Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of social media and the socioeconomic status of parents on the consumptive behavior of students in the Economics education program at Hamzanwadi University partially. This research is a research using descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students of the Hamzanwadi University Economics education study program, totaling 385 students with a research sample of 79 students who were taken by simple random sampling. The method of data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Model Scheme, Outer Model Evaluation, and Evaluation Of Structural Model, as well as. The results of the study show that: (1) Social media does not have a positive influence on consumptive behavior on the consumptive behavior of students of the Economic Education Study Program at Hamzanwadi University of 0.018, because the T statistic value is 1.277 which means it is smaller than 1.96, so the hypothesis Ha1 can be stated not accepted. (2) Social status has a positive influence on consumptive behavior on the consumptive behavior of students of the Hamzanwadi University Economics Education Study Program of 0.540, because the T statistic value is 6.655 which means it is greater than 1.96, so Ha2 can be declared accepted.

Abstract

The relationship between UMKM and the Marketplace includes aspects of distribution and cooperation in achieving prosperity. Distribution is an important position of Islamic micro and macro theory because the discussion in the field of distribution is not only related to mere economic aspects but also social and political aspects so that it has become a concern for Islamic and conventional economic thinkers to date. This study will discuss the role of the Marketplace for UMKM as an effort to accelerate the Indonesian economy during the Covid-19 pandemic from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method. In the perspective of Islamic economics, the proportion of equity that is truly equal, the basis is that one's work ethic and abilities must be respected, the form of appreciation is an Islamic attitude that allows one person's income to be different from others, because of the efforts and endeavors described in the Qur'an. Surah an-Nahl verse 71. The role of the Marketplace towards UMKM in facilitating the distribution of goods and services in accordance with the great Islamic commitment to brotherhood and justice.

Abstract

HDI is an important indicator of development. There are three dimensions to realizing the HDI, namely a long and healthy life, knowledge and an adequate standard of living. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of poverty, government spending on education, government spending on health, and economic growth on the human development index (IPM) in Sumbawa Regency. This research uses an explanatory with a quantitative approach. The data of this research, namely secondary data, includes the value (number) of poverty data, government spending on education, health, economic growth and the human development index (IPM) in Sumbawa Regency for the 2010-2020 period which was obtained from the official website of the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and the Regional Financial and Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Sumbawa Regency. The results of this study indicate that partially, the results of the significance of poverty (X1) of 0.084 meaning that it is not significant to the HDI, government spending on education (X2) of 0.721 meaning that it is not significant to HDI, government spending on health (X3) of 0.038 which means that it has a significant effect on the HDI. HDI, and economic growth (X4) of 0.677 means that it is not significant to the HDI. And simultaneously, that there is an effect between X1, X2, X3 and X4 on Y (IPM) with the results of F-count F-table or 33,204 4.12 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce a product of socio-economic research methods: 1). Learning tools, 2). Learning assessment/evaluation guidelines, 3). The product of the socio-economic research method is based on the identification of learning objectives by considering the curriculum that has been applied, namely the development of material from the 2013 curriculum on the material "designing and conducting socio-economic research", the socio-economic research method focuses on one material only, and cannot be applied to a different method. the same for other subject matter.The product that has been developed is then carried out by an expert validation test process, individual trials, small group tests and field tests. Based on the test results, the socio-economic research method is very valid, interesting, and effective and can be applied in classroom learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test with the product feasibility level from each material expert of 90%, the product is effectively used with an average percentage score of 91%. The results of the small group product trial were found to be 87% and the class trial was carried out after going through the stages of being feasible to be applied in a classroom learning. The results of the pretest and posttest trials were found to be quite satisfactory with an achievement level of value of 100%, which indicates that this product is able to boost student interest and learning outcomes in this case using a development product in the form of the GISAKE socio-economic research method in the socio-economic research design material.This method can also be used for a wider audience with adjustments, especially adjustments to the characteristics of students as users. Furthermore, the GISAKE Socio-Economic research method that has been developed can be integrated with the use of renewable information and communication technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the role  financial knowledge  and  financial attitude  against  financial management behavior .  People's well-being can be experienced if the financial management system can be lived as well as possible.   In reaching  Financial Management Behavior   needed Financial  Knowledge  and  Financial  Attitude  the positive and the right one to apply directly. Without applying  Financial  Knowledge  and  Financial  Attitude  the good one , then  it's hard for individuals to guarantee their lives in the term  Long.  This research is a type of empirical research by using qualitative descriptives that are trying to define, write, analyze and express what is observed   with   use   method   analysis   concept/isi   (text).   Research  the one   done   is researching every text contained in several journals  and book.  The data source in this writing is primary data in the form of related journals   and   secondary data in the form of books.   Data   the one   had been   collected   next   analyzed   with   use content analysis methods ( Content Analysis ) .  The conclusion of this study is a danya  Financial Knowledge  then being able to master, analyze and manage financially to make something financial determination so that it has good behavior management.  Financial  attitude  have a role   against  Behavior management   i.e. d engan has insight to manage financially, but just a little financial insight is possessed so that it causes people to be less suitable in managing their finances.  Financial Attitude   will  influence on  Financial Management Behavior   cause   is one of the facades that influences financial attitudes accompanied by good financial management behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between E-Worm, e-marketing, promotion, brand awareness, and the decision to buy services at GRAB startup. Analysis is used with data Structure Equation Modeling technique with AMOS 24. Conclusion of analysis result show that promotion variable and brand awareness have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while E-Worm and e-marketing variables do not affect the decision to buy GRAB startup services. Thus, GRAB can pay attention to promotional factors increase brand awareness and consumer purchasing decisions and increase the influence of e-marketing and e- wom to further strengthen the influence to consumers.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, increasingly affects the order of life. Ease of ordering, time and cost efficiency make online transportation superior to conventional transportation. In 2019, the people of East Lombok were introduced to online transportation, namely Grab. From 2019 to 2020 the number of culinary businesses that have joined Grabfood is 183 businesses. This study aims to determine the effect of the existence of the Grabfood service in increasing the turnover of culinary sales. The research location was conducted in East Lombok, especially in the city of Selong. Determination of respondents as the selected data source using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Qualitative data analysis: data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. According to the results of interviews, observations and data collection, the results show that the more users of e-commerce, the more culinary transactions increase. The existence or existence of online transportation grabfood is influential and has a big impact on the culinary business in East Lombok, especially in the city of Selong. Not only in terms of increasing turnover but also providing free promotional media to introduce the location and menu so that it can be known by the wider community

