Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Sambi in the mathematics lesson on addition of fractions by using the learning media of fraction cards. The research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with stages namely pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The stages of each cycle are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Each meeting is carried out pre-test and post-test to determine the progress of students. In the pre-cycle the students who completed after carrying out the post test were only 15% with a class average value of 45. In the first cycle the students who completed after carrying out the post test were 69% with a class average value of 65. In the second cycle students who completed after carrying out the post test was 92% with an average grade of 90. These results indicate that the use of Fractional Card learning media can improve learning outcomes in Mathematics in class IV SD Negeri 2 Sambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the activity and achievement in learning multiplication through demonstration methods in class III students of SDN 1 Sawahan. The research conducted was classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, namely planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. The subjects were 15 students of grade III SDN 1 Sawahan. Data collection techniques through test techniques (actions) and non-test (observation and documentation). The increase in the activeness of learning mathematics is evidenced by the increased activity in each cycle, namely before the act of student activity was 47%, the first cycle was 73%, and the second cycle was 87%. The increase in the percentage of multiplication learning outcomes from the pre-cycle was 33%, the first cycle was 67%, and the second cycle was 100%. From the activities of the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the activity and learning achievement of multiplication through the demonstration method in class III students at SDN 1 Sawahan.

Abstract

Through the results of observations and interviews with third-grade teachers, it was found that student learning outcomes in natural science learning about mastering the properties of objects were still under-performed. The research objective is to improve student learning outcomes in science learning for third grade students using the Investigation Group learning model. The research conducted was Classroom Action Research (PTK) in two cycles. The stages of the cycle are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In cycle 1, only 65% of students complete. In cycle 2 students who pass experience an increase of 90%. These results indicate that the Group Investigation (GI) learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially the Class III Science subject at SDN 2 Dagen.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan metode pembelajaran Struktural Analitik dan Sintetik (SAS). Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa selanjutnya, sehingga membaca pada siswa kelas I perlu mendapatkan bimbingan dan perhatian yang intensif dari guru. Tahap pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus,    yang pada setiap siklusnya diadakan dua pertemuan. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kartu kata ini diharapkan siswa kelas 1 akan lebih mudah untuk belajar membaca permulaan. Tahapan setiap siklus adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pada kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan ketuntasan klasikal siswa sebesar 30%, siklus I dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 60 %, dan siklus II dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%, dari hasil ini dapat membuktikan bahwa dengan penggunaan  metode pembelajaran Struktural Analitik dan Sintetik (SAS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi membaca permulaan Kelas I di SDN 03 Sidomukti, Kecamatan Jenawi, kabupaten Karanganyar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of students in the Science and Technology section in grade IV elementary schools using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. This research is a class action research (CAR) for two cycles. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. At the time of pre-action the average value of 58 in cycle 1 increased to 69 and in cycle II increased to 80. The percentage of completeness of students before the action (pre-cycle) students scored above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), namely 70 only 6 students (30%) in cycle I as many as 10 students (50%) scored above KKM, in cycle II as many as 17 students (85%) obtained above KKM. This shows that the use of Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class IV Science Science subjects at SDN 1 Keposong.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan model pembelajaran yang lebih memberi peluang kepada peserta didik untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran walaupun guru dikatakan masih menjadi kendali utama, model ini dapat melatih siswa untuk berani mengemukakan atau menanyakan sesuatu yang menurutnya kurang jelas dan memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Model Project Based Learning ini dapat menjadikan pembelajaran lebih bervariasi yang berpusat pada peserta didik (student center) dan menetapkan guru sebagai motivator dan fasilitator, dimana peserta didik diberi peluang bekerja secara otonom mengkontruksi belajarnya.  Dari penjelasan tersebut, maka model pembelajaran project based learning dirasa cocok untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan harus dikuatkan sejak dini, agar kedepannya peserta didik dapat terbiasa dalam mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar nantinya peserta didik dapat menjadi warga negara yang baik bagi nusa dan bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the Discovery Learning learning model to thematic learning in grade V elementary schools. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and impact of applying the Discovery Learning learning model in increasing student engagement and understanding in thematic learning. The research method used was classroom action research involving a class V in an elementary school. Data was collected through class observations, interviews with teachers, and student understanding tests. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative approaches to measure changes in student engagement and understanding after the application of the Discovery Learning model. The results showed that the application of the Discovery Learning model significantly increased student involvement in thematic learning. The learning process that encourages students to actively seek information, analyze concepts, and solve problems makes learning more interesting and interactive.

Abstract

Metode MRP (material requirement planning) merupakan Teknik optimalisasi perencaaan pengadaan bahan baku sesuai rencana target perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengimplementasikan rencana pengadaan bahan baku pada PT Communication Cable Systems Indonesia Tbk Cilegon Banten, dan menganalisis proyeksi pada tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif berupa observasi deskriptif melalui pengumpulan informasi dari para informan, dan mengolah data melalui tahapan perencanaan, Tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. metode MRP mengalami persediaan bahan baku over stock yakni 12.49% atau melebihi stok bahan baku yang di ijinkan oleh perusahaan sehingga persediaan bahan baku menjadi kurang efisien. Standar kebijakan perusahaan nilai persediaan bahan baku atau stok sebesar 10 % dari nilai demand. Maka disarankan menggunakan metode DDMRP memiliki persediaan bahan baku yang ideal dan efisien yaitu sebesar 10.39% sesuai dengan stok bahan baku yang di ijinkan oleh perusahaan. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan bahan baku membutuhkan keakuratan dan keandalan agar perusahaan tidak mengalami hambatan bahan baku.

Abstract

The learning process that is applied is not effective enough to be able to shape student character, one way to integrate character education is by using innovative learning. Teachers should innovate in learning because many teachers have not been able to integrate character education in learning. The purpose of this article is to describe innovative learning as one way of shaping student character in elementary schools. The research method used is a literature study research method sourced from books, journals and relevant research results. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the character building of elementary school students can be done by applying innovative learning in all subjects, because learning is integrated with various characters. One example of an innovative learning model that can shape student character is the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. Through innovative learning models, students are expected to have characters that can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan teori daya saing (competitive) yang disesuaikan dengan karakter dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi daya saing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan memasukan variabel mediasi kualitas magang dan perubahan kurikulum sebagai predictor yang mampu (tidak) menghubungkan antara variabel independent (kualitas instruktur) terhadap daya saing lulusan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui sebaran kuesioner pada guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan Partial Least Square (PLS) dijadikan pendekatan penelitian. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kualitas instruktur terhadap kualitas magang; (2) ada pengaruh kualitas instruktur terhadap perubahan kurikulum; (3) ada pengaruh kualitas magang terhadap daya saing lulusan; serta (4) ada pengaruh perubahan kurikulum terhadap daya sing lulusan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah teori daya saing (competitive) mengantarkan temuan baru yaitu upaya daya saing dalam revolusi 4.0 membutuhkan faktor kualitas instruktur, kualitas magang, dan perubahan kurikulum.
