Abstract

The pandemic affects Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as an economic sub-sector. MSMEs products have marketing problems, so many unsold products. Traditional marketing strategies can not reach a vast market share, so income significantly declined during the Covid-19 pandemic. In Kejuron Ward, Taman District, the Madiun City, MSMEs actors consist of several industrial sectors such as food and clothing sales. During the COVID-19 pandemic, MSMEs actors in the Kejuron Ward tried to use alternatives to online selling. However, promotions in online selling were still not optimal to attract customers as offline promotions. The target issues were a lack of knowledge in digital marketing and less attractive products. Mentoring MSMEs through e-promotion as a rebranding strategy based on local wisdom was an effort to overcome the partners' problems. The empowerment model used in this community service was participatory assistance through lectures, discussions, and practices methods. There were significant differences in success indicators before and after socialization and practice regarding e-promotion as a local wisdom-based rebranding strategy. The most significant increase was knowledge levels which improved by 50% after the socialization. Thus, this community service could increase innovation and creativity in the target community and solve MSMEs' business problems in Kejuron Ward. In conclusion, mentoring MSMEs through e-promotion as a rebranding strategy based on local wisdom increases partners' knowledge in digital marketing, more attractive products packaging, and updated MSMEs' products with trending products. There should be ongoing assistance and communication to support the sustainability of this program

Abstract

The pandemic situation and the strict health protocols implemented have resulted in tourist visit decline and hotel occupancy rates decline. The government and hotel management carry out various potential businesses for the accommodation service business. In the midst of intense industry competition, the accommodation service business seeks to develop the right marketing mix by finding and understanding tourists' desires, so as to encourage tourists' decisions to stay. Tourists have different preferences for the attributes of accommodation service businesses. One of the things that are trending for tourists is choosing attractive, safe and comfortable accommodation, returning to nature, avoiding large crowds during the Covid-19 pandemic. The alternative presented by accommodation service entrepreneurs is glamping. Glamping is a contemporary phenomenon as an alternative accommodation for tourists. This glamorous camping (glamping) concept presents an alternative in camping, but still provides a sense of security and comfort in enjoying the natural atmosphere (Monita, 2019, Ferdian, 2020). Candi Kuning Tourism Village has succeeded in showing the readiness of glamping management in accepting tourists with health protocols according to the government’s rule. The revival of Bali tourism is also marked by the stretching of the increase in glamping occupancy in Candi Kuning Tourism Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency. This proves the success of glamping management in a new normal era tourism, based on Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Meetings with participants are followed up at the participants' homes for intervention. The behavior of the fiber was observed before and after the intervention. The results obtained before the intervention was given, most of the participants had poor behavior as many as 11 people (55%) and after being given coaching support most of the 12 people (60%) had good behavior in diet and fluid restrictions. Based on these data, it can be seen by using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test, the behavioral value p value = 0.001 so there is an effect of providing coaching support on the behavior of diet regulation and fluid restriction.
