Abstract

The development of the world of commerce has changed from conventional to digital, this is the underlying emerging e-commerce industry in the present era which became a bridge for consumers and sellers meet and exchange goods and money. The development of ecommerce is very fast both for local and from outside because triggered by the growth of sales through this media so that competition is very tight. Therefore it is necessary to note what causes consumers to choose shopping in one e-commerce and what are the reasons and what products are sought after. From the results of our research we found that it was associated with the theory of planned behavior (TPB) then it is in that the attitude of perception greatly affect decision-making such as sense of security, reliable and accessible that makes customers decide to choose in one of e-commerce and e -commerce the most popular is Lazada with products that buy Fashion, gadgets and cosmetics. From the above we ex10pect e-commerce continues to pay attention to customer expectations of this research so that the e-commerce is selected as a place of shopping by consumers

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien dipengaruhi oleh faktor kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan. Rumah sakit harus bisa mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatanyang baik kepadapasien agar dapat bersaing dengan rumah sakit yang kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatannya lebih baik. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan senjata potensial untuk mengalahkan pesaing. Fasilitas kesehatan merupakan faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Pelayanan yang ramah dan fasilitas kesehatan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien sehingga terjadinya peningkatan kunjungan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS pada RS. Insani Stabat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RS. Insani Stabat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS pada RS. Insani Stabat. Nilai R Square sebesar 80,5% menunjukkan bahwa 80,5% kemampuan variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan fasilitas kesehatan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y) pada RS. Insani Stabat sedangkan sisanya 19,5% merupakan pengaruh variabel bebas lain yang tidak dijelaskan atau tidak diteliti oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini seperti variabel lokasi, harga dan sistem administrasi.

Abstract

In this era of global change, where the millennial generation has begun to enter the workforce, more and more workers around the world are feeling uneasy about staying in their current jobs. Even in a survey conducted  by TNS Employee Insights, a survey agency in the United States, stated that only 14.3% of workers were fully engaged with the company, 29.7% were involved and the rest did not want to be involved in the organization. The survey also noted about 45% of respondents who stated they were not satisfied with their work. The level of employee dissatisfaction will negatively affect the behavior and feelings of employees in a company. This study aims to look at the 3 variables, namely compensation, flexible working hour  and company branding, which is the most influential on employee engagement to stay and  be involved in realizing the ideals of the organization. This research was conducted on millennial respondents who had worked for at least 1 year  in various industries both manufacturing and service industries in the area of West Java, Central Java and East Java as well as Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The number of samples collected and calculated were 285 respondents. Data calculation is done using SEM-AMOS software. From the analysis of the data it was found that compensation, flexible working hour  and company branding  have an influence on employee motivation and employee engagement, and employee motivation has the effect of mediating the relationship between compensation, flexible working hour and company branding on employee  engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya Tarif Sewa Modal Dan Jumlah Pinjaman Terhadap Laba Bersih Pada PT.Pegadaian (Persero). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalan purposive sampling. Diperoleh jumlah sampel 7 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan tarif sewa modal dan jumlah pinjaman mempunyai hubungan yang “sangat kuat” terhadap laba bersih. Hasil pengujian secara parsial tarif sewa modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih, sedangkan jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih PT. Pegadaian (persero). Pengujian secara simultan tarif sewa modal dan jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih PT. Pegadaian (persero). Untuk dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan labanya PT. Pegadaian (Persero) harus lebih memperhatikan perkembangan jumlah pinjaman yang diberikan kepada nasabahnya.

Abstract

m various parties associated with the company and cause the decline of the company's image in the eyes of investors. This study will test audit delay using firm size factors, industry type, audit committee, and KAP size. This research is a quantitative research with associative causal approach. The population in this research is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2014-2016. The number of samples in this study as many as 24 companies with 3 times the publication of financial statements (2014-2016) so that obtained samples in this study as 72 corporate data. This researchuses multiple linear regression analysis method with IBM SPSS Version 22 statistical tool. The results of this research show that partially only the type of industry that has a positive and significant impact on audit delay . While firm size variable, audit committee, and KAP size have negative effect not significant to audit delay . Simultaneously firm size, industry type, audit committee, and KAP size have an effect on audit delay.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Ethical Climate and Organizational Commitment at staff at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA). Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires using ordinal scales. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The collected data is then analyzed using the technique analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study show that Ethical Leadership positively and significantly influence on Ethical Climate, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga, Atribut Produk, dan Iklan sebagai variabel independen, kemudian Perpindahan Merek sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Smartphone Samsung yang sempat melakukan Perpindahan Merek dari Smartphone lain di Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Ukuran sampel diambil dari 75 responden dengan metode pengambilan sample Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode PLS/Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil penholahan data dengan PLS memiliki hasil bahwa (1) Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,427. (2) Atribut Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,537. (3) Iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,004.

Abstract

The existence of exhibition halls with professional management is a major factor to boost the exhibition industry in an area. The exhibition industry is one of the supporting elements of MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibition / events). The government has set MICE as a top five sector in bringing foreign tourists, even this sector is targeted to be able to grow up to 10% in 2019. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the growth of Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) and its impact on the promotion of small and medium enterprises in Banten Province. This research uses a literature study with descriptive and explorative approaches and secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). It can be concluded that: (1) ICE is very potential and has a huge impact in contribution of creating jobs, increasing regional yield and income for the country, (2) With the increase of MICE events at ICE, it will attract a high number of visitors to come and be a potential market for hotel industry, event organizers (EO), travel agencies and transportation to get a decent profit. In addition, many small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which involved in MICE industry grow their revenue such as catering services, souvenir, food and beverage sellers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melihat fenomena yang terjadi di Indonesia saat pelanggan memilih produk berdasarkan harga atau kualitas. Namun dalam penelitian ini kami menyediakan variabel lain yang turut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dari pelanggan yaitu Brand awareness. Dengan menggunakan pelanggan mobil dari Honda penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor mediasi dari brand awareness. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa brand awareness memediasi penuh hubungan antara kualitas dengan keputusan pembelian. Demikian juga harga mobil turut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil.

Abstract

Currently, manufacturing industry in Indonesia hold the 40th position in the world. This condition  is very unsatisfying. To improve performance of Indonesia's manufacturing industry specially the chemical industry, it needs to improve the performance by manage the standardized system. One way to ensure standardization of procedures is to make sure that all procedures done according to international industry requirements i.e. quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. The role of the ISO system is very important for companies to be able to increase credibility in the eyes of customers and stakeholders. Not only that, with the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, companies can increase employee productivity so that company performance can be achieved efficiently and effectively.  Optimal performance is expected to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. The process of implementing the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 very well depends on carefully planned and measured human capital management. without systematic and structured planning of the human resources management,  it will be very difficult for companies to obtain higher quality human resources which will results in potential obstacles in implementing the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. For this reason, it is obligatory for company to implement a business process approach in human capital management so as a quality-oriented organizational culture be achieved.  in the end, this process can create organizational commitment in accordance with the basic principles of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015.
