Abstract

Adult people interested to have a marriage relationship. Marriage functions as a social control and a system which enable person to fulfill their needs, such as psychological, sexual, having children, and material (Papalia, Olds, Feldman, 2001). Marriage that can not fulfill such functions makes couple having a conflict and perhaps divorcement. Marriage readiness becomes a crucial factor to build a qualified marriage. Marriage readiness is the ability of a person to take their new roles, as a husband or wife.One of a process to step on marriage is called ta’aruf. The terms ta’aruf is an Arabic Language meaning knowing each other. In this field, ta’aruf is using as a reciprocal communication to knowing each other due to marriage (Hidayat, 2002). In ta’aruf, the couple can meet accompanying with someone they both can trust. Another way is using a media such as telephone or internet. Then they can continue their relationship seriously but still with accompanying of the third party. This is a quantitative field using questionnaire, interview, and observation method. The questionnaire is using MIKM-Text Revised consists of 76 items which measures eight domains. The participant is a young adulthood women which still doing a ta’aruf process and will marry for the first time in the next six months. The purpose of the field is to test the validity and the reliability of MIKM-TR, picturing of marriage readiness women doing ta’aruf process, and deeply interview their marriage readiness personally.Keywords: marriage readiness, ta’aruf process, women.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning motivation through client centered group counseling services of eight grade students of SMP Negeri 27 Bandar Lampung in 2016/2017 Academic Year. The problem with this research is low learning motivation. This study uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. Research subjects were 6 students who had low motivation to learn. Data collection techniques using a scale of learning motivation. The results of data analysis with the Wilcoxon test, z count = -2.205 z table = 1.645, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that the client centered group approach counseling service can increase learning motivation in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 27 Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui layanan konseling kelompok pendekatan client centered pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 27 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Masalah penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of peers toward students learning motivation. The problem in this study was students low learning motivation. The research method was a description correlation. The samples were as many as 44 students who were determined by simple random sampling technique. The data collecting technique used the peers scale and learning motivation scale. Based on data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, it showed that there a was significant influence of peers toward learning motivation with p = 0,000 ; 0,05 ; it mean Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The coefficient correlation score was = 0,701 and the coefficient of determination score was = 0,492 or 49,2% which could be interpreted that peers contributed as much as 49,2% toward the learning motivation.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian adalah korelasi dengan sudut pandang deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 orang siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pergaulan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan ada pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar yang signifikan dengan p = 0,000 ; p 0,05; maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi = 0,701 dan nilai koefisien determinasi = 0,492 atau 49,2% dapat ditarfsirkan pergaulan teman sebaya memiliki kontribusi sebesar 49,2% terhadap motivasi belajar.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, motivasi belajar, pergaulan teman sebaya

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of students' self-awareness. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of self-awareness by using gestalt counseling. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative using case studies. The research subjects consisted of three students. The data collection technique was carried out by using counseling interviews. The results showed that gestalt counseling could improve the level of  the students' self-awareness. It was proved by the behavioral change in the three subjects after being treated by using gestalt counseling; being aware of his physical condition, being aware of his abilities, and not being dependent on others. The conclusion of this study gestalt counseling can increase self-awareness of class XI students of Bandar Lampung SMA Negeri academic year of 2017/2018.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah self awareness siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan self awareness dengan menggunakan konseling gestalt. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling gestalt dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan ketiga subjek setelah pelaksanaan konseling gestaltyaitu: sadar akan keadaan fisiknya, sadar akan kemampuannya, dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling gestalt dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, kesadaran diri, konseling gestalt

Abstract

The research problem is the lack of students’ pursuance to their school’s rules. Therefore, the research question is “Does group guidance improve the students’ pursuance to their school’s rule?”.This research is aimed to know the result of using group guidance service in improving the students’ pursuance to their school’s rules. To accomplish that aim, the researcher uses quasi experiment method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research’s subject consist of 10 students. The data collection process uses pursuance behavior scale to school’s rule. The result shows that the group guidance service can improve the students’ pursuance to their school’s rules. It can be proven by using the result of data analysis in pretest and posttest thitung= 14,92ttabel  0,05= 1,833. Hence, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. To sum up, the usage of group guidance service improves the students’ pursuance to their school’s rules Masalah penelitian adalah rendahnya sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Permasalahannya adalah “apakah penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah”. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hasil penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuasi eksperimen desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis data pretest dan posttest  thitung = 14,92 ttabel  0,05 = 1,833. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulannya penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, layanan bimbingan kelompok, sikap kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah

