Abstract

The study's aim is to determine the impact of entrepreneurship education toward entrepreneurial intentions by combining entrepreneurial attitudes and Islamic values. Entrepreneurial intentions can be developed specifically through entrepreneurship education; however, it is thought to be influenced by indirect factors. The data were collected through a census of all students who had completed and passed a series of Business Development lectures in the Agribusiness Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung, then it was analyzed using SMART PLS and SPSS. The result shows that entrepreneurship education has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial attitude and Islamic value, however it is not direct significant effect to intentions. Then, the mediation variables analysis shows that entrepreneurial attitudes significantly and positively mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. The study findings provide important recommendations to develop the entrepreneurship education curriculum of formal and non-formal education institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and measure the effect of content marketing of TikTok and E-WOM on brand awareness and purchase intention in UMKM products in the culinary sector in Pasuruan Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 115 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with an analytical tool, namely SPSS version 26. The results showed that Content Marketing of TikTok had a significant effect on Brand Awareness, E-WOM had a significant effect on Brand Awareness, Content Marketing of TikTok had a significant effect on Purchase Intention, E-WOM had a significant effect on Purchase Intention and Brand Awareness had a significant effect on Purchase Intention. Content Marketing TikTok through Brand Awareness has a significant effect on Purchase Intention and E-WOM through Brand Awareness has a significant effect on Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchases at coffeeshop cafe.in Karawang. This research method uses descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 140 respondents. The validity of the data in this study consisted of validity, reliability and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests. The data analysis used in this research is Simple Regression Analysis. The results of this study are Price and Purchase Decisions have a correlation of 0.89 which means there is a very strong relationship. Price also affects purchasing decisions at the Café.in Karawang cofeeshop where the price variable gives an indication of 89% influencing purchasing decisions and the remaining 11% is influenced by other factors that are not examined

Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research, which aims to determine the effect of using e-banking and product features on customer satisfaction of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Jombang District. This research uses associative descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population, the determine of the number of samples in this study uses the lameshow formula, thus for an infinite or detectable population, a minimum of 100 respondent can be used. With non-probability sampling tecnique because the research does not have definite data about population size and complete information about elements. Based on the research results, the e-banking variable has a positive direction. Meanwhile for the calculation of T arithmetic obtainet by -0,801 T tabel 1,984 then -0,801 > 1,984. And the value of sig (0,425 > 0,05) then Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, then e-banking has no effect on customer satisfaction. The product feature variabel has a regression coefficient of 0,656. This indicates that the value has a positive direction. Meanwhile, for the calculation of T arithmetic obtained by 7,476 T tabel 1,984 then 7,476 > 1,984. And the value of sig (0.000 < 0,05) then Ho is rejected, Ha is acceped. So product features have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, learning behavior and teaching methods of lecturers on accounting understanding during the Covid 19 pandemic. The study was conducted on undergraduate accounting students of 2017 and 2018 who had taken compulsory accounting courses. This type of research is an associative study which aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, learning behavior and teaching methods of lecturers on accounting understanding during the Covid 19 pandemic. Data processing techniques use multiple linear regression analysis method with IBM SPSS 26 software application. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence affects accounting understanding with a significant value of emotional intelligence during the Covid 19 pandemic, learning behavior does not affect accounting understanding during the Covid 19 pandemic, this is due to several factors such as poor study habits, namely poor study time. Regular and poor reading habits, especially during this pandemic, students study independently at home so that their learning behavior is irregular. The way of teaching lecturers has an effect on accounting understanding during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

The study aims to test the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity on the share prices of food and beverage companies that distribute dividends and are listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies that distributed dividends and registered with the IDX priode 2018-2020. The sample is done with census techniques. The samples used were 10 food and beverage companies.The data analysis technique used is the analysis of panel data analysis with the help of the eviwes 09 application. The results of analysis and discussion of this study showed (H1) Partially DER has a significant negative effect on stock prices and (H2) Partially ROE has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test showed that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.317237 this means the ability of DER and ROE in explaining stock prices in food and beverage companies that distributed dividends in 2018-2020 amounted to 31.72% the remaining 68.28% was influenced by other factors outside the model not studied in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh literasi digital dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam e-business. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 130 orang mahasiswa yang sudah menempuh matakuliah entrepreneur 1 dan entrepreneur 2 dengan sampel 56 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,079 > 2005 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti signifikan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh literasi digital terhadap intensi berwirausaha, nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,037 > 2,005 dan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 yang berarti signifikan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil uji F menunjukkan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 69,201 > 3,17 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan literasi digital dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh literasi digital dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam e-business sebesar 72,3%.Kata kunci: literasi digital; efikasi diri; intensi berwirausaha

Abstract

Indonesia faces unemployment and poverty problems, which have an impact on the economy. The right solution is entrepreneurship. The phenomenon of unemployment and poverty in the current era of globalization, the government is trying to foster interest in entrepreneurship in the younger generation. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy of SMAN 1 Tulungagung students on the interest in entrepreneurship. in this study data collection using a questionnaire. The trial consists of a validity test and a reliability test. Prerequisite tests include normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity. The hypothesis test consists of t test and F test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant effect on the students' interest in entrepreneurship with a tcount value of 3.744 > 1.993 ttable and a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship with tcount 2.875 > 1.993 ttable, and significant 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship as indicated by the Fcount 40.290 > Ftable 3.10. The percentage of the simultaneous influence of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship is 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by others outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Zoom and Google Classroom asLearning Media in the Second Semester Accounting Basics Course in the 2021/2022 Academic Year at the University of Bhinneka PGRI. This research was conducted because technological advances can allow students to do online or online learning by using the Zoom and Google Classroom applications. But in learning to use Zoom and Google Classroom, there are still many obstacles. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the research subject being Lecturer of Accounting Basics Semester II-A and 31 students of Semester II-A Economic Education Study Program. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the effectiveness of using Zoom and Google Classroom as learning media in the second semester of accounting basics at the University of Bhinneka PGRI was deemed less effective due to the many obstacles faced in online learning, namely internet limitations and lack of understanding of the material. It is said to be not very effective because it does not include effectiveness points from researchers, namely there is no increase in student learning after learning takes place, when learning is in progress students do not focus on lectures, students do not understand lecture material, lack of student discipline in collecting assignments and poor internet networks good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the creative economic cycle in order to increase earnings in Zaman Kopi Sengon Jombang. The term "creative economy" refers to a new theory of economics that combines information with creativity to use ideas, insights, and opinions from everyday human beings as production-related factors. Zaman Cop's contribution to the creative economy is the invention of the cup gelas, which has become a symbol of the botol. As a result of this study's findings, creative economy is doing well in its current state, which causes productivity to also experience growth, The results of the study show that the creative economy is doing well in the country as a whole because of this, and that's why the rate of pay growth has also been increasing. For example, in September, the rate of pay growth was Rp. 12.488.000, and in October, it was Rp. 14.121.000. This indicates that the rate of pay growth was greater than Rp.2.000.000, and that the following month saw a similar increase. Economi creative also has a role to play in the development of economic fundamentals, particularly in regard to advancing monetary, labor, and other fundamentals.
