Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know increasement of personal growth through group guidance discussion technique theme of communication style. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental design of non equivalent control group design. The research subjects used an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people. Data collection techniques used a personal growth scale. The results showed that personal growth new college students could be improved through group guidance discussion technique theme of communication style, this was shown through the Mann Whitney Test results. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the value (Sig) was 0.000 0.05, so the conclusion is that personal growth can be increased using the group guidance discussion technique theme of communication style on New College Students Guidance and Counseling FKIP Lampung University 2018. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan personal growth melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi tema gaya komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi exsperiment desain non equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian menggunakan kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10 orang dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala personal growth. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa personal growth mahasiswa baru dapat ditingkatkan melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi tema gaya komunikasi, hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil Uji Mann Whitney. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai (Sig) 0,000 0,05, jadi kesimpulannya adalah personal growth dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi tema gaya komunikasi pada mahasiswa baru Bimbingan Konseling FKIP Universitas Lampung 2018. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direction of the field office of choice by grouping types of male and female students of class XI MAN Pringsewu and knowing the direction of field option position based on high, medium, and low of class XI MAN Pringsewu. This research used descriptive method. The study population were 200 students. Data collection technique used IEKAD as principal engineering and documentation as supporters. The results showed there were differences of landing field option positions based on gender. In the male gender had a pattern Realistic (R), Social (S), and Entrepreneurial (W). While the female gender had a social pattern (S), Entrepreneur (W), and Artistic (A). High Learning Achievement coded summary were Entrepreneurial (W), Realistic (R), Conventional (K). Moderate Learning Achievement coded summary were Realistic (R), Social (S) Entrepreneurial (W) and Low Achievement summary coded were Social (S), Entrepreneurial (W), and Investigative (I).Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui arah pilihan bidang jabatan siswa menurut pengelompokan jenis kelamin dan Prestasi Belajar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Inventori Karier Arahan Diri (IEKAD) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MAN Pringsewu berjumlah 200 orang siswa, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 67 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus proporsional.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat perbedaan Arah pilihan bidang jabatan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Pada jenis kelamin laki-laki memiliki pola Realistik(R), Sosial (S), dan Wirausaha (W). Sedangkan pada jenis kelamin perempuan memiliki pola Sosial (S), Wirausaha (W), dan Artistik(A). Dan Prestasi Belajar Tinggi memiliki kode ringkasan Wirausaha (W), Realistik (R), Konvensional (K). Prestasi Belajar Sedang memiliki kode ringkasan Realistik (R), Sosial (S) Wirausaha (W) dan Prestasi Rendah memiliki kode ringkasan Sosial (S), Wirausaha (W), Investigatif (I).Kata kunci : arah pilihan bidang jabatan, jenis kelamin, prestasi belajar

Abstract

The problem of this research was the skill of equality of interpersonal communication. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of students' equality skill of interpersonal communication using counseling group of assertive training technique on grade X Senior High School 11 Bandar Lampung academic year of 2017/2018. This research was a pre-experimental research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this research consisted of 5 students. The data collection technique was done using interpersonal communication scale. The result of the research showed that counseling service of assertive training group could improve equality skill of interpersonal communication for ten graders students of Senior High School 11 Bandar Lampung, as proven by data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test, it was obtained that z-calc = -2.023 z-table = 1.645.Masalah penelitian ini adalah keterampilan equality dalam komunikasi interpersonal yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan equality komunikasi interpersonal siswa menggunakan konseling kelompok teknik asertive training pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bersifat pre-eksperimental dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 5 siswa, pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan konseling kelompok tenik assertive training dapat meningkatkan keterampilan equality komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung, hal ini dibuktikan dengan analisis data menggunakan uji beda Wilcoxon, diperoleh z hitung = -2.023 z tabel=1.645.Kata kunci: keterampilanequality,komunikasi interpersonal, konseling kelompok, teknik asertive training

