Abstract

This research is a literature study on the importance of using realistic mathematics education approaches to increase the learning interest of learners in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the factors that cause low interest in learning learners is that learners feel bored with distance learning. Lack of direct interaction between students and teachers leads to low interest in learning learners. So that a learning approach is needed that can increase the learning interest of learners. Realistic Mathematical Education approach can increase the learning interest of elementary school learners in the time of the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has now entered the era of interactive communication. The term multimedia is one of the solutions that can be used today. Multimedia is a medium that in its manufacture utilizes a computer and produces a moving image, audio, animation. Learning media is a tool in the teaching and learning process to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, and willingness or skills of the learner so that it can encourage the learning process. powtoon is an innovative and simple online software that can create interesting animations using animated videos. This animation can be used for both private and public use. The use of a typical powtoon is in schools, Problem Based Learning (PBL) is one of the learning models that can help students to improve the skills needed in the current era of globalization. Integrated thematic learning is learning that uses themes in the learning process, where each theme has learning materials that can be linked to one another in various subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics through the Jigsaw learning model. This research method is classroom action research using a cycle model. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in 2 cycles which were divided into 4 meetings. At the end of each cycle,  evaluation will be carried out to determine the level of achievement and completeness of students in learning. In the pre-cycle activities, the number of students whose score is 70 (KKM) is only 30% then in the first cycle it increases to 70% and in the second cycle the student learning completeness increased to 90%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Jigsaw Learning Model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SDN 2 Randusari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out if the Make a match learning model can increase the motivation and the results of learning to read learners. To achieve that goal the study involves two cycles in stages of planning, execution, observation, and fermentation. Activity of action on each cycle is measured by observation and non testing. Based on actions made it may be concluded that the use of the Make a match model can increase the motivation and result of learning to read class 1 SDN 3 mountain learners year 2018/2019. This could be proved that the average on cytollus 54.33 increased on cycle 1 was 61.67, again on cycle ii average value to 81.5. The rating of systemic assessments on infrastructure at 20% increased by disiklus 1 to 46.67% and went from the second cycle to 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the boredom of students during distance learning (PJJ) by utilizing the internet network, as well as information and communication technology (ICT). Teachers must package learning into a game. “Games are played primarily for entertainment, fun, but can also function as a means of training, education, and simulation. One of the web-based applications that are easy to use is wordwall. Wordwall can be used to create educational game learning media such as quizzes, matchmaking, pairing, anagrams, word randomization, word search, grouping, and so on. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to understand a learning material using online so that the motivation in learning is increasing. From the results of the closing activity for PKN content, the material on rights and obligations to plants in its use of wordwall media, the closing activity was affective, from 20 students it was obtained that 15 people got a complete score, 5 people got an incomplete score on the first test and 17 people got a score completed and 3 people who have not been completed for test II. In the use of Wordwall media, it can be seen that the results of students' learning achievements have been running effectively with students' mastery on the first test of 70% and the results of the second test of 85% (up 15%).

Abstract

The aim of the research is to improve the process and learning outcomes of the school experience by applying the Make A Match learning model. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques are observation and test learning outcomes. The tools used in data collection were observation sheets and test questions which were then analyzed in a quantitative descriptive way. The results showed an increase in the average process and student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle conditions the average learning process was in the poor category, then it became a good category in Cycle I, lastly in Cycle II the learning process was in the very good category. Knowledge learning outcomes in pre-cycle conditions were 65.83, then increased to 72.50 and finally in the second cycle to 80.00. The average learning outcomes of skills in pre-cycle conditions students are less skilled in presenting the results of identification of experiences in school.