Abstract

This research aims to lower the anxiety level when students communicate with teachers using Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to relaxation techniques. Methods used quasi experimental design one-group pretest-posttest. The subject are six grade students who experienced high anxiety when communicating with the teacher. Using data collection techniques of observation. The results obtained indicate that the anxiety students when communicating with teachers experienced a decline after administering treatment. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the value of P (percentage increase) of -51%, meaning that the level of anxiety of students when communicating with the teacher declined 51%. The conclusions of the study, the use of approaches to Cognitive Behavior Therapy relaxation techniques can lower the anxiety level of students when communicating with the teacher. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan siswa saat berkomunikasi dengan guru menggunakan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Therapy teknik relaksasi. Metode yang digunakan quasi eksperimen desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian enam orang siswa kelas XI yang mengalami kecemasan tinggi saat berkomunikasi dengan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan siswa saat berkomunikasi dengan guru mengalami penurunan setelah pemberian treatment. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil perhitungan nilai P (presentase peningkatan) sebesar -51%, yang artinya tingkat kecemasan siswa saat berkomunikasi dengan guru menurun sebesar 51%. Kesimpulan penelitian, penggunaan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Therapy teknik relaksasi dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan siswa saat berkomunikasi dengan guru. Kata kunci:  cognitive behavior therapy, kecemasan berkomunikasi, relaksasi

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low of students interpesonal communication. The purpose of this study  to determine the correlation of self confidence with interpersonal communication of the eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 288 students with a sample of 158 students obtained through simple random sampling techniquest. The data collection techniques using a scale interpersonal communication and scale self confidence. The data analysis techniques using Product Moment Correlation. The research results obtained value r count = 0.414 r table = 0.159 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant correlation of self confidence with interpersonal communication. If the students self confidence is high then students interpersonal communication will also be high.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. Peneitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 288 siswa dengan sampel 158 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal dan skala kepercayaan diri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian diperoleh r hitung = 0.414 r tabel = 0.159, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterma, yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal. Jika kepercayaan diri siswa tinggi maka akan diikuti komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang tinggi pula.Kata kunci: hubungan, kepercayaan diri, komunikasi interpersonal

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the improvement of students motivation ability in school throught group guidance service. Problem in this research was low learning motivation. The method used in this research was quasi experiment method with one group pretest-posttest,and analyzed with non parametric statistic using wilcoxon test. The subject of the study was 8 students that has low learning motivation. The results of the study showed an increasing in student learning motivation after being given group guidance services. This was indicated from the results of data analysis using wilcoxon test. This was shown from the results of pretestand posttest learning motivation thst is obtained zhitung ztable (2,521 1,645). Then the Ho and rejected and HA received. The conclusion of group guidance services can improve the learning motivation of students.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Masalah dalam penelitian adalah motivasi belajar rendah. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini metode quasi experimen dengan one group pretest-posttest, dan dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subjek penelitian 8 orang siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon.Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pretest dan posttest motivasi belajar yang diperoleh Zhitung =-2,536 dan Ztabel =1,645. Maka Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan layanan bimbingan kelompok meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa.Kata kunci: motivasi belajar, bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the improvement of students' self-adjustment abilities using Group Counseling with Client Centred technique for grade VII students of State JHS 1 Central Tulang Bawang academic year of 2018/2019. The study applied experimental method of the Pretest-Posttest One-Group design. The research subjects consisted of 6 students with low self-adjustment abilities. The data collection techniques were done using scale of adjustment and structured observation. The results showed that students' self-adjustment abilities could be improved using Group Counseling Services with client-centred technique. The results of data analysis showed that the pre test and post test t-calc = -2.207 t table 0.05 = 1.645. The hypothesis of Ha is accepted, meaning that the adjustment ability of grade VII students of State JHS 1 Central Tulang Bawang academic year of 2018/2019 could be improved using the Group Counseling Service with client-centred technique. The conclusion revealed that there is an increase in students' self-adjustment ability before the treatment of Group Counseling Service with client-centred technique and after being given treatment of Group Counseling Service with client-centred technique for grade VII students of State JHS 1 Central Tulang Bawang academic year of 2018/2019. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa menggunakan Konseling Kelompok dangan teknik Client Centred pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimen desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang siswa dengan kemampuan penyesuaian diri rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penyesuaian diri dan observasi terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan Layanan Konseling Kelompok dengan teknik client centred. Terbukti dari hasil analisis data pre test dan post test thitung = -2,207 ttabel0,05 = 1,645. Maka Ha diterima, artinya kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan Layanan Konseling Kelompok dengan teknik client centred. Kesimpulannyaadalah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan penyesuaian dirisiswa sebelum diberi Layanan Konseling Kelompok dengan teknik client centred dan setelah diberi Layanan Konseling Kelompok dengan teknik client centred pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: konseling kelompok, penyesuaian diri, teknik client centred

Abstract

This study aim to study the relationship between conformity of peers with bullying in students of SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung.The research method used quantitative. The research sample was taken by 86 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used the scale of conformity of peers and scale of bullying. Data analysis technique used Product Moment conversion. The results showed that relationship conformity of peers and bullying with a ratio of r count = 0.608 rtable = 0.178 significance level p = 0.05 then. The conclusion of the results study relationship between conformity of peers and bullying.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah perundungan (bullying). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konformitas dan skala bullying. Hasil analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dari hasil perhitungan didapat nilai korelasi rhitung= 0,608 rtabel= 0,178 taraf signifikasi p=0,05. Sesuai ketentuan dalam korelasi product moment jika rhitung rtabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku bullying.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konformitas teman sebaya, perundungan
