Abstract

Making training module using Construction Techniques that is adequate for use in the Mobile Training Unit, test the feasibility of developing the module, and determine user perceptions of the module. This research is development research by adapting the ADDIE model. This development model consists of five development stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Product feasibility assessments are carried out by media experts and material experts. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, observation and questionnaires. The trial subjects were Mobile Training Unit (MTU) training participants in Bantul, Sleman and Yogyakarta organized by BLKPP DIY. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis techniques from interviews with sources and qualitative analysis of the assessment scores of media experts, material experts and users (instructors and training participants). This research produces a product in the form of a material book on Making Patterns with Construction Techniques which can be used as teaching material in basic sewing lessons for the Mobile Training program. The feasibility of the module based on the media expert's assessment and the material expert's assessment included in the "very feasible" criteria. User perception based on the instructor's assessment and the training participants' assessment including the "good" criteria.

Abstract

This research is research on children with special needs at SLB C Budi Asih Wonosobo which aims to 1) analyze the management of increasing student independence, 2) explain the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing management to increase student independence, and 3) analyze the level of student independence. The research method uses a phenomenological approach with a qualitative descriptive design. The data in this research was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, supervisors, school committees and also students' parents, while observations and documentation were carried out directly in the field. Data analysis in this research uses data triangulation, both using source triangulation and also technical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions obtained are: 1) SLB C Budi Asih Wonosobo has carried out 4 management functions (planning, organizing, implementing and controlling) well; 2) Supporting factors in the program to increase student independence are parents who are proactive in their children's progress, competent teachers, and supporting facilities, while inhibiting factors are the condition of each student's disability, parents who do not follow instructions from the school, and limited physical facilities, especially the availability of study room; and 3) students' independence is appropriate to their mental age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam menciptakan kemandirian siswa di SMK Ma’arif Nurul Haromain Sentolo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan manajemen pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, identifikasi tantangan, perumusan visi-misi, analisis potensi lingkungan, pemilihan solusi alternatif, perencanaan peningkatan mutu, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan.Faktor pendukung keberhasilan program ini meliputi tersedianya fasilitas belajar yang memadai serta kepemimpinan yang menciptakan lingkungan kerja kondusif. Namun, kendala utama adalah rendahnya keterampilan teknologi di kalangan beberapa guru. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen pendidikan kewirausahaan di SMK Ma’arif Nurul Haromain Sentolo telah berjalan sesuai rencana dan memberikan hasil positif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya prestasi siswa serta kelulusan 100% peserta ujian sekolah, yang mencerminkan efektivitas program dalam membentuk kemandirian siswa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce: (1) analysis of the principal's strategic management in improving teacher competency at Purnama Ayah Middle School; (2) the role of school principals in improving teacher competency; (3) analysis of factors that support and hinder the strategic management of school principals in improving teacher competency.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. This research was carried out at Purnama Ayah Middle School. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model. Researchers collect data, reduce data, present data and draw conclusions along with verification. Checking the validity of the data is by increasing persistence and using source triangulation and technical triangulation.Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions can be drawn: (1) Purnama Ayah Middle School has implemented four management functions (planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluating) well before the program was implemented and while the program was running; (2) Internal coordination has been running regularly and well; (3) analysis of supporting and inhibiting factors is carried out during program formulation using SWOT-based analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) strategi yang diterapkan Kepala Sekolah Penggerak dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka; (2)  tantangan, hambatan dan daya dukung yang ditemui dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka; (3) dampak yang timbul dengan Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) strategi Kepala Sekolah TK Bina Anak Islam Krapyak dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah melakukan sosialisasi Kurikulum Merdeka kepada guru dan  warga sekolah, menyelenggarakan kegiatan In House Training, menyelenggarakan kegiatan workshop Pembuatan Modul Ajar, membentuk tim kurikulum,  membentuk dan mengaktifkan Komunitas Belajar, menghidupkan budaya positif,  memfasilitasi guru dalam digitalisasi sekolah,  mensosialisasikan KOSP ke seluruh warga sekolah serta melakukan refleksi dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka; (2) ditemukan hambatan, tantangan, daya dukung dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka  di TK Bina Anak Islam Krapyak. Kepala sekolah sudah melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dan tantangan yang ada; (3) dampak dalam IKM  di TK Bina Anak Islam Krapyak dirasakan oleh berbagai pihak. Baik guru, murid, orang tua dan sekolah lain merasakan dampak positif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) school culture activities at SD Negeri 10 Wonosobo; (2) student achievement; (3) student social character; and (4) the role of school culture in improving student learning achievement and social character. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show: (1) School culture management is carried out through planning, organizing, directing, and evaluation as stated in the curriculum. Evaluation is carried out every month for continuous improvement. (2) Student learning achievement is very good, as evidenced by academic grades and various championships won. (3) Student social character is well developed, marked by an attitude of responsibility, self-confidence, discipline, politeness, and appreciation of achievement. (4) School culture contributes positively to improving student learning achievement and social character. Thus, a well-managed school culture can be an important factor in shaping character and improving student achievement at SD Negeri 10 Wonosobo.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Garung to 1) determine the management of character development in the framework of bullying prevention strategies, 2) to analyze the factors that cause bullying, 3) to analyze the impact of bullying on students, and 4) to determine bullying prevention strategies. This research is qualitative research with data sources from school principals, teachers, school committees, parents and students at SD Negeri 1 Garung using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews, role observation and document analysis. Then the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubberman method which begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data was carried out by source triangulation. The result of this research is that character cultivation management is carried out through a process of planning, organizing, actuating and Controlling. Character cultivation activities are carried out using familiarization and are integrated in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in all subjects and extracurricular activities. This integrated character-building activity is a strategy for preventing bullying at SD Negeri 1 Garung.

