17 butir soal (34%) dinyatakan tidak valid. Reliabilitas dalam soal objektif 0.841 dan soal subjektif 0.767. Berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran, terdapat 6 soal sukar, 6 soal sedang, dan 38 soal mudah. Berdasarkan daya pembeda, terdapat 3 soal kriteria baik sekali, 23 soal kriteria baik, 10 soal kriteria cukup, 6 soal kriteria jelek, dan 8 soal kriteria daya pembeda tidak baik. Dalam soal subjektif 5 soal kriteria baik. Berdasarkan efektivitas pengecoh, terdapat 3 soal baik, 10 soal cukup baik, 18 soal kurang baik, 14 soal tidak baik. Kemudian terdapat 41 soal sesuai dengan indikator soal dan 9 soal tidak sesuai dengan indikator soal. Berdasarkan kualitas butir soal terdapat 7 soal berkualitas sangat baik dan baik yang dapat di simpan di bank soal, sebanyak 18 soal perlu direvisi dan 25 soal tidak dapat digunakan atau dibuang.   The quality of Japanese Language question items and their appropriateness to learning indicators   Abstract: This study aims to determine the quality of the final summative test questions of Japanese language subjects of SMA Negeri 7 Semarang in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, differentiation power, effectiveness of checkers and suitability of questions with question indicators. Data were collected using documentation method and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the analysis based on validity, there are 33 items (66%) declared valid and 17 items (34%) declared invalid. Reliability in objective questions 0.841 and subjective questions 0.767. Based on the level of difficulty, there are 6 difficult questions, 6 medium questions, and 38 easy questions. Based on differentiating power, there are 3 questions with excellent criteria, 23 questions with good criteria, 10 questions with sufficient criteria, 6 questions with poor criteria, and 8 questions with poor differentiating power criteria. In subjective questions, 5 questions have good criteria. Based on the effectiveness of the checkers, there are 3 good questions, 10 questions are quite good, 18 questions are not good, 14 questions are not good. Then there are 41 questions in accordance with the question indicators and 9 questions not in accordance with the question indicators. Based on the quality of the items, there are 7 questions of very good and good quality that can be stored in the question bank, as many as 18 questions need to be revised and 25 questions cannot be used or discarded.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan literasi media pada pembelajaran IPAS menggunakan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PJBL) di kelas V SD Negeri 060824. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi implementasi PJBL terhadap proses pembelajaran, interaksi siswa, penggunaan media, serta perkembangan literasi media dan pemahaman konsep IPAS. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes, kemudian dianalisis untuk melihat perubahan dalam literasi media siswa, keterkaitan antara media dan konsep IPAS, serta aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran. Pada pertemuan pertama, aktivitas siswa mencapai skor 583 dengan persentase 81% (kriteria sangat tinggi). Indikator antusiasme siswa, seperti kesiapan mengikuti pembelajaran, menyimak tujuan pembelajaran, dan menjawab pertanyaan guru dengan antusias, menunjukkan persentase 88% (kriteria sangat tinggi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan PJBL berbantuan media secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan literasi media siswa. Siswa mampu memahami pesan media, mengevaluasi keandalan sumber informasi, dan menginterpretasi media secara kritis. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah agar guru mengintegrasikan media secara efektif dalam pembelajaran IPAS dan menerapkan pendekatan PJBL berbasis proyek kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa.   Development of media literacy in IPAS learning using project-based learning   Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development of media literacy in IPAS (Science, Technology, and Social Studies) learning using the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) approach in Grade V at SD Negeri 060824. The research employs qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the implementation of PJBL in learning processes, student interactions, media utilization, and the development of media literacy and understanding of IPAS concepts. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and tests, then analyzed to assess changes in students’ media literacy, the relationship between media and IPAS concepts, and student activities during learning. In the first session, student activities scored 583 with a percentage of 81% (very high criteria). Indicators such as student enthusiasm in conditioning themselves, understanding learning objectives, and answering teacher questions showed a percentage of 88% (very high criteria). The findings indicate that the PJBL approach aided by media significantly improves students' media literacy skills. Students demonstrated better abilities in understanding media messages, evaluating the reliability of resources, and critically interpreting media. The study recommends that teachers integrate media effectively into IPAS learning and apply PJBL with collaborative projects to enhance student engagement and understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen pengembangan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan di perguruan tinggi negeri, yang memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap tenaga kependidikan di perguruan tinggi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kompetensi tenaga kependidikan telah mencakup kebutuhan dasar pekerjaan, pengembangan kompetensi belum diimplementasikan secara komprehensif dalam kerangka manajemen yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan untuk perancangan program pengembangan kompetensi yang lebih terstruktur di masa depan.   Needs analysis for competency development of higher education personnel in state universities   Abstract: This study examines the management of competency development for educational staff in public universities, which plays a crucial role in improving the performance of educational services. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research collected data through observations and interviews with educational staff at universities. The findings reveal that while the competencies of educational staff have met the basic requirements of their work, competency development has not been comprehensively implemented within a management framework that includes planning, organizing, implementation, control, and evaluation. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for designing more structured competency development programs in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat membaca mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model phenomenologi. pengumpulan data dengan wawancara secara mendalam ke 11 informan yang telah dipilih secara acak dari berbagai universitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat membaca mahasiswa terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi rasa malas dan kurangnya motivasi, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi gangguan dari media sosial, pengaruh gadget, serta lingkungan sekitar  yang kurang mendukung. Mayoritas informan hanya meluangkan waktu kurang dari satu jam setengah dalam sehari untuk membaca, jauh dibawah standar yang di telah ditetapkan oleh UNESCO, yakni 4-6 jam perhari. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa untuk meningkatkan minat membaca mahasiswa, pentingnya untuk bisa mengatasi faktor internal seperti rasa malas dan faktor eksternal seperti gangguan media sosial serta harus bisa menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dalam kegiatan membaca.   Delving into the world of university students: Why does their reading interest decline?   Abstract: This study aims to identify the factors that influence students' reading interest. This research is a qualitative study using a phenomenological model. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with 11 informants who were randomly selected from various universities. The results showed that the factors influencing the low reading interest of students consisted of internal and external factors. Internal factors include laziness and lack of motivation, while external factors include distractions from social media, the influence of gadgets, and a less supportive surrounding environment. The majority of informants only spend less than one and a half hours a day reading, far below the standard set by UNESCO, which is 4-6 hours per day. The conclusion of this study is that to increase students' reading interest, it is important to be able to overcome internal factors such as laziness and external factors such as social media distractions and to be able to create a supportive environment for reading activities.
