Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between the intensity of training participation and the performance of instructors, find out the relationship of educational background with instructor performance, know the relationship of work experience with instructor performance, know the relationship of work motivation with instructor performance and know the relationship of training participation intensity, educational background, work experience and work motivation simultaneously with instructor performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling uses the census method as  40 people. Data collection  using questionnaires. Data analysis  use multiple regression analysis. The result  there is a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of training participation and the performance of the instructor, there is a positive and significant relationship between the educational background and the performance of the instructor, there is a positive and significant relationship between work experience and the performance of the instructor, there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and the performance of the instructor and there is a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of participation  training, educational background, work experience and work motivation simultaneously with the performance of instructors of the Course and Training Institute in Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the objectives of: (1) To obtain an analysis of infrastructure management planning at SMAN 3 Yogyakarta in improving student achievement; (2) To obtain an analysis of the organization of infrastructure at SMAN 3 Yogyakarta in improving student achievement; (3) To obtain an analysis of the implementation of infrastructure at SMAN 3 Yogyakarta in improving student achievement; (4) To obtain an analysis of the supervision of infrastructure at SMAN 3 Yogyakarta in improving student achievement; (5) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the infrastructure management process in improving student achievement. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of data in the study consisted of school principals, vice principals for infrastructure, vice principals for student affairs, assistant treasurer for infrastructure, school inventory, school infrastructure maintenance coordinator, teachers, and students. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman models with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained (1) Planning for SMAN 3 Yogyakarta involved several strategies, involving various parties, and this school had sources of funds from various sources (2) Organizing carried out at SMAN 3 Yogyakarta was carried out to coordinate the components involved in managing infrastructure facilities (3) The implementation of facilities is manifested in procurement, inventory using the DIY Provincial Government E-Inventory application and the DIY Provincial Government Asset Management Information System, utilization of infrastructure using an application developed by schools, namely padmanaba smart service, maintenance of infrastructure and removal of infrastructure. (4) Monitoring of infrastructure facilities at SMAN 3 Yogyakarta is carried out to control the overall management of infrastructure facilities (5) SMAN 3 Yogyakarta obtains financial support from various parties. Several obstacles were encountered in the form of inadequate storage capacity for infrastructure facilities, high prices for infrastructure needs, and negotiations for school committee approval.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the management functions related to management elements including planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, management innovations for automotive engineering graduates can work in DU/DI and independently, in addition to analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors and their solutions in automotive engineering graduation management innovations can work in DU/DI and independently from SMK N 1 Girisubo. This type of research uses qualitative research, research subjects are school principals, vice curricula, heads of automotive engineering vocational schools, and automotive engineering vocational teachers. Sources of data were obtained from informants, activities and documentation, the techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, for data validity using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation, data analysis in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then verification, from the results of innovation management research, automotive engineering graduates can work in DU/DI and independently from SMK N 1 Girisubo, it is said that it has been running well in accordance with management functions related to elements of management, this has met the standards set by PT DAIHATSU. The management element is a supporting factor in the management innovation of automotive engineering graduates being able to work in DU/DI and independently from SMK N 1 Girisubo, there are always obstacles to overcome these obstacles carried out by the school so that these obstacles do not affect management innovation.

Abstract

The purposes of this reseach are (1) to analyzed the facts contained in the information of total quality management at the Centre of Excellence Vocational School in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.; (2 to analyzed the facts contained in the information of link and match 8+i at the Centre of Excellence Vocational School in the Special Region of Yogyakarta; (3) to analyzed the facts contained in the information of link and match 8+i at the Centre of Excellence Vocational School in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This type of research the author uses a qualitative approach. Data  collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used Miles and Huberman's model analysis. Researchers collect, reduce, present, and draw conclusions.   Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that; (1) total  quality management at the SMK Center of Excellence for the hospitality sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta has been implemented very well as demonstrated by the existence of strategic plans, quality policies, organizing, participatory leadership, ISO 9001: 2015 QMS systems and procedures, and has carried out self-assessments, which has been implemented in accordance with the quality guidelines that have been prepared and the applicable legislation and is supported by solid teamwork; (2) the link and match 8+i program at the Vocational High School Center of Excellence for the hospitality sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta has been implemented even though not all of it has been maximized because it is still in the process until 2024, the link and match 8+i that has been implemented is a curriculum compiled together, project-based learning real world of work (PBL), the role of teachers/instructors from industry, apprenticeship or work practice in industry for at least 1 semester, competency certification according to standards and needs of the world of work for graduates and teachers, technology updates and training from industry, applied research supports teaching factory, commitment to absorption by the world of work, as well as (i) the possibility of other collaborations; (3) The role of integrated quality management in the implementation of link and match 8+i SMK Center of Excellence in the hospitality sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is very supportive so that the main objective of quality assurance in implementing link and match 8+i can be realized. The pillars of integrated quality management in schools can be seen from the focus on customers, total involvement, measurement, stakeholder commitment, and continuous improvement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis simulasi dan permainan terhadap pemahaman belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Kimia Asam Basa di SMA Gotong Royong Semin Gunungkidul. Penelitian dilakukan dengan siswa kelas X semester 2 SMA Gotong Royong Semin yaitu kelas XA (media pembelajaran berbasis simulasi) sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XB (media pembelajaran berbasis permainan) sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa per kelas 47wQbNPTDJp9hMYdvogK2hAUiHsGeiybwaWe36bwtRQ3UTpYV7YuZ8FV5j9nauFCWwcjM6dTzpL5s2N79Rp5unwdMvc8ZKUdalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji validitas butir soal berdasarkan penilaian ahli (judgment expert) dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hasil penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t dan uji Mann-Whitney dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis game lebih baik sebagai media dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran kimia untuk pemahaman belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan media pembelajaran berbasis simulasi. Pada analisis deskriptif data posttest dapat disimpulkan bahwa media game lebih baik sebagai media dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran kimia untuk pemahaman belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan media pembelajaran simulasi.

