Abstract

Cheating in financial statements is done intentionally presenting and manipulating the value of material can mislead stakeholders in decision making for the company.  The research aims to indicate and analyze the influence of fraudulent financial reporting by testing elements of fraud in the Pentagon fraud theory in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2018. The independent variables used in this study were the the Pentagon fraud with the five elements of the indicator which is pressure, Opportunity (opportunity), rationalization (rationalization), competence (competence), and arrogance The dependent variable used is the fraudulent financial reporting that is proscribed with the F-Score. This form of research is quantitative using the company's annual report data and library studies. The analytical techniques described in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study stated that financial stability, financial target and external pressure have a significant influence on fraudulent financial reporting. While Institutional ownership, Ineffective monitoring, quality of external auditors, Change in auditor, change in direction, frequent number of CEO's picture has no effect on fraudulent financial reporting.   Keywords: Fraud pentagon theory, fraudulent financial reporting, institutional ownership,

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan karyawan dalam menilai pekerjaan yang telah mereka lakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan pada bagian kebun kelapa sawit di PT. Mandiri Kapital Jaya, Bidara Estate, Kabupaten Ketapang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 72 responden dari jumlah populasi 256 orang. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda, setelah melalui uji validitas, realibilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, kepemimpinan dan keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi dan kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi kerja, Pengalaman kerja

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are often the sharpest spotlight in implementing government, regarding readiness, number, education, and professionalism. The implementation of good governance is needed to support the readiness of a solid apparatus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on satisfaction and performance of employees of Korwil II Malang, East Java Province. This research is an explanatory research which is used to find out the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population of this study were 32 labor inspectors of the Regional Coordinator of Malang Regional Office II. East Java. While the sample used in this study using saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. The statistical analysis used is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership and motivation influence employee satisfaction and performance and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance. The Head of the Manpower Supervisor of Malang Regional Office II of East Java Province, in improving his leadership, needs to use a participatory leadership approach and employees need to be given extrinsic motivation such as being given the opportunity to achieve achievements, be given awards and given the same as colleagues to get promotion.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyse and describe about the attractiveness of Sariayu Hijab Shampoo advertisement for female students of State Polytechnic of Malang.This research employed qualitative approach mainly descriptive analysis, the location of research was in State Polytechnic of Malang. The informants used were female students of State Polytechnic of Malang who had watched the advertisement through Youtube. The result of interview was treated as primary data which was used to gain description about the attractiveness of Sariayu Hijab adverstisement. The result shows that the advertisement was used to remind, persuade and inform in the process of developing a product brand image.In addition, hiring Alyssa Soebandono as the brand ambassador of Sariayu Hijab shampoo has been proved to create attractiveness to present choices to consumers to buy the shampoo for hair treatment especially for women who wear hijab. The use of visual elements and picture in the advertisement is a company method to feature the product being introduced to the public. This is in line with the image being developed by the company which is focused on describing an Islamic beauty product as well as a shampoo for women with hijab.Therefore, the use of brand ambassador fits with the image of a beautiful woman who has good personality to attract consumers mainly and finally increase the sale of the shampoo. The use of electronic advertisement by the company has been proved to be effective since it causes consumers buy the product after watching the ad. It shows that the information being delivered to consumers about the advantages of Sariayu Hijab shampoo can be well accepted by public.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing the existence of service quality can increase the satisfaction of consultant service users in the Malang City Government; 2) to test and analyze whether the service quality including  tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and zero defect variables in consultant service users in the Malang City Gouverment; 3) to test whether the service quality which is including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and zero defect variables in consultant service users in the Malang City Gouverment; 4) to choose and analyze which tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and zero defect variables that most influencing to the consultant service users in the Malang City Gouverment satisfaction. This research is a survey research by collecting primary and also secondary data by interviewing, observing, giving kuisioner, and also study book.The amount of the sample in this research are 95 people who are choosen from the population by using Issac and Michael Table. Statistic analysis in this research is using Statistical Package for Social Sience (SPSS) 16,0 for windows. The result of the research are; (1) Existence of Service Quality provided by service providers (CV. MPC) can increase service user satisfaction in Malang City Government environment because it includes Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Zero defect variables can provide an overview of the answers of users services that answer all questions in percentage answer are satisfied enough to be very satisfied with greater if appealed which answers very dissatisfied until dissatisfied, (2) Six variables of service quality approach together have a significant / significant effect on user satisfaction services in Malang City Government, (3) There are 2 service quality variables that have a significant influence on the satisfaction of Consultant Service users in the Malang City Government environment, namely the Responsiveness variable and zero defects variable, and there are four service quality variables that have less meaningful effects, namely variables tangible, reliability, assurance and empathy, (4). Variable zero defects service quality at the satisfaction of users of consultant services in the Malang City Government having a dominant influence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja dimeadiasi oleh motivasi kerja pada prajurit TNI di Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada responden yang telah ditentukan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan explanotary research. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 149 orang prajurit TNI di Politeknik Angkatan Darat yang diambil secara jenuh. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan pendekatan path analysis dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelatihan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada prajurit TNI di Politeknik Angkatan Darat, (2) Pemberdayaan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada prajurit Politeknik Angkatan Darat, (3) Pelatihan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada prajurit Politeknik Angkatan Darat, (4) Pemberdayaan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada prajurit Politeknik Angkatan Darat, (5) Motivasi kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada prajurit Politeknik Angkatan Darat, (6) Pelatihan dengan mediasi motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada prajurit Politeknik Angkatan Darat, (7) Pemberdayaan dengan mediasi motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada prajurit Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian penjelasan yang melibatkan 52 sekolah, diambil secara purposif dari 156 orang tersebut diambil sampel 52 orang, sehingga setiap 1 sekolah terdapat 1 tenaga administrasi yang dijadikan sampel. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian hasil analisis tersebut maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja., (2) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja., (3) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan., (4) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan., (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan., (6) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja., dan (7) Motivasi berpengaruh secara terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Abstract

Education and training is one of the important factors in the placement of educators in the Army Polytechnic, because the implementation of education and training will make the performance of educators in the Army Polytechnic to be increased or better than before implementing education and training. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil BAPPEKO Mojokerto; (2) Pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil BAPPEKO Mojokerto; (3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil BAPPEKO Mojokerto; (4) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil BAPPEKO Mojokerto; (5) Pengaruh produktivitas kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil BAPPEKO Mojokerto; (6) Pengaruh tidak langsung tunjangan kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil melalui produktivitas kerja BAPPEKO Mojokerto dan; (7) Pengaruh tidak langsung disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil melalui produktivitas kerja BAPPEKO Mojokerto. Penelitian penjelasan ini melibatkan 49 responden yang diambil secara sensus dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan Path Analysis menggunakan program software Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan: (1) Tunjangan kinerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap produktivitas kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (2) Tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja. (3) Tunjangan kinerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui produktivitas kerja pegawai., dan (4) Secara total disiplin kerja berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian eksplanatori ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diantara variabel stres kerja, beban kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian yang melibatkan seluruh pegawai sebagai populasi, dengan jumlah 32 orang dengan teknik sampling secara sensus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan teknik analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; (6) Kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan dan bernilai positif terhadap kinerja; (7) Stres kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan; (8) Beban kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Mojokerto. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini yakni responden kecil sehingga perlu ditelaah lebih lanjut oleh peneliti lainnya dalam bentuk penelitian lain yang lebih luas dan tajam.
