Abstract

Pandemi Corona Virus 19 berdampak terhadap keseluruhan aspek kehidupan , khususnya ketahanan ekonomi keluarga dengan ditandai adanya menurunnya produksi, distribusi, pendapatan dari home industry Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan  keluarga melalui budidaya empon- empon serta membranding  karak non “bleng  berbasis kearifan lokal di Dusun Nglaroh, Nangsri, Kebakkramat, Karanganyar. Metode pendekatan pada kegiatan ini adalah rural development and empowerment melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi, latihan praktik (drill practice) serta pendampingan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kelompok produktif ekonomi yang terdiri dari 10 home industri dan kelompok masyarakat non produktif ekonomi yang berjumlah 30 keluarga. Indikator kegiatan ini adalkah peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam budidaya empon – empon dan pengetahuan dan keteampilan dalam pengelolaan kerak non bleng sebagai produk unggulan serta partisipasi peserta dalam kegiatan. Instrument yang dipakai adalah ceklist pre dan post. Adapun hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengatahuan, ketrampilan serta partisipasi masyarakat terhadap aspek kegiatan ini sebesar 90%. Ketahanan ekonomi keluarga dapat diperbaiki melalui pemberdayaan kelompok degan budidaya empon- embpon dan branding kerak belng pada masyarakat ekonomi produktif dan non preoduktif di desa Ngangsi Kebak kramat Karanganyar Jawa Tengah

Abstract

  Hilangnya kebermaknaan hidup bagi warga binaan panti merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di sekitar masyarakat kita. Warga binaan panti yang merupakan individu lanjut usia (lansia) sering mengalami penyebab yang kurang menyenangkan ketika harus tinggal di panti, sering mengalami tekanan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Pendampingan dan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan di UPT Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Wherda ini lebih kepada memperkuat kapasitas diri melalui kebermaknaan hidup melalui optimalisasi nilai-nilai religiusitas yang ada pada diri warga binaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan terhadap pendampingan ini yaitu pendekatan Asset-Based Community-driven Development (ABCD). Pendekatan ini sangat tepat jika digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi-potensi yang ada dalam diri individu terutama potensi religiusitas untuk menemukan kebermaknaan hidup serta dapat secara efektif menggali dan menemukan makna dari kehidupan yang mulai memudar ketika terjadi proses adaptasi yang sulit. Hasil dari pendampingan dan pemberdayaan ini terhadap warga binaan di pusat rehabilitasi yaitu adanya rasa optimisme yang tinggi dalam menyongsong kehidupan walaupun mereka jauh dari keluarga, dapat merasakan Allah SWT sebagai Rahman dan Rahim ketika dalam  susasana yang prihatin, dapat beribadah lebih leluasa, dan dapat lebih tenang dalam memaknai kehidupan religiusitasnya serta siap dalam menjalani tugas kehidupan atau berfungsi secara sosial. Hasil dari pengabdian ini memperlihatkan adanya potensi yang tumbuh kembali setelah warga mulai tinggal di panti. Perubahan itu terlihat dengan adanya perubahan pada aspek-aspek kebermaknaan hidup mulai dari dimensi personal, dimensi sosial, dan dimensi nilai-nilai.

Abstract

Bali has a charm nature, unique culture that captivated the hearts of foreign tourists and domestic to visit. Since the pandemic covid-19 struck the world, economic growth in Bali the year 2020 has decreased, because one of the economic incomes of the business sector tourism. Efforts The government Bali restore the economy, turn on the micro, small and medium Enterprises (SMES). Peken Facebook is the SMES take the opportunities businesses trading through online networks and social media that continues to innovate using digital technology in the pandemic covid-19. Based on observation and interview found a weakness, the absence of application of Management Information System (SIM) the better. The purpose for apply SIM in the running of the operational business Peken Facebook so the quality of services increased as well as customer satisfaction achieved. Methods the activities of socialization, provides training and the practice of direct application of SIM and mentoring. The results of the activity show the high enthusiasm of the participants, Peken Facebook apply SIM in the running of their business operations to support service activities to meet the needs of the consumer. Conclusion, the service is done to increase the quality of human resources and partnerships, understand the concept of SIM as well as can give the satisfaction of consumers. Advice, Peken Facebook expected can apply the SIM properly, perform the evaluation in accordance with the development of market conditions so that it can create, innovate, following the development of better technology, particularly in terms of the provision of excellent service to the consumer.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education is one of the main supporters of educational services through the development of e-books. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher competence in utilizing ICT to prepare the 21st century education system in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. This activity uses the community development method through training, mentoring and development in the preparation of e-book learning media. Instrument achievement of implementation indicators using pretest and posttest questionnaires for knowledge and skills of e-book development for teachers at Analysis of the results of achievement using descriptive analysis of the average value and percentage. The average pretest results of participants' abilities in developing e-books are still less visible from the results of less than 11%, very less by 77%, enough by 6%, good 4% and very good by 2% . The average posttest results of participants' ability in developing e-books increased, namely very less and less by 0%, enough by 26%, good by 60% and very good by 14%. The community development method is able to increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in developing e-book learning media