Abstract

The reaserch problem in this is the occupation choice of student is not appropriate. This study  aims  to  analyze  personality  types  and  inclination  toward  occupation  choice  in students.  The method  in  this  research  is  quantitative descriptive method.  The research sample was 65 students taken using a total sampling technique. The data collection technique wed are IEKAD and position questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the most dominant type of student personality was the Social personality type, followed by the Entreprising personality type and the Artistic personality type. The occupation choice based on  them  personality type is  45% of  students  choose the appropriate  position  with  his personality type and 55% of students choose occupation that do not match between personality type and occupation choice, means that there are still students who choose the occupation choice that is not appropriate.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah arah pilihan jabatan siswa belum tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tipe kepribadian dan kecenderungan arah pilihan jabatan pada siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 siswa, diambil menggunakan teknik sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan IEKAD dan angket plihan jabatan. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh tipe kepribadian siswa yang dominan adalah tipe kepribadian Sosial, diikuti tipe kepribadian Wirausaha dan tipe kepribadian Artistik. Arah pilihan jabatan siswa berdasarkan tipe kepribadiannya ialah sebesar 45% siswa memilih arah pilihan jabatan yang sesuai dengan tipe kepribadiannya dan 55% siswa memilih arah pilihan jabatan yang belum sesuai antara tipe kepribadian dan pilihan jabatannya artinya masih terdapat siswa yang memilih arah pilihan jabatan yang belum tepat.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling karir, pilihan jabatan, tipe kepribadian

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to reduce juvenile delinquency by using group guidance service technical discussion in students of Class XI SMK SPP Lampung school year 2012/2013. The problem in this research was juvenile delinquency students. The problem in this research was “whether juvenile delinquency can be reduced by using group guidance service technical discussion?”. The methods used in this research was experimental methods by design one-group pretest-posttest. Subject in research students which showed juvenile delinquency high which totaled 6 (six) students. Data collection techniques in this research used observation guidlines. The results obtained in the research indicate that juvenile delinquency can be reduced to the students using group guidance services discussion technique, based on the calculation of the 5% significance test scored p = 0.027, p 0.05. Ha thus received, that juvenile delinquency can be reduced to the students using group guidance services discussion techniques. The conclusion of this research was juvenile delinquency can be reduced using group guidance services discussion techniques in class XI in SMK SPP Lampung Year 2012/2013. The advices which can be suggested were (1) who the subject should be confident and encourage self-esteem in order to show positive attitude in the environment. (2) BK teachers should conduct group guidance services discussion technique in solving juvenile delinquency. (3) To the researchers, should be able to do research on juvenile delinquency with involving the needs of self esteem.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, kenakalan remaja, layanan bimbingan kelompok.

Abstract

Problem in this study was the low of personal growth. Research objectives is to improve  personal growth of new students in Guidance and Counseling FKIP Universitas Lampung. Design used in this study is a non-equivalent control group design. Research subjects were 20 people divided into two groups namely control group and experimental group. Research sample was obtained by voluntary sampling. Data collection techniques used was personal growth scale. The results of data analysis using the Mann Withney test obtained values (sig.) 0,000 0,005 so that it can be concluded, career group guidance discussion techniques with the theme of personality types can increase the personal growth of new students Guidance and Counseling FKIP Universitas Lampung.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya personal growth. Tujuan penelitian meningkatkan personal growth pada mahasiswa baru Bimbingan Konseling FKIP Universitas Lampung. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Sampel penelitian di peroleh dengan cara voluntary sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala personal growth. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann Withney testdiperoleh nilai(sig.) 0,000 0,005 dapat di simpulkan, bimbingan kelompok karier teknik diskusi dengan tema tipe kepribadian dapat meningkatkan personal growth mahasiswa baru Bimbingan Konseling FKIP Universitas Lampung. Kata kunci: personal growth, bimbingan kelompok, tipe kepribadian

