Abstract

Abstract

In this study, we propose the creation of an Internet of Things device, namely a smart energy meter by implementing a blockchain system as a database. Internet of Things has a centralized storage system on the database server, if the server is down then the database cannot be used and data may be lost. There is a storage system that has a decentralized and distributed network, namely the blockchain. The private blockchain system is built using the Ethereum framework. Sensor data will be read by the Raspberry Pi 4B and sent to node 1 via MQTT. Node 1 will save the data to the block. Two nodes Ethereum account will validate the block. If accepted then the block will be stored on the blockchain and create a new block chain. In the storage process, there is a smart contract between Ethereum accounts that is created using Solidity and accessed using the web3 API. Successfully saved data will be displayed to the user's web. Based on the results of measuring the performance of the MQTT protocol and blockchain system when compared to traditional databases, blockchain is less fast in the storage process because there is a transaction process and data verification. However, if it is applied to smart energy meter data, it doesn't matter because the time required for the storage process is a maximum of 1 minute. The number of nodes and the size of the data or block does not affect the performance of the proof of authority consensus algorithm

Abstract

Diabetes which is assigned to be in the top 10 list of diseases that cause death in the last 10 years has increased. What was observed was that this increase occurred in developing countries with middle to lower social status. In Indonesia, diabetes is included in the top 10 diseases with a large number of sufferers. And more than that, diabetes becomes comorbid that causes complications in Covid 19 patients. Then to detect diabetes more quickly and accurately, it is necessary to make research that can produce a better level of accuracy to detect diabetes. By using a public dataset taken from the UCI repository consisting of 520 records, obtained from Diabetes Sylhet Hospital, Bangladesh. In this research, classification will be carried out using the Decision Tree algorithm with optimization of Linear Sampling and Information Gain. After calculating using these methods and calculating the accuracy, the results obtained are 99.04% accuracy with a comparison with previous research which only used a Random Forest of 97.04%.

Abstract

With the development of technology, it is hoped that humans can innovate in helping work become faster and more effective. By making a conventional system into a computerized system. The existing library system at the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control of the Indonesian Ministry of Health is currently still using a manual or conventional system. In borrowing books, the borrower fills in personal data in the guest book and only provides a certificate, so it is less effective. Damage and loss of borrower data is vulnerable to occur. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an online library via a website, it is hoped that the development of an online library can provide maximum service to library users and in data processing can minimize errors. As well as making it easier for librarian such as monitoring the availability of books and recording requests. Access to borrow books is also easier.

Abstract

Inventory is one of the means which government agencies, especially inthe Bandung City Education Office, can support their activities. However, the management process is still based on Microsoft Excel, which is considered less effective due to frequent errors in recording, resulting in an inventory stock inaccurate, and the time it takes to produce reports. This researchhas the aim of solving the problems faced by the Bandung City Education Office in managing inventory. An inventory information system application is being designed which is expected to make it easier for staff officers to manage incoming goods, outgoing goods, and calculateinventory stock using the FIFO (first in first out) method. It is effective and efficient and produces accurate and accountable inventory reports. The application design is made in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, the application development method is waterfall, DFD(Data Flow Diagram)and the testingmethod is black box. Application inventory information system can be directly applied to inventory managementat the Bandung City Education Office. Author refers to uses data from observations and interviews in the field while designing this application.

Abstract

The social and economic impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have had a major impact on society, especially the poor. For this reason, the government has designed various policies and programs to reduce poverty and protect the poor due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which is the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-Dana Desa) program. The BLT in Gadog Village did not escape various obstacles, such as evaluating the residents so that the delivery of direct aid funds was not right on target. Manual data entry in Gadog Village is very dangerous because there are multiple recipients and there are people who take advantage of this situation. Therefore, with the Decision Support System developed using the SMART method, it is hoped that it can determine the criteria for the community who are entitled to receive direct cash assistance from Gadog village funds. In making this system, the method used to make decisions is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method is a multi-attribute decision-making method, which is a method that can have more than one attribute. This multi-attribute decision-making technique is used to support a decision maker in choosing or determining between several alternatives, and each decision maker must choose an alternative that is in accordance with the objectives that have been formulated. The Decision Support System for Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-Dana Desa) in Gadog using the Website-Based SMART Method has been successfully built and provides information on the results of the analysis or alternatives and can rank each of these analyzes. The SMART method in this system has been able to overcome these problems based on responses from respondents (Kepala Desa, Admin and Ketua RT) of 65.69% stating that the application is appropriate and very helpful for village officials in selecting recipients of the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa Gadog program.

Abstract

Servers are needed as a network infrastructure that supports services at various companies, the more services needed, the more servers are needed. The number of servers needed also requires a large fee. It takes a Cluster system on the Proxmox server so that the required services are run on a virtual machine so that each server can run various services and reduce the need for physical servers. The Proxmox server cluster system is implemented to be able to use a migration system that aims to move virtual machines from one node to another without stopping the services provided. The goal of moving virtual machines is to move virtual machines from nodes with small specifications to nodes with large specifications so that virtual machines can make better use of resources and the supported services continue to run.
