Abstract

Sebelas Maret University Real Work Lecture (KKN) during the COVID-19 pandemic was still carried out with a focus on problems that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. The location for the Covid-19 KKN placement is also specifically in the Neighborhood (RT) where the KKN students live. In the Wonosobo Regency area there are 10 Sebelas Maret University students who are undergoing KKN, they are members of the Group 170 UNS Covid-19 Batch-2 KKN.These students have successfully carried out community empowerment activities in the form of (1) Socialization to the community about COVID-19 and food security, (2) Training and practices related to family resilience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, including training and practice of making masks, making hand sanitizers, planting vegetables in hydroponics and planting in pots and family waste. Based on the family resilience survey that has been carried out, as many as 70% of the respondent's families are in the high family toughness category.

Abstract

The problem in this study was the low student learning outcomes in mathematics learning the subject of multiplication of mixed fractions in class V. The purpose of this study was to see an increase in student learning outcomes in learning mixed fraction multiplication using the TGT learning model in class V SDN 2 Cigembor, Ciamis District, Regency. Ciamis. The population in the study were 30 grade students of SDN 2 Cigembor. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research Methods (PTK) according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of four stages: planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. This research was conducted in two cycles. The instruments used in this study were evaluation instruments, teacher performance instruments, and student activity instruments. Based on the results of the evaluation test data from cycle I to cycle II, it shows that in the first cycle the average student learning outcomes were 74.40 and learning completeness was 57%, while in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes were 79.83 and completeness learn by 87%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the use of the TGT learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the multiplication of mixed fractions in class V SDN 2 Cigembor, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency, Academic Year 2019/2020.

Abstract

This study entitled "Improving Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes through demonstration methods of vocabulary materials related to the unsanitary environment of Class II SDN 01 Pasir". The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian lessons. The research conducted was classroom action research (PTK). The stages are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. As for the indicator of increasing the ability of class II SDN 01 Pasir students, it was shown the acquisition of scores in the pre-cycle with a percentage of 21.05% that had been completed. Then there was an improvement in learning cycle 1, it was shown that there was an increase with the percentage of 52.63% that had been completed, so the researcher carried out the second cycle by obtaining a significant increase with the percentage value of 97.3% that had been completed. The results show that the demonstration method can improve student learning outcomes, especially in class II Indonesian language lessons at SDN 01 Pasir.

Abstract

Education really aims to humanize humans. When a childborn into the world, he is equipped with various potential that must be actualized. The process of actualization is done deliberately called the educational process. The teacher plays an important role in the processeducation primarily in shaping a child's ability to shape skillsin the form of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Teachers are also influential to make improvements to a healthy learning environment, conducive and comfortable for students. Complete school facilities are certainly not a guarantee for the protection of children's rights because violence in primary school-aged children is still common in schools. Implementation of child-friendly school program is done to reduce the problem to the students according to rights in convention of child. One of the main pillars of child-friendly school is the availability of a healthy, safe and protective environment. Schools also serve to protect children's rights so that children feel safe from violence, abuse and exploitation. While it is easy to understand that a nonviolent environment is a prerequisite of productive learning, it is certainly more difficult to take precautions. Improving the relationship of teachers and students to be one strategic action to understand the needs of each student. Effective communication relationship can be done through snap diary program. Every student has right and freedom to talk about the events that he has experienced. Through a snap diary, students can express the events they experienced not only through writing but also through pictures. Teacherwhich has a large number of classes will be easier to analyze the problems of students through snap dairy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of adolescence towards large-scale social distancing based on the adaptation typology of Robert K. Merton and to know the potential for deviations by late adolescents during large-scale social distancing. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling where the sample taken was adolescents aged 17-20 years. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and percentage techniques. Based on the research results it can be concluded, first, that all respondents have positive perceptions of large-scale social distancing. This can be seen from the results is 82.67% of respondents chose conformity. 9.33% of respondents chose innovation, and 8.00% of respondents chose ritualism. Second, the potential factor causing the deviation is economic factors, the desire to exercise and the effectiveness of the implementation of large-scale social distancing.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya pastisipasi orang tua dalam menciptakan budaya positif di sekolah dasar. Bentuk penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi dan lembar wawancara. Data bersumber dari hasil observasi, hasil wawancara dan hasil dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi orang tua sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan dan meningkatkan budaya positif di sekolah dasar. Adanya kerjasama yang kuat antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua mampu mempengaruhi keberhasilan terciptanya budaya positif yang tidak hanya berdampak pada sekolah tetapi juga pada orang tua dalam memberikan dukungan positif pada peserta didik. Bentuk partisipasi orang tua yaitu melakukan kegiatan rutin yang diadakan oleh pihak sekolah, seperti: Kajian Kelas, Family Gathering, Parenting skill, Family Day, Sarasehan Ramadhan.

Abstract

Education is invesment for the future. The phrase discribed how attractiveness the future with prosperity, a society desirable. But it could not be reached without efforts from anyone who involved in education process. School, family, and society was centered of education. In those institution education held. So, it was plausibility disscuss the cooperation of those institution. Our focus disscuss was homework as medium to cooperate between school and family. The cooperation between one institution with onether for long time means empowering the institution it self. Homework is a time honored practice that can enhance the development of skills and reinforce knowledge gained within the classroom when it used effectively and appropriately. The purposes of homework serve three main functions instructional, communicative, and political. In instructional function, homework is natural extention of the curricular programs because it is an integral component of instruction. It can also serve as a vital link between theschool and family.

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of teachers' profesaionalism and challenges in facing the industrial revolution era 4.0. In this case, teachers have a very important role at schools in utilizing various learning approaches. The traditional learning (teacher-centered) approach long implemented for years has now been considered out of date that student-centered learning replaces the approach. The teachers' role has recently shifted that teachers now become the facilitators for their learners. These shifting learning approach has become an inevitabity to anticipate that a concret action is greatly required. Educational world should be able to manage itself by making some renewals and innovations related to the management system, curriculum, Human Resource Competence Development, culture, working ethics, and facilities. This study uses references related to the nature of teachers' profesionalism, industrial revolution 4.0, and various challenges. Concrete actions need to be well prepared as well as creatively, dynamically, and innovatively made. Thus, it can be concluded that teachers should be able to maintain their professionalism in performing their daily duties and obligations.

Abstract

Multicultural education with Pancasila values aims to change schools, so that all students can learn about the knowledge, attitudes and skills needs to be applied in countries and worlds that have different races and cultures. Multicultural education with Pancasila values as a new discourse in Indonesia can be implemented not only through formal education, but can also be implemented in daily life in the community as well as in families (nonformal and informal education). In multicultural education, some dimensions need to be considered as well as facts that need to be put forward in connection with the outbreak of conflict in society that if not immediately addressed will be more protracted. Multicultural education can be implied in the world of education where there are seven ways in this article. In implementing Pancasila values with multicultural education in students in schools, as educators and teachers will encounter obstacles or challenges in their implementation. The innovation of historical learning is required in historical subjects in shaping the character of students.