Abstract

Problem in this study was the lack of interpersonal communication skills of students. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between confidence in interpersonal communication skills. Methods of the data analysis used was product moment correlation technique with SPSS 16.0. The sampling technique was using random sampling, with a population of 448 students, and obtained a sample of 90 students. Data collection tools used were scale of confidence and interpersonal communication scale. The result showed that product moment coefficient rxy = 0785. It could be concluded that there is a relationship between confidence in the ability of interpersonal communication in class XI students of SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lapung 2015/2016 school year, which means that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara percaya diri dengan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling, dengan populasi sebanyak 448 orang siswa, sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 90 orang siswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala percaya diri dan skala komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai koefisien product moment rxy = 0.785. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan antara percaya diri dengan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lapung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016, yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Kata Kunci : percaya diri, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal, siswa

Abstract

The problem in this research was the low of students’ learing motivation. The purpose of this study was to improve the students’ motivation of grade VII students in Xaverius Junior High School 4 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research was quasi experimental design. There are 8 students as the subject of this research from class VII C who had low learning motivation. Data collection technique used the scale of motivation to learn. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test. The result of this reaserch indicated that there was an increase in learning motivation by using group counseling services. This could be seen from the result of pretest and posttest obtained Zcount = -2.226 and Ztable = 1.645. Then, Zcount: -2.226 ≤ Ztable: 1.645 from the hypotesis, Ho was rejected while Ha was accepted. the conclusion in this study was by using group counseling services.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok kelas VII di SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil yang diperoleh Zhitung=-2,226 dan Ztabel= 1,645, maka Zhitung: -2,226 ≤ Ztabel: 1,645 Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Belajar Siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan Menggunakan Layanan Konseling Kelompok.Kata kunci: motivasi belajar, konseling kelompok, siswa

Abstract

The problem in this study is low self-regulation in student learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of counseling services in the assertive training group in improving self-regulation in learning. This research method is quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest design. The research subjects were 10 students who had low self-regulation in learning. Data collection techniques use a self-regulation scale in learning. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test. The results showed that the assertive training group counseling services could improve self-regulation in learning. This is in accordance with the results of the analysis obtained by zcount = -2.805 ztable = 1,645 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the assertive training group counseling can be used to improve self-regulation in learning for class XI students of 15 Bandar Lampung Public High School 2018/2019.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah regulasi diri dalam belajar siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan layanan konseling kelompok assertive training dalam meningkatkan regulasi diri dalam belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan pretest and posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa yang memiliki regulasi diri dalam belajar rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala regulasi diri dalam belajar. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok assertive training dapat meningkatkan regulasi diri dalam belajar. Hal ini sesuai hasil analisis yang diperoleh zhitung = -2.805 ztabel = 1,645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya konseling kelompok assertive training dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan regulasi diri dalam belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konseling kelompok, assertive training, regulasi diri

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know whether assertive training tehcnique could increase the students confidence in grade VII SMP N 29 Bandar Lampung. This study of was a quasi eksperimental research, with kind of one group pretest-posttest design. It was stastiscally analyzed by using non-parametric Wilcoxon test. The subjects of this study were 7 students from class VII who had low confidence. The researcher collected the data by using confidence questionnare. The results in research showed that the assertive training technique could increase the confidence of students, it was proved by the result of data analysis of pretest and posttest obtained that z table 0,05= 2 and z output= -2,371. Because z output ? z table, then Ha was received, it meant that there were significant increase between the confidence before and after assertive training technique.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah assertive training dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri pada siswa kelas VII SMP N 29 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen semu dengan jenis desain one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan statistik non-parametrik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subyek penelitian ini tujuh orang siswa kelas VII yang memiliki rasa percaya diri rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket rasa percaya diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekhnik assertive training dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa, terbukti dari hasil analisis data pretest dan posttest diperoleh Z hitung = -2,371 dan Z table 0,05 = 2. Karena Z hitung ? Z tabel,maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan rasa percaya diri yang signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan assertive training.Kata kunci : tekhnik assertive training, percaya diri, bimbingan dan konseling.