Abstract

Rajapolah merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang terkenal dengan kerajinan kriyanya, khususnya daerah Kampung Sukaruas. Anugrah Gallery ini merupakan salah satu usaha kerajinan kriya yang ada di Kampung Sukaruas yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2014. Sehingga peneliti ingin melaksanakan penelitian dengan tujuan menganalisis rantai nilai pada ekonomi kreatif kerajinan kriya di Rajapolah. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui metode wawancara kepada pemilik usaha kerajinan Anugrah Gallery. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rantai nilai yang terdapat dalam Anugrah Gallery ini dimulai dengan tahap kreasi yang mana pada tahap kreasi ini mencari ide-ide inovasi dari internet kemudian dimodifikasi untuk pembuatan pola kerajinan, kemudian tahap produksi dimana tahap produksi ini mengelola input atau bahan berupa pandan, mendong, eceng gondok, spon menjadi produk kerajinan berupa box, tas, cermin, dan box tisu aqua 3 in 1, tahap distribusi pada Anugrah Gallery ini dipasarkan melalui media online kepada pabrik-pabrik dalam bentuk grosir, dan tahap komersialisasi ini melalui pemberian informasi kepada konsumen mengenai produk yang dipasarkan.

Abstract

Fintech, as a part of information technology development, has been utilized by business sectors, including the MSMEs. This research aims to identify the influencing factor of MSMEs from the Eastern Priangan region to use fintech. The theory of planned behavior was selected as the theoretical model for this research. This model has three predictors, namely attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control.  All of these predictors were used as the independent variables. Innovativeness was added as the fourth independent variable. The intention to use fintech is set as the dependent variable. This research used quantitative and verificative approach. The sample size was determined by simple random sampling.  A total of 230 MSMEs from the Eastern Priangan region have participated in this research. The data collection process was completed by distributing online questionnaires in Google Forms. The collected data was analyzed with multiple linear regression, followed by hypotheses testing. The results revealed that attitude (t = -,070) and subjective norms (t = 0,968) didn’t have a significant influence on fintech adoption. Perceived behavioral control (t = 2,215) and innovativeness (t=8,685), on the contrary, generated significant influence

Abstract

Students today are, in a sense, modern, fashionable societies that are up to date and fashionable. Today's purchase is not for meeting needs but for satisfying desires, it has led to social pride among youth, resulting in consumption behaviors in youth are no longer at the scale of their priorities, In this research the methods of data collection using an angket. Using the instrument test, prerequisite test, hypothetical test, data analysis techniques using a linear regression. The results of the study are the positive and significant social status of parents' students, acquired thitung (3.560) > ttable (1.993) with a degree of significance 0.001 0.05. Lifestyles have a positive and significant impact on student consumptive behavior. Under thitung (3.350) > ttable (1.993) and Significance rate 0.001 < 0.05. The social status of parents and life-style together have significant impact on consumptive behavior. Ftable (16.146) > ftable (3.12) and a significant rate of 0,000 0.05, resulting in ho3 being rejected and ha3 being accepted. This suggests that there are significant effects of the variables of the social status of parents and life-styles towards confoctive behavior. So it can be said that 31.3% of consumer behavior is influenced by the social status of parents and lifestyle, while the rest is 68.7% influenced by other variables not studied in the study
