Abstract

This research aims to provide the public with statistical data information about COVID-19, especially West Kalimantan. Data is sent quickly using the Official API of the Indonesian Government. Every time there is a data update from the Government, the bot system will automatically retrieve the data and then send it to the telegram bot channel. System testing has been carried out, it can generate valid information automatically without the need for an admin role, where every time there is the latest updatefrom the government, then the channel bot automatically sends data on COVID-19 specifically for West Kalimantan.  Keywords— COVID-19, API , Telegram Bot

Abstract

Coronavirus infection is a disease caused by the corona virus and causes symptoms in the form of respiratory problems. This virus was first discovered at the end of 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China and until the end of 2020 it has spread to almost all over the world. To reduce the spread of the coronavirus, healthy habits such as washing hands and wearing masks are needed. In addition, in terms of technology, Android is an operating system that is widely used to develop mobile applications. The existence of this application technology makes it very possible to use it to update the latest information about COVID-19, as well as prevent the spread and the tracking process. The UI UX design is needed in making the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) android application. Based on the results of testing the functional suitability aspect has a success percentage of 100%. And the results of the calculation of the percentage of feasibility is 95.66%, so it can be concluded that the application has a very decent usability standard.  Keywords— COVID-19, Coronavirus, Android, UI UX, Android Studio

Abstract

This study aims to examine the symbols contained in the tourism logo of Sukabumi GURILAPSS Regency owned by the Tourism Office of Sukabumi Regency, know the meaning of the symbols of the tourism logo of Sukabumi GURILAPSS Regency, and know the link of meaning contained in the tourism logo of Sukabumi GURILAPSS Regency. This study used qualitative research using the semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. The focus of the study is the symbols contained in the Tourism logo based on the semiotic triangle meaning theory with three universal categories such as Firstness, Secondness, and Thirdness. The results of this study showed the tourism logo of Sukabumi GURILAPSS regency has three symbols, namely turtle logogram, GURILAPSS Logotype, and Logotype tagline pesona sukabumi. The symbol of turtle logogram has the meaning of turtle as an animal that is preserved in Sukabumi Regency. Turtles are also a surviving fauna in sukabumi district. Logotype GURILAPSS stands for several words namely Mountain, Jungle, Sea, Beach, River, and Cultural Arts, and Logotype tagline 'Pesona Sukabumi' is a tourism tagline of sukabumi regency, it can be concluded that the symbol logogram turtle has meaning as an icon of sukabumi regency, logotype GURILAPSS and logotype tagline as tourism culture sukabumi.

Abstract

The development of facilities and infrastructure that follows the development of modern technology is very important for the development of a theme park. One of the theme parks in Surabaya that has great potential is Atlantis Land which has a beautiful diorama which is located in front of the entrance to Atlantis Land. As the main attraction, the Atlantis Land Diorama plays an important role in providing information about the amazing story behind Atlantis Land. The design of this animated video intends to give a new attraction to the Atlantis Land diorama by telling the story behind Atlantis Land in a modern animation style. This design uses several data collection methods, namely in-depth interviews, observations and questionnaires. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using descriptive analysis method to look for ideas in formulating interesting animated videos. The design concept chosen was "The secret of Atlantis's glorious spirits", which means a kingdom that was once destroyed by disaster, then sank into the sea, until it finally rose again with its majesty and splendor. This concept will be used as a reference in making visual and verbal concepts from this animated video. It is hoped that this animation can become one of the attractions in increasing visitor satisfaction and strengthening the message depicted in the Atlantis Land Diorama vehicle.

Abstract

Technology continues to develop along with the amount of human work to help complete work in various fields so that it becomes more optimal. One of the interesting and growing technology trends is the Internet of Things technology or commonly abbreviated as IoT. The utilization of the Internet of Things is also very helpful in the field of remote control and automation. One form of its use is a remote control system for lighting and electricity in a house, so that homeowners can control and monitor the condition of the house remotely or when they are left traveling. Besides that, Internet of Things technology can also help people with disabilities so they don't experience difficulties when controlling and monitoring the home. The operation of the smart home is done by users sending messages to the telegram bot that has been made. If the message is successfully sent and the device is connected to the internet, the telegram bot will provide a reply message as well as monitoring the condition of the device in the house.

Abstract

Nasida Ria, a modern kasidah music group, is known as a kasidah legend in Indonesia. Formed in an area with a background that is identical to Islamic values, namely the Kauman area, Semarang, Central Java in 1975 by H. Muhammad Zain, they have a main mission of preaching but in a way that many people like, namely music. In her 45 years of career, Nasida Ria has produced hundreds of works that can be enjoyed by the public. They have proven to the public that with its uniqueness and distinction, Nasida Ria is able to fight the times amidst the dynamics of the Indonesian music industry, as well as the twists and turns of her career so that she is able to become a kasidah legend in Indonesia. Their extraordinary career journey has inspired the formation of this visual biography. The illustration that summarizes the story of Nasida Ria's career is the strength of the attraction of this biography. With the visual biography of the modern Kasidah group Nasida Ria, the information that the audience needs to convey or need is well-structured and interesting.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in immersive learning seen from its current and future developments. The discussion explores the benefits of AR technology from previous research in the past 5 years. The research method used is qualitative, quantitative, mixed, systems design and review papers by taking a sample of 125 papers which are suitable for the purpose of this study. From the research results, it is known that AR technology will continue to develop into a part of individual and community life. Likewise, in the context of education, AR technology will not only become a set of resources, tools for communicating, collaborating, presenting, creating objects and practices for the teaching process, but AR will become an inseparable part of the world of education.

Abstract

Most sources of disease come from dirty items. Dirty items usually have lots of disease-causing bacteria and viruses that can lower our immune system. One of the reasons is unhygienic food. For that, we need interesting and informative educational media in the form of an educational game application "Defense Body". This game aims to educate children about the importance of maintaining health. This design uses a qualitative method with 2 stages carried out, namely the preparation stage and the creation stage. This method approach produces a design concept with the keyword "Learning with fun" as a solution for parents in educating their children about the importance of health. This game is designed as a companion media for parents so that children can understand the importance of maintaining health.

Abstract

Aldo Skincare is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) that sells serum for the face. However, Aldo Skincare's brand identity and packaging design have not yet formed a brand image and communicated product information, making Aldo Skincare unable to compete with similar local competitors. The brand identity was redesigned using the steps of the work according to Wheeler and the steps of the work of designing the packaging according to Klimchuk and Krasovec. As a result, the key message from Aldo Skincare is “For Healthy, Makes Beauty, Simple for Anyone” while maintaining the identity of the colors previously used. Through this design, a new name was created, namely Aglow by Aldo Baskoro with the tagline "Drop of Wholesome". The design, as a product attribute to convey information and strengthen the brand image, is expected to be able to increase the uniqueness and attractiveness, so that it is indirectly expected to be a means of promotion and become the brand of choice for the audience.

Abstract

Currently, every government agency is competing to improve the quality of its services, one of which is at the village level. Global demands require the world of government to always adapt technological developments to efforts to improve quality, especially adjusting the use of technology and communication for the world of government. Villages have a very important role in public services for the community. Management of village administration and information to enter the form system so that it is easier for the community to get information in the village. Cibolang Kaler Village is a village that has not implemented an online-based service information system. So that the making of correspondence needed by the community directly comes to the Cibolang Kaler village office. In addition, residents often complain that village services take a long time because they have to wait for queues for letters to produce letters manually. Therefore, it is necessary to have a village correspondence service information system to make it easier for residents and village officials to manage correspondence in the village of Cibolang Kaler.
