Children's social awareness in Indonesia tends to be still low. This can be seen from the emergence of difficulties children develop social attitudes in themselves, such as the attitude of cooperation and socializing with their environment. In fact, social attitudes and independence are needed in the future. Therefore family education is the most important education to shape social attitudes and independence of children. This study aims to explain the importance of family education towards the formation of social attitudes and children's independence.This study uses the results of studies from journals and books collected and then described and analyzed. The conclusion of this study is that Family Education influences the Formation of Social Attitudes and Children's Independence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

The purpose of this study was 1) to know the concept of conducting ceremonial activities in Bumirejo State Elementary School 5 and 2) to describe the ceremonial activities in developing the discipline character of students. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative method with interviews, observation, and documentation that aims to get a general understanding of social conditions from the perspective of participants (Rahmat, 2009). The results of this study are 1) the concept of conducting ceremonial activities in Bumirejo State Elementary School 5 and 2) can describe the ceremonial activities in developing the discipline character of students. So, the conclusion of this study is that the ceremonial activities can develop the discipline character of students in Bumirejo State Elementary School 5.

This study aims to improve students' reading comprehension skills by using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method. This research method was conducted in 3 cycles using a classroom action research design belonging to Kemmis and Mc Taggart. In implementing this research, the steps of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method are used, which are divided into three stages, namely the opening activity, the core activity, and the closing activity. The results of the research in the first cycle obtained an average value of 78.6 with the percentage of students who had completed 70% and those who had not completed were 30%. Furthermore, in the second cycle an average score of 85.5 was obtained with the percentage of students who had completed 90% and those who had not completed were 10%. Meanwhile, in cycle III, an average score of 89.8 was obtained with the percentage of students who completed 100%. The results obtained, namely the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) method can improve reading comprehension skills of fourth grade students of SDN 3 Cilangkap, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Technological developments require educational actors to keep learning in order to keep pace with technological developments. In order to maintain the quality and trust of the school institutions, then as an educational institution should be able to compete with schools and even with other non-formal institutions. This article is intended to describe the principal's leadership in implementing the school as a learning organization at SD Bulukantil Surakarta. The method that used in writing this article is qualitative research. The leadership of the principal at SD Negeri Bulukantil Surakarta has fulfilled five school requirements as a learning organization that includes personal skills, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and system thinking. The impacts of implementing learning organizations can be seen from the achievements of teachers, principals, learners and even school institutions. Learning organizations can be applied in other school institutions to improve their existence.

Parents are the firs environment a child experiences when he is born into the world.Furthermore,parents are also the main environment in shaping a child’s personality.At the beginning of their growth, they tend to spend more with the family environment,especially parents.Then in the family a child experiences the first and foremost educational process of the parents.All forms of parental behaviour,both oral and good deeds that are exemplary and habits applied in social life wiil affect the pattern of child development.Therefore,my parents should able to instill a good education and of course this is true in children from an early age,so that the subsequent development of children can reflect a good and noble personality as well as be beneficial for themselves ,parentsriligion,society and nation and country.

The purpose of this article writing is to describe and analyze how the implementation of Community Based Disaster Management in Indonesia. This Sources of articles writing were various libraries, including books, journals, regulations and articles on the website. From the literature review, it can be concluded that CBDM has an important role in disaster risk reduction both in Indonesia and in other countries, and CBDM in Indonesia has been implemented but there are still problems: overlapping management, guidance for sustainability and funding.

Self confidence is one of the factors that influences learning success. This study aims to analays the level of self-confidence of students in grade 4 at SD N 2 Brecong on entrepreneurial learning. This research was conducted at SD N 2 Brecong class 4 in the 2019/2020 school year. The design of this research is simple descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires with a population of 35 students. Data analysis was performed using descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the confidence of grade 4 students at SD N 2 Brecong is good in their confidence. Entrepreneurial learning becomes a container in developing student learning confidence. The fourth grade students' self confidence developed at SD N 2 Brecong is supported by being independent, active in learning, discipline and responsibility.

The low learning outcomes of mathematics and student activity encourage researchers to conduct this research. The purpose of the study is to obtain information about whether or not the use of mathematical literacy increases student activity and learning outcomes. This study uses a classroom action research approach. Subject 27 students. Data collection techniques with tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis techniques with critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive techniques with data validity namely triangulation and key informant review. The results of the study, in the initial study of students who completed 19%, the first cycle was 49%, and the second cycle was 100%. The activeness of students in the initial study was 37%, in the first cycle 74%, and in the second cycle 100%. The use of mathematical literacy has been proven to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning about fractions in grade 6 students of SDN Nampudadi.

Management is the process of determining the goals or objectives to be achieved and determining the paths and sources used to achieve the objectives. The purpose of this study was to describe the principal's supervision activities and find out the effectiveness of education management in elementary schools. The research data was obtained from the school principal and class teacher in elementary school. The results showed (1) elementary academic supervision activities carried out through three steps, namely planning, implementing, and following up activities and (2) supervision activities had a positive impact on learning management carried out by elementary school teachers. Management of education in primary schools is carried out by planning, implementing, and following up. Educational goals that have been determined by the school can be achieved through the learning process, so that the management of education in elementary schools can be said to be effective