Abstract

The problem of the large amount of waste around Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten, especially because of its location close to the TPA (Final Disposal Site), encourages the need for solutions to manage inorganic waste such as plastic, used bottles, cans, and cardboard. This study aims to increase the utility value of waste while spurring the creativity of children at Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten Baleharjo, Wonosari, Gunungkidul. The study was conducted through location observation, collaboration with TPA managers, teachers, parents, and school committees. Activities were integrated with the curriculum, utilizing used goods to increase children's creativity in learning and playing. The steps include preparing materials and tools, implementing activities, and evaluating and following up. The results of the study showed that the utilization of used goods significantly increased the utility value of waste, reduced waste, and supported children's creativity. Learning media from used goods helped clarify the material, motivated children to be more active, and increased cooperation. With good planning, the use of used goods can support the learning process effectively, facilitate the delivery of messages, and achieve learning goals. Optimizing these benefits is highly dependent on the teacher's ability to select and use learning media according to the goals and functions of education.

Abstract

Character education in the independent curriculum is called the Pancasila Student Profile. This form of implementing Pancasila Student Profile character education can be carried out both intra-curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricularly. Co-curricular implementation in the form of project activities is a new thing in the independent curriculum. This study aims to describe the management of character education through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. This research is qualitative research conducted at Playen 1 Public Middle School for the 2022/2023 school year. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and document study. The research subjects in this study were school principals, teachers, and students. Test the validity of using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that character education management through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at the planning stage starting from the formation of the team; identification of school readiness level; designing dimensions, themes, time allocation; preparation of project modules; and design a reporting strategy. The organizing stage consists of delegating tasks within the team. The implementation phase is by what has been planned according to the activity syntax to reporting in the project report card. At the supervision stage, the principal has carried out his duties but there is no supervision manual yet. The last stage is evaluating the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project so that a follow-up plan is obtained for the future.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are quality management of Mathematics learning; the role of Mathematics learning quality management in preparing ASPD; Mathematics learning results for class IX students at SMPN 1 Playen Gunungkidul. This type of research is qualitative research that uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Playen. Researchers collect, reduce, present data, and draw conclusions. The results of the research show that the quality management of mathematics learning for class IX students at SMPN 1 Playen, including planning, organizing, implementing, as well as monitoring and evaluating, has gone well. Planning for the quality of learning begins with preparing the school curriculum and program, organizing by drawing up a decree on the division of tasks and lesson schedules, implementing learning in accordance with the planning, monitoring and evaluation carried out by the school principal and the implementation team at least once a semester. The role of quality management in mathematics learning is shown by the teacher's role in implementing learning in the classroom. The teacher makes a lesson plan, implements learning according to the lesson plan, the teacher uses various learning methods to help increase students' understanding of ASPD, students' mathematics learning outcomes are shown by the average Try Out and ASPD results, namely 35.00; 36.00; 35.95 for try out and 34.03 for ASPD. The ASPD results are not yet on target because students have not mastered basic mathematical concepts, students are less able to understand the questions, and students' motivation to learn is still lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financing management in SD Negeri Godean 1 Kapanewon Godean, Sleman Regency. This research is qualitative research with a type and descriptive approach to analysis. Data sources used in this study through data collection using interview methods, non-participant observation, and documentation. Testing the validity of data with credibility tests (internal validity) and conducting data analysis and interpretation techniques with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that the management of education financing at SD Negeri Godean 1 was carried out well. Financing activities at SD Negeri Godean 1 have been integrated between one application and other applications such as SIPLAH, SILABOSDA, and ARKAS. This shows transparency and accountability. The implementation of education financing has been achieved as planned, especially in the use of funding sources although sometimes there are delays in the distribution of education funds.

Abstract

The  research objectives  were as follows ;(1) To nalyzing the planning, the implementation, evaluation and To analyzing the results obtained from the implementation of the use of traditional game tools for the development of P5 at Kapanewon Girisubo Kindergarten.This type of qualitative research uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. This research  explored how the utilization traditional game tools are used to development of the Pancasila student profile project at Kapanewon Girisubo Kindergarten. The analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model. Researchers reduced, presented, drew conclusions, and verified data.Based on the results of the data analysis, the conclusions were obtained: (1) The learning planning of the utilization of traditional game tools for the development of P5 at kindergarten Kapanewon Girisubo the  was very good, the school  analysed of the characteristics of the educational unit, formulated program plan, defined, objectives and involved all school members. (2) The implementation of the use of traditional game tools for the development of P5 at   Kapanewon Girisubo Kindergarten had been carried out well, using taditional games that have evoved, such as  Javanese tradisional  children'sgames (3) Evaluation of the use of traditional game tools for the development of P5 in Kapanewon Girisubo Kindergarten, Evaluation was good, which includes reflection on activities carried out after completing learning and to determine next steps.  (4) The results obtained from the implementation of the use of tools Traditional games for the development P5 at Kapanewon Girisubo Kindergarden, were is good, that traditional game tools can enhance the profile dimensions of the Pancasila students profile.
