Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tiens Syariah Malang. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tiens Syariah Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 175 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk Tiens Syariah di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dengan kriteria sampel yakni berdomisili Kota Malang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga yang sesuai dengan target pasar dan kualitas produk yang baik dianggap penting oleh konsumen dalam membuat keputusan pembelian berulang. Sedangkan influencer dan atribut produk menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja di industri perhotelan Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksploratif dan teknik pengambilan sampel Area Probability Sampling, khususnya purposive sampling, melibatkan 183 hotel dan 339 karyawan bintang 4 dan 5. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penerapan teknologi terhadap kepuasan kerja, produktivitas kerja, dan hubungan positif serta signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja dapat menjadi mediasi yang signifikan antara penerapan teknologi dan kepuasan kerja. Disarankan kepada industri perhotelan Kota Bandung untuk mendukung penerapan teknologi guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan. Kebaharuannya terletak pada kontribusi temuan spesifik untuk konteks industri perhotelan, mengintegrasikan aspek teknologi, produktivitas, dan kepuasan kerja dalam satu kerangka konseptual. Ini dapat menjadi panduan strategis bagi manajemen hotel dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan karyawan di era digital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee work productivity both partially and simultaneously. The analytical technique used in this study is quantitative analysis. The sample in this study was 41. The sampling technique used is in the form of non-propability sampling of primary data used in the form of questionnaires. Secondary data are obtained from journals and books related to research. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical software. Based on the results of the analysis on the variables of leadership style and work discipline have a partial effect on employee work productivity. The results of the Anova test analysis of the variables of leadership style and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at the Sp IV Prafi Manokwari Health Center, West Papua. The suggestion of the leader of the Sp IV Health Of centers is to pay more attention to the performance of the bituhanya by monitoring regularly as well as being transparent in giving awards to motivate employees and providing sanctions that make employees not feel degraded.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Semua emiten pasti memiliki komposisi pendanaan. Agar mereka dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat, emiten harus mempertimbangkan semua komponen struktur modal dan bagaimana mereka berdampak. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana tempo 2018–2022 berdampak pada pertumbuhan penjualan, profitabilitas, struktur aset, dan likuiditas pada struktur modal emiten real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Guna analisis ini, 15 bisnis real estate dan property dari 65 emiten dipilih. Cara pengumpulan sampel yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling. Pemeriksaan data yang dipakai adalah regresi linier berganda. Output analisis menunjukkan jika pertumbuhan penjualan berdampak positif dan tidak signifikan pada struktur modal, profitabilitas berdampak negatif dan bukan signifikan, struktur aset dan likuiditas berdampak negatif dan signifikan pada struktur modal. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Profitabilitas, struktur Aset, Likuiditas, Struktur Modal ABSTRACT All issuers must have a funding composition. In order for them to make the right decisions, the issuer must consider all the components of the capital structure and how they impact. The study aims to show how the 2018–2022 timing affects sales growth, profitability, asset structure, and liquidity on the capital structure of real estate and property issuers listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Using this analysis, 15 real estate and properties from 65 issuers were selected. The method of sampling used is purposive sampling. The data examination used is double linear regression. Output analysis shows that if sales growth has a positive and insignificant impact on capital structure, profitability has a negative and non-substantial impact, asset structure and liquidity has negative and significant impact on the capital structure. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Personal Knowledge dan Job Procedure terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Kota Ternate. dibawah bimbingan Bapak Zulkifli, dan Ibu Ikrima M. Mustafa Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel personal knowledge dan job procedure terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial dan simultan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitafif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara secara langsung, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dinas koperasi kota ternate, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan 63 responden. Data diperoleh menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel personal knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel job procedure secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the personal knowledge and job procedure variables on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The research methodology used in this study was a quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires and direct interviews, the population in this study were Employees of the Ternate City Cooperative Office, the sampling technique used simple random sampling with 63 respondents. Data were obtained using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the personal knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the job procedure variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Reasearch aims to determine the analysis of raw material supply control, the most economical amount of raw material purchases and the right time to reorder and to find out the relationship between costs, sales units and profits using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study used primary and secondary data types. The subject in the study was a CV. Wety Papua and the object of this study is the analysis of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) in controlling raw materials on CV. Wety Papua. Data collection techniques carried out with Literature Studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using field analysis of EOQ models. The results of this study show that the control of raw materials on CV. Wety Papua is less efficient because there is a remaining supply of cement raw materials of 56 sack and 47.7 m3, so there is an excess of raw materials, while using the EOQ method will be more economical and there are no remaining raw materials.

Abstract

Disclosure is an integral part of financial reporting that act as the final step in the accounting process, namely the presentation of information in the form of a full set of financial statements. Disclosure serves as a medium to present financial and non-financial explanations that cannot be presented in financial statements. This study aims to understand the importance of disclosure in financial statements through a literature review based on agency, signaling and stakeholder theory. The findings of this study indicate that public sector reporting entities are agents that have been mandated with full disclosure obligations in state financial accountability. The existence of disclosure will overcome or minimize the occurrence of information asymmetry so that stakeholders can assess the extent to which the organization's performance and continue to support the government which is currently running well. Disclosure can also prevent findings from occurring, as well as a form of follow-up on findings so that they do not become a continuing finding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada perusahaan PT.Trigonomitra Anugrah Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan menggunakan Software SPSS 22. Hasil uji t menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pemberian kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (Bersama-sama) semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dapat menggunakan variabel, metode dan analisis yang berbeda dengan menggunakan waktu yang lebih lama.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the promotional mix and price on the decision to stay at the Hotel Aston Niu Manokwari. Primary data were obtained from observation, interview, and questionnaires and secondary data consisted of room rates and number of visitors in August, September and October in Aston Niu Manokwari Hotel. Research using a questionnaire, the analytical method used is Multiple Linier Regression. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The sampling used is 98 respondents who are costumers who have stayed at Hotel Aston Niu Manokwari. The result of this study indicate that : (1) Promotional mix has no effect on the decision to stay at the Hotel Aston Niu Manokwari; (2) the price partially has a significant effect on the decision to stay at the Hotel Aston Niu Manokwari; (3) The promotional mix and the price together affect the decision to stay at the costumers at Aston Niu Manokwari Hotel. The price variable has the greatest influence on the promotional mix variable. Based on this, the researcher suggests that the hotel can pay attention to promotional items again through sales promotions, personal selling, and direct marketing.

Abstract

Mobile Payment (m-payment) is a non-cash payment system acclaimed for its ease, practicality, and smartphone accessibility from any location and at any time. M-payment encompasses various transaction functions beyond mere payment, extending to diverse transactional activities. This research aims to elucidate the influence of perceived usability factors, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment, on user motivation to persistently utilize m-payment in West Papua Province. The theoretical framework of the Expectation-Confirmation Model serves as the lens for this investigative process. Two control variables, age, and gender, are employed to scrutinize the detailed impact of these factors across distinct user groups using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Out of 250 valid m-payment user respondents obtained through an online questionnaire via Google Forms, the results reveal that perceived usability significantly impacts motivating users to continue employing m-payment as a non-cash payment method. The research model yields R2 values of 0.735 and 0.560 for satisfaction and continuance usage, respectively, indicating substantial and moderate predictive strength. Furthermore, this research informs that control variables, age, and gender, offer nuanced insights into the influence of perceived usability factors within these specific user groups. Detailed discussions and conclusions are elaborated in this research.