Abstract

The implementation of this Community Service is an effort to develop the Family Welfare Development Group Business in Cileng Village, Poncol District, Magetan Regency to be able to increase product competitiveness through improved business management and business legality. The main problems of partners are: 1) the production of handicrafts in the form of plastic glass lip recycling bags still using the made by order system, 2) from the financial side there is no good record, the capital used still comes from the group cash, 3) limited marketing only in the surrounding community. In line with the problems faced by these partners, efforts that can be made are assistance in business development starting from marketing, business legality and bookkeeping. The methods used by the team are socialization, training and mentoring. The results of the Community Service Program are: 1) The Group Business has a Business Permit Number which means that with this legality it will make it easier for partners to get capital, increase public confidence in the products produced, 2) There is an increase in the knowledge and skills of partners in recording daily finances simply , making it easier for partners to evaluate production activities, evaluate income and expenditure, 3) Availability of product logos and fan pages, of course this will increase the selling value of partner products and expand the target market.

Abstract

Fish is a source of nutrition that is cheap and easy to get, especially in Jember Regency. One of the health problems experienced by teenage girls and pregnant women is anemia. Anemia can be prevented by consuming adequate and diverse nutrients. However, the society at Darungan Dusun (Dusun is lower than the village in Indonesia's administrational hierarchy) did not know how to make exciting and not boring processed food. Fish nugget is creations from tuna or catfish to increase fish consumption coverage in society. This activity was carried out in the Integrated Health Post at Darungan Dusun  Kemuning Lor Village, Jember Regency. There were fourteen of the integrated health post cadres and pregnant women who participated in this activity. Community service methods used demonstrations and counseling. The counseling and demonstration of fish nugget processing improve knowledge in Integrated Health Post cadres and pregnant women. Furthermore, it can prevent anemia in pregnant women. There should be support and participation from the local government for the sustainability of this activity.

Abstract

The informal sector business supports the economy in Indonesia. However, It has various potential hazards. Occupational safety and health (OSH) must be implemented in all workplaces, both formal and informal. OSH efforts focus more on disease prevention and health promotion to change workers' behavior meeting occupational health standards. One of them is increasing workers' knowledge. This community service aims to disseminate the study results of the potential hazards of the work environment in each process of making bamboo weaving crafts. The method used community empowering  There were 20 participants consisting of bamboo SMEs owners and the craftsmen who joined the bamboo SMEs association. The results showed that most participants never knew that there were potential hazards in every stage of making woven bamboo crafts before  the accompaniment.  However, they became more understanding of the potential hazards in their workplace after accompaniment. In conclusion, craftsman's understanding levels of the potential hazards in the work environment increased after accompaniment. potential hazards in the process of making bamboo crafts. SMEs owners and artisans should consider potential risks in the workplace to form safe behavior at work.

Abstract

One of the growing industries in Indonesia is the woodworking industry. Wood waste is waste or parts of the wood that no longer has economic value but may still be used at different processes and times. The woodworking industry produces wood waste in 22% wood scraps, 8% wood chips, and 10% sawdust. The fundamental problem in the woodworking industry at Sindangmekar Village was the lack of understanding and practice in wood waste management. Through the socialization of wood waste management as planting media, community service aims to increase knowledge regarding wood waste management. In addition, it can improve practice to manage sawdust as a planting media. Furthermore, it has economic value and becomes one of the solutions to financial problems during the COVID-19 pandemic. The socialization presented materials related to wood waste management and practiced making planting media from sawdust. Thirty participants attended this activity. There was a significant increase in pre-and post-test scores after socialization. In conclusion, socialization regarding wood waste management increases knowledge levels in wood artisans and youth alliance at Sindangmekar Village. In addition, participants can manage wood sawdust as a planting medium. As a result, it can increase the selling value of wood waste, and the surrounding environment becomes clean and healthy.

Abstract

Based on the survey, it was found that most of the women who manage banana fruit snacks can help  to improve the family's economy and make banana chips a superior product in Murung Raya Village, experiencing problems in the management, product, marketing and productivity management areas. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge, skills in the field of product management in a safe and healthy manner, online marketing so as to increase family income. . The approach used was community development through training and assistance to economically productive partners, namely the group of women who manage banana processing. Abstract

Covid-19 has a significant impact on the life of the Indonesian, including fulfilling the right to education for children. With the social distancing, the Ministry of Education in Indonesia issued a policy by closing schools and replacing the teaching and learning process using an online system. However, there are obstacles during online learning. One of them is parents' unpreparedness to accompany their children. It is necessary to build motivation for parents or families, especially mothers. Children as the goal of education and the realization of child protection have been regulated in legislation. The authors conducted the community service activity with an online legal counseling method to Family Welfare Movement Team (here and after called TP-PKK) in Regency/City throughout West Kalimantan. In conclusion, TP-PKK has a role in creating child protection in fulfillment of education rights during the Covid-19 pandemic. Legal counseling could be carried out widely and sustainably to motivate parents or families to assist their children in the online learning process, so child protection is realized
