Abstract

Stigma terbentuk dari penyimpangan yang dilakukan individu dan menggambarkan sesuatu yang sangat negatif. Hal ini seharusnya dapat dicegah pada saat proses pembentukan stigma. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembentukan stigma terhadap mahasiswi pelanggar tata tertib dan penyebab mahasiswi melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib tersebut pada Akademi Kebidanan Tunas Harapan Bangsa Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan cara kombinasi antara penelitian pustaka, observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stigma terhadap mahasiswi pelanggar tata tertib terbentuk atas peran lembaga pendidikan. Tahapan pembentukan stigma di awali dari adanya pelanggaran berupa penyimpangan primer (primere deviance) yang kemudian lembaga pendidikan memberi label/cap serta pandangan sterotif atau pandangan dimana pelanggaran merupakan suatu budaya bagi kelompok tertentu. Setelah itu lembaga memisahkan kelompok (separation) pelanggar tata tertib dengan kelompok pada umumnya dan terjadilah diskriminasi. Stigma kemudian terbentuk dan pada tahap akhir terjadilah penyimpangan lanjutan (secondary deviance), sehingga stigma melekat pada devian. Sedangkan penyebab dilakukannya pelanggaran tata tertib oleh mahasiswi Akademi Kebidanan Tunas Harapan Bangsa Palembang adalah terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Abstract

Ekowisata adalah salah satu cara pembangunan berkelanjutan yang melibatkan masyarakat lokal. Peranpemerintah desa sebagai ujung tombak pembangunan sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan ekowisata.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi, pembangunan infrastruktur dan kebijakan Desa JeroraSatu Kecamatan Sintang Kabupaten Sintang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam mendukungpengembangan Ekowisata Danau Jemelak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatifdeskriptif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisisdata menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi Pemerintah DesaJerora Satu terhadap ekowisata Danau Jemelak masih tergolong sedang namun disisi lain mereka yakinbahwa ekowisata akan dapat menjadi salah satu penyolong pendapatan asli desa dimasa depan.Pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang ekowisata Danau Jemelak masih belum ada namun denganpartisipasi semua pihak, penyediaan infrastruktur dapat tercukupi. Kebijakan pemerintah desa belum adayang mendukung pengembangan ekowisata Danau Jemelak, namun kebijakan adat yang sudah ada sejaklama dapat menjadi dasar dalam mendukung kelestarian wilayah Danau Jemelak dan aliran sungai disekitarnya. Pemerintah desa Jerora Satu sedang gencar dalam memberikan penyadaran terhadap wargaakan manfaat menjaga lingkungan salah satunya sebagai destinasi ekowisata yang digunakan sebagaisumber pendapatan masa depan masyarakat.

Abstract

Layanan administrasi kependudukan yang berlangsung pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipildi Kabupaten Karawang mengalami keterlambatan penerbitan KTP-el, sebagian warga yangmelaksanakan perekaman KTP-el pada Kecamatan masing-masing, kenyataannya di lapangan masihbanyak warga yang belum mendapatkan KTP-el dikarenakan penerbitan melebihi waktu yangditetapkan.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji pemahaman Pelayanan dalam Proses Penerbitan KTP-eldan secara khusus untuk mengetahui pelayanan dalam proses penerbitan KTP-el pada DinasKependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Karawang serta solusinya kepada masyarakat yang memiliki dataganda. Jenis penelitian adalah riset deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Metodepengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dengan memilih informan utama, observasi secaralangsung terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan dan dokumentasi hasil. Teknik analisis data menggunakantriangulasi sumber data. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil mengenai pelayanan dalam proses penerbitanKTP-el bahwa alur pelayanan perekaman KTP yang telah terdaftar dalam basis data Kependudukan telahberjalan dengan baik melalui aplikasi SIAK, masalah yang terjadi yaitu terbatasnya blanko KTP-el yangberdampak pada keterlambatan dalam proses penerbitan KTP-el yang seharusnya dapat diselesaikandalam empat belas hari kerja serta pemberlakukan KTP-el seumur hidup dengan konsep layanan One DayService Catpil dijadikan media untuk mengajukan penunggalan data dan mengajukan penerbitan KTPelektronik baru.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Government's Program in Strengthening Farmer BusinessGroups Based on the Empowerment of Rice Farmers Communities. The method used to achieve the goalis to provide education to the rice farming community based on farming groups. The research uses aqualitative approach, while data collection techniques consist of literature study and field studies throughobservation, interviews. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, anddrawing conclusions. The results in the field stated that the socialization was carried out to provideunderstanding to farmer groups in kuprik village to challenge how to develop an agricultural program,then PPL Officers conducted field supervision to farmer groups, by providing motivation and structureddirection on how to obtain and manage quality harvests. . Then PPL officers also analyze the problemsthat occur in kuprik village agricultural land, a problem that they can continue to the agriculturedepartment to find solutions in order to create quality crops. Furthermore, the marketing facilities forrice harvest from farmers are not provided by the government. The harvest from the farmers communityin Kampung Kuprik is sold alone