Abstract

In this Era of Society 5.0, digital literacy development activities are becoming increasingly important because they are always useful in many learning activities. Currently, digital literacy learning development activities are an important need. The aim of developing vocational school-based digital literacy learning using video tutorials for a productive teacher is to develop creativity in learning methods using digital media, with the aim of making learning more relevant, effective and of course enjoyable. In accordance with the theme raised, namely the development of digital literacy learning materials using YouTube tutorial videos measuring the resistance of the Honda Beat POP FI EOT sensor (the function of the EOT sensor is to detect temperature changes in the engine). In this development, researchers used ADDIE development research methods, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The benefit that can be taken is that learning can be more effective and enjoyable because students can see and listen directly to the teacher's explanations. Then, in terms of knowledge, students have an idea of ​​the practical lessons that will be carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) realize superior graduates at SMKN 6 Yogyakarta through BLUD (Regional Public Service Agency) management; 2) analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in achieving this goal; and 3) evaluate the success of BLUD management in producing excellent graduates. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that BLUD management effectively fosters entrepreneurial skills, work experience, leadership spirit, and students’ confidence in independent work practices. Supporting factors include the availability of competent human resources, strong local government support in regulatory matters, and the principal's creative and innovative leadership style. Inhibiting factors involve the need for continuous improvement in student character development to meet industry standards and the limited marketing promotion, which restricts product and service outreach primarily to specific groups. The success of BLUD management is reflected in the achievements of SMK students, evidenced by numerous awards won in various competitions, showcasing the effectiveness of the program in producing superior, industry-ready graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of teaching experience, achievement motivation, and academic supervision by school principals to the performance of teachers at Eduversal partner elementary schools across Indonesia. This quantitative research employed a correlational approach and was conducted in six elementary schools from various regions, involving 270 teachers. A sample of 161 teachers was selected using Proportional Random Sampling and the Slovin formula. The research instruments were validated using product-moment correlation, and their reliability was tested with Cronbach’s Alpha. Preliminary analyses included tests for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis and partial correlation analysis. The findings revealed that collectively, teaching experience, achievement motivation, and academic supervision by school principals positively and significantly contributed to teacher performance. However, individually, teaching experience did not have a significant contribution, indicating that longer work experience does not necessarily lead to improved performance. In contrast, both achievement motivation and academic supervision by school principals individually showed positive and significant contributions, suggesting that higher teacher motivation and stronger academic supervision enhance teacher performance at Eduversal partner elementary schools across Indonesia.
