Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Kompi 1 Batalyon D Pelopor Satuan Brimob Polda Jateng. Populasi penelitian adalah anggota Kompi 1 Batalyon D Pelopor Satuan Brimob Polda Jateng. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 79 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik total sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survey dengan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan SMARTPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening (p<0.05). Hasil nilai R-Square variabel kinerja anggota sebesar 0,857 atau nilai ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota sebesar 85,7% pada kriteria moderat, sedangkan nilai R-Square variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 0,690 atau kekuatan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 69% pada kriteria moderat.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the achievement of political willingness practices in implementing accrual-based accounting in the public sector. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Manokwari Regency. The type research used is qualitative research based on an interpretive paradigm. Data collection in this research was direct interviews with informants. This research data analysis method uses interpretive analysis to test the validity of the data based on data triangulation and theory triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the Regency Manokwari Regional Secretariat has implemented accrual-based accounting in accordance with Government Regulation Number 71 Of 2010 Concerning Accrual-Based Government Accounting Standards. The practices of political willingness has a positive impact on the preparation of government financial reports. The achievement of the practice of political willingness in implementing accrual-based accounting at the Regional Secretariat Of Manokwari Regency is measured by several indicators, namely initiative, priority, mobilization of political support, law enforcement and business sustainability so as to produce quality financial reports that are transparent and accountable.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the determination of the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil according to business actors, variable costing method and full costing method and to find out the comparison of determining the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil. This type of research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The research subjects are five business actors and the object of research is how the comparison of determining the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documents. The data analysis method is descriptive comparative. The result showed that the determination of the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil by business actors has not been detailed and has not covered all the production costs, while the variable costing and full costing methods have covered all production costs. Comparison of the determination of the cost of goods manufactured by business actors with variable costing and full costing resulted in a very large difference while the comparison of variable costing with the full costing resulted in a small difference.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job enrichment and job enlargement on career development with the mediation of organizational commitment in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madura Branch. The sample used in the study was 35 employees as respondents. This study uses a non-probability sampling method, namely saturation sampling technique. The research data were collected through surveys using structured questionnaires and analyzed using SMARTPLS 4.0. The results showed that all independent variables, namely job enlargement (X1) and job enrichment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on career development (Y) through organizational commitment (Z) as a moderating variable (p<0.05). The result of the adjusted R-squared value of the Career Development variable is 0.078, or this value explains that the Job enlargement and Job enrichment variables affect career development by 7.8%, while 92.2% of career development is explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Jurnalinimenyorotimasalahkepegawaian di sekolahdasar di daerahterpencil. Keberhasilanpendidikantidaklepasdarisumberdayamanusia yang berperanyaitu guru ataudosen. Sekolah Dasar merupakanjenjangpendidikan yang paling lama berlangsungyaitu 6 tahun, dimanarendahnyapendidikan formal ini sangat menentukandalammembentukkarakterpesertadidik di masa depan. Jenis penelitianinidilakukandenganmenggunakanpendekatandeskriptifkualitatifdenganstudikasus. SDN 126 Selumamempunyai 8 orang guru dan 1 orang kepalasekolah, dimanahanya 4 orang guru yang bergelarsarjana (S1) dan 4 orang lainnyamerupakanlulusan. Hal initerletak di daerahyaitu Desa Keban Agung, Kecamatan Air Periukan, KabupatenSlli, Bengkulu Selatan, Selain itu, jumlahsiswakelas I-VI tahunajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 129 orang. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Electonic Word of Mouth, Price and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Brasov Cosmetic Products in Manokwari Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with associative problems. The population of this study is people in Manokwari Regency who use brasov cosmetic products. The sample collection technique was non-probability sampling with a sample of 160 respondents. The primary data used is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from journals, books, and websites related to research variables. The results of the study showed that the electronic Word of mouth variable partially affected the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products, the price variable partially affected the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products and the brand image variable partially influenced the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products, and the electronic word of mouth, price and brand image variables simultaneously affected the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, WCTA, NPM, ROE dan ROA terhadap Perubahan Laba. Teknik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan sampel penelitian yakni 11 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar pada BEI periode 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial ada terdapat pengaruh current ratio, WCTA, ROA dan ROE terhadap perubahan laba, sedangkan variable NPM disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap perubahan laba. Secara simulltan variable current ratio, WCTA, NPM, ROA dan ROE berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba. Kata kunci : CR, WCTA, NPM, ROE, ROA, PL (Perubahan Laba)

Abstract

Cengkeh (Zyzygium Aromaticum) merupakan salah satu rempah khas Maluku yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi dan peluang besar untuk dikembangkan. Terkenal dengan sebutan pulau rempah-rempah menjadikan cengkeh sebagai salah satu komoditas yang banyak diusahakan oleh petani Maluku meskipun fluktuasi harga cengkeh yang sering terjadi di pasaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan cengkeh di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah Provinsi Maluku. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Negeri Allang, Seith, dan Sepa, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang petani cengkeh. Proses penentuan jumlah petani di desa ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil yang diperoleh faktor internal yakni umur, tingkat pendidikan, skala usaha, motivasi dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Faktor eksternal yakni ketersediaan input dan kelembagaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Hal ini menggambarkan jika faktor internal dan eksternal ditingkatkan maka akan ikut meningkatkan perilaku kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test and prove the influence of servant leadership on organizational performance, both directly and through organizational justice. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data that can be collected and analyzed amounts to 147 permanent employees who work in several fields at the Trade and Industry Service and the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency. Sampling uses a proportional probability technique. SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS 3.0 application is used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that to improve organizational performance, it can be done by implementing servant leadership that increases the sense of fairness to members of the organization. Servant leadership does not have a significant influence on organizational performance. The organizational justice that is currently felt is able to improve organizational performance. Organizational justice is also able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on significant organizational performance. Theoretically, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management science and organizational behavior so that it can provide benefits to academics and practitioners of regional apparatus organizational management.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on credit risk management effectiveness, operational efficiency, and data quality in Indonesia's national private banks. Using a quantitative method, the data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The sample consists of 100 employees from the credit risk and IT divisions of 20 national private banks that utilize artificial intelligence, selected using stratified random sampling. The findings reveal that digital transformation and artificial intelligence positively influence operational efficiency and data quality, significantly enhancing credit risk management effectiveness. Data quality mediates the relationship between artificial intelligence and credit risk management, while operational efficiency also serves as a strong mediator. This study highlights the importance of digital innovation as an effective strategy for national private banks to strengthen credit risk management through technology.