Abstract

The rubbish is one of the environmental problems that is often highlighted as a national problem. The amount ofthe rubbish will increase in line with the high rate of population growth. Therefore, actors are needed to reducethese problems, one of which is NGOs. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the SPeKTRANGO in reducing waste problems through community empowerment with the garbage bank program. And to findout the SPeKTRA NGO partnership patterns, the government, civil society, and the private sector. The researchmethod used is descriptive-qualitative. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. Data analysistechniques used in this study are interactive data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation,and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the role of the SPeKTRA NGO and the partnership establishedbetween the SPeKTRA NGO, the government, civil society, and the private sector through the garbage bankprogram had been well implemented. Based on the results of research analyzes in the field the role of theSPeKTRA NGO is carried out with reference to community welfare and service provision, education development,participation and empowerment, networking. While the partnership pattern is established through mutualismpartnership. Things that need to be improved are creativity and innovation by the SPeKTRA NGO in running thegarbage bank program and strengthening the role of each actor in running the partnership

Abstract

The creative industry is one of the industries that are able to contribute to the regional economy, and oneof the creative industries sub-sectors that can become leading creative industries is the culinarysubsector. The existence of this industry is also aligned to achieve the agenda of sustainable developmentgoals (SDGs) on the 8th goal related to sustainable and inclusive economic growth. But for specificregions, the existence of the creative culinary industry has challenges in its development. This study aimsto discuss the opportunities and challenges of developing a creative culinary industry in Kendari Cityand their contribution to the achievement of SDGs. The research method used is a qualitative researchmethod using interviews and documentation of data collection techniques. The findings in this studyindicate that the opportunities for culinary creative industry development are triggered by the growth ofentrepreneurial interest and creativity of industry players, this has gained momentum because it is drivenby culinary trends as lifestyle and leisure, as well as government support programs in culinarydevelopment itself. As for the challenges faced, such as venture capital, licensing, andplace/business space for the development of creative culinary industries. However,overall the existence of the creative culinary industry in the city of Kendari was able tosupport the achievement of SGDs 2030 on the goal 8 to create jobs and absorb youngworkers.

Abstract

Poverty is still the biggest challenge in Indonesia today. It is closely related to health, education, toddlernutrition, etc. Numerous policies have been rolled out by the government to overcome this problem. Oneof them is Program KeluargaHarapan (PKH) from the Ministry of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia.This research aims to find out the effectiveness of Program KeluargaHarapan in reducing the number ofpoverty and the inhibiting factors in implementing the program in KecamatanTenayan Raya, KotaPekanbaru. This research is using a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of thisresearch are classified into three categories: effective, quite effective, and less effective. The respondentscategorized the input, process, and output of the program to be effective. 72% of 30 respondents thinkthat the input approach is effective. It means that the PKH implementation in the KecamatanTenayanRaya is following the objectives of the program. 71% of the respondents consider that the process of PKHaid distribution is following the Standard Operating Procedures. Besides, 77% of them think that thefamily who received support from the program met the proper criteria. Regarding the inhibiting factorsof this program, the respondents emphasized several aspects. The inhibiting factor for the effectivenessof this family expectation program includes; the lack amount of money given to the community; and poorcoordination between program officers and supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how wages differ among workers and to investigate the factors thatdetermine these wage differences in the manufacturing and service sectors in Indonesia. Multipleregression models with dummy variables are used to determine how the characteristics and quality ofworkers influence the difference in wages in the labor market in Indonesia. Worker factors such aseducation, work experience, gender and marital status explain around 24.8 percent of the variation inworkers' wages. The results of this study indicate the importance of the characteristics and quality ofworkers in determining the difference in the level of wages of workers, both in the manufacturing sectorand in the service sector. The independent variables in the model, namely higher education, workexperience, gender and marital status have a significant positive effect on the difference in wages ofworkers in the manufacturing and service sectors. Thus, this study highlights the importance of humanresources in increasing the income level of workers and reveals the fact that the quality of humanresources is not only important for reducing wage differentials but also helps in increasing the wage rateof workers.

Abstract

Pasar yaitu tempat bertemunya penjual dan pembeli dengan ditandai adanya interaksi jual-beli masalahumum yang sering ditemukan di pasar tradisional adalah penumpukan sampa, bau sampah disekitar pasar,dan pengelolaan sampah oleh pengelola pasar yang dinilai masih belum optimal. Maksud dari penelitianini untuk mengetahui manajemen penananganan dan pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Induk Cibitung.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik mengumpulkan datayang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitianmanajemen penanganan dan pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Induk ini masih menggunakan metode yangkonvensional yaitu kumpul – angkut – buang. Pihak pengelola pasar belum memiliki inovasi serta progreskerja dalam mengelola sampah pasar. Walaupun dengan metode konvensional yang meliputi, kumpul –angkut – buang, kondisi di lapangan, sampah masih sering menumpuk dan tercecer di area pasar sertamenimbulkan bau yang menyengat. Hal temuan lain di lapangan adalah keberadaan TPS hanya ada satu,yang muatannya tidak sebanding dengan volume produksi sampah yangberakibat pada penumpukansampah karena sudah melebihi batas muatan tampungserta bau sampah yang sangat menyengat.Sedangkan hal yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah melakukan pertambahan waktu untuk pengangkutansampah, agar sampah tidak terlalu menumpuk.
