Abstract

ABSTRACT The application of empowering leadership is critical in improving employee performance in a local government organization. This research aims to directly test the influence of empowering leadership and proactive work behavior on performance and the role of proactive work behavior in moderating empowering leadership on employee performance at the Tax and Levy Management Agency Ternate City Area. The method used was a structural equation model, with PLS analysis to test the hypothesis. The sample obtained was 131 ASNs who work in the Regional Government sector as research respondents. Questionnaires were delivered directly by the research team to respondents. The results of the analysis show that empowering leadership and proactive work behavior have a direct effect on employee performance. Proactive work behavior can play a role in strengthening the influence of empowering leadership on employee performance. Implementing aggressive work behavior will further enhance empowering leadership capabilities in improving the performance of Ternate City Regional Tax Retribution Management Agency employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of the decline in employee performance at Perum Damri Manokwari Regency, and to find out the strategies used by the company to improve employee performance at Perum Damri Manokwari Regency Branch. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the data sources in this study were the three managers from each division who could represent their divisions, namely business managers, technical managers, HR finance managers and general public. The results showed that of the seven indicators (motivation, work discipline, career path, compensation, organizational climate, leadership, education and training) to see the causes of decreased employee performance at Perum Damri of Manokwari Regency, the factors that can cause decreased employee performance are in the climate aspect. organization, where even though the climate or work situation within the company is good among fellow employees, it's just that problems from outside the company or external factors are problems that can have a personal impact on the employees themselves which can lead to decreased employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Job Satisfaction Level of Palm Oil Harvester Employees at PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara Kebun Batee Puteh Afdeling 1, Teunom District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The sample in this study was the harvest workforce in the afdeling area I of Batee Puteh Garden which amounted to 17 employees with a total sampling technique, which is the entire population at the study site. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method, because the variables observed are qualitative. The data measurement technique carried out in this study is to use the Likert scale. The results showed that employee satisfaction in the Batee Puteh Afdeling 1 plantation area was included in the Satisfied category. This shows that employee job satisfaction in the Afdeling I Kebun Batee Puteh area is quite good. It can be seen based on the results of questionnaires distributed to employees. The salary of employees in the afdeling I area of Batee Puteh Gardens averages Rp.3,200.00: 26 working days = Rp.123,076 with proof that the worker has never received a permit. In the social aspect of work, 88% are included in the category of quite satisfied and 12% are categorized as satisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman keuangan, kecerdasan spiritual dan teman sebaya terhadap personal finance management. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen angkatan 2019 Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Khairun. Jumlah sampel penelian adalah sebanyak 56 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengalaman keuangan secara parsial (individu) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap personal finance management; (2) kecerdasan spiritual secara parsial (individu) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap personal finance management; (3) teman sebaya secara parsial (individu) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap personal finance management (4) pengalaman keuangan, kecerdasan spiritual dan teman sebaya, secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap personal finance management. This study aims to determine the effect of financial experience, spiritual intelligence and peers on personal finance management. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are students of the 2019 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University. The number of research samples is 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) financial experience partially (individuals) has a positive and significant effect on personal finance management; (2) spiritual intelligence partially (individuals) has a positive and significant effect on personal finance management; (3) peers (individuals) partially have a positive and significant effect on personal finance management (4) financial experience, spiritual intelligence and peers, simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on personal finance management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of efficiency, effectiveness and contribution of Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) to Original Regional Income (PAD) revenues in Manokwari Regency in 2018-2021. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this research conclude that the efficiency level of PBB-P2 revenue in Manokwari Regency from 2018-2021 was very efficient, then the level of effectiveness of PBB-P2 revenue in 2018-2021 experienced insignificant fluctuations or fluctuated with an average percentage of 108. 99% with very effective criteria and the level of contribution of PBB-P2 revenue to Manokwari Regency's PAD in 2018-2021 shows the criteria value is very low with an average percentage of 6.05%, the level of contribution is decreasing every year, this is because the realization of PAD is always increases every year, but the realization of PBB-P2 is fluctuating. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables of Service Quality, Trust and Price on Ana Jasa Titip Manokwari Consumer Satisfaction. This type of research used a qualitative approach with the type of associative problem. The population in this study are consumers from Ana Jasa Titip who have used Ana Jasa Titip two or more times and the total sample is 80 respondents using the purposive sampling method as the sampling method. Data collection methods use primary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires and secondary data, namely books, journals, articles and internet sites. The research instrument used a Likert scale with data analysis methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely service quality, trust and price have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and the results of simultaneous testing of the independent variables, namely service quality, trust and price simultaneously have an effect on Ana Jasa Titip's customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Quality Control of Mobile Rice Milling Rice Products in Prafi SP2 is under control or not yet controlled and to find the causes of defective product damage in the company with the Six Sigma method. The type of research used is two mixed techniques or mix methods. The subject in this study was the Grandong Saroja rice mill in Desay village, Prafi sub-district, Manokwari district. The object used is the amount of Grandong Saroja's rice production and the number of defects for the period in March 2021-March 2022. The primary data used are observations, interviews. Secondary data obtained from data on the number of production and the number of defective products The results showed that controlling the quality of rice products using the Six Sigma method in the DMAIC concept, it is known that the amount of production in March 2021-March 2022 is 167000Kg with the number of defective products in production of 667Kg, indicating that Grandong Saroja is still at the control limit at the five six sigma level, namely 4, 15 defects out of a million opportunities from the six sigma level, i.e. 3,4 defects are equal to probability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Customer Behavior and Digital Marketing at Keripik Raos located in Manokwari Regency. This type of research is quantitative using primary and secondary data. The research subject is the owner of Keripik Raos, while the object of research is Keripik Raos consumers who are involved in the application of Customer Behavior and Digital Marketing. This study uses multiple linear regression methods on 120 respondents who are consumers of Keripik Raos to measure the effect of Customer Behavior and Digital Marketing on Purchase Intention. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that Keripik Raos has successfully implemented Customer Behavior and Digital Marketing to increase Purchase Intention. The benefits of Customer Behavior and Digital Marketing strategies include focusing more on consumers and reaching consumers through social media, so that the products offered by Keripik Raos match consumer needs. However, Keripik Roas faces several obstacles in implementing this strategy, namely not setting positioing, financial limitations, lack of skills in design, photography, and editing, and not having employees who are experts in marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Pasir Putih Health Center, Manokwari Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative problem. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula. The number of samples used was 120 employees at the Pasir Putih Health Center, Manokwaari Regency, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that partially motivation does not show an influence on employee performance, while leadership and work discipline shows an influence on employee performance. Simultaneously significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel penerapan anggaran berbasis kinerja dan kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada BPKAD Kabupaten Manokwari. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 32 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel penerapan anggaran berbasis kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja, sedangkan variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja pada BPKAD Kabupaten Manokwari. Hasil uji simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel penerapan anggaran berbasis kinerja dan kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja pada BPKAD Kabupaten Manokwari.
