Abstract

This research aims to explain the strategy for implementing and learning community assisten in the elementary education unit in Kapanewon Sleman in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform for teachers towards the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and describe the impact of the strategy for implementing and assisting the learning community in the elementary education unit in Kapanewon Sleman in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform for teachers towards the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. In this study, the research subjects were school principals, teachers, supervisors and students. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And data validity testing is carried out with internal validity, including increasing persistence and triangulation. The results of this research show that there has been an increase in teachers logging into the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. The number of teachers who access independent training ranging from watching videos, post tests, to passing topics by carrying out real actions has also increased. After many teachers logged in to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform and surfed through the learning community, teachers became more active in implementing the independent curriculum. This is proven by the increasing number of teachers who pass independent training topics and take real action.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of classroom management after the Covid-19 pandemic in fostering student learning discipline and self-regulation. Using a qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from school principals, curriculum coordinators, teachers, and students at SMP N 2 Pakem. Data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that classroom management plays a crucial role in maintaining discipline and ensuring smooth learning processes. Key supporting factors include a comfortable learning environment, adequate classroom facilities, and the implementation of rules and effective teaching approaches. Learning discipline is reinforced by displaying school regulations, motivational quotes, and teachers' active role in reminding and guiding students. Self-regulation is reflected in students' ability to set academic goals aligned with minimum competency standards (KKM), study diligently, comprehend lessons seriously, ask teachers for clarification when needed, and seek additional learning materials. These strategies help students improve self-discipline and enhance their learning experience post-pandemic.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze (1) the reality of the patterns of application of the concepts of kendel, kandel, bandel, and ngandel, to increase the self-efficacy of students at SMK Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors, and the effectiveness of implementing these concepts. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach. Data analysis steps included data collection through interviews, documentation and observation, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the research showed that (1) the attitudes of kandel, ngandel, kendel and stubborn could increase the readiness of school principals, teachers and students in facing problems and tasks that had to be completed. In other words, the attitude of kandel, ngandel, kendel and stubborn could increase the self-efficacy of school principals, teachers and students of SMK Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen; (2) The supporting factor for implementing the concepts of kandel, kendel bamdel, and ngandel was the solidarity and awareness of all educators and education staff to implement Tamansiswa's teachings; (3) There were no inhibiting factors; (4) The application of the concept was very effective.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in thematic learning at Silu Elementary School, students' learning difficulties experienced during thematic learning and teacher management in solving problems. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. With data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The informants for this research were school principals and class teachers related to thematic learning. Analyze the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the role of teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in thematic learning at Siluk Elementary School are (1) the causes of learning difficulties are lack of concentration and difficulty in remembering thematic learning material for a long time, (2) thematic learning as a learning model in elementary schools has various characteristics or characteristics. typical, namely students as the center of learning or what is often called (Student Centered education), learning is flexible, learning is comprehensive or holistic and meaningful, learning is tailored to students' interests and needs, provides direct experience, requires students to be active and eliminates dividing boundaries between subjects, and (3) The teacher's role in overcoming learning difficulties in thematic learning is as a facilitator whose task is to provide guidance and training to students so that changes occur

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) ECCE learning management in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten (2) To find supporting factors, obstacles and solutions about ECCE learning management with a central approach in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten.This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The sources of research data were the principal, 3 class teachers and 3 guardians. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation and source triangulation techniques.The results showed that (1) PAUD learning management in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten includes: a) Learning program planning and institutional development programs; b) The organization of the institution is made based on the main duties and functions of each member; c) Drive the Institute's program based on plans that have been made and implemented; d) Control at the Institute is carried out internally by the principal. Meanwhile, external supervision is carried out by the Aisyiyah Foundation, a kindergarten supervisor from the Korwil Dinas Pendidikan dan Institutional Accreditation. The implementation of the learning center approach in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten has 4 types, namely the preparation center, nature center, beam center and acting and body processing center. (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning come from teachers and schools (3) efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles are to increase teacher creativity.

Abstract

Due to a fact that the concept is new for both learners and educators, there are several roles that must be taken into account when conducting MBKM. Many issues were discovered as a result of observations performed on several campuses, including the following: 1) Students from multiple campuses took part of learning implementation during the MBKM activity, but many of them were involved in these activities and had varied interests. 2) The phenomenon I discovered regarding the MBKM's actions as though it had not been managed. The researchers pose the research question, "How is the management of the conduction of MBKM in Buddhist Colleges?" The data were collected, reduced, and then evaluated using qualitative research data analysis. Due to a number of issues, including a lack of understanding of MBKM literacy, implementation goals and objectives, a lack of resources, and the fact that many lecturers do not completely grasp how to use MBKM, it appears to be too difficult for Buddhist institutions to implement. The table above also provides information on the requirements for joining MBKM for the reader's understanding. The duties of leaders involve not only acquiring this data but also organizing the next program. Before starting the steps, the leader must understand the directions. Planning, organizing, coordinating, and assessing are the managerial functions, on the other hand, according to academics.

Abstract

The learning objective of Kuntulan Andayani dance art is to cultivate and simultaneously strengthen students' characters. The research is conducted with the aim of revealing the process of Kuntulan Andayani dance learning to enhance students' character. This research employs a qualitative descriptive research method. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is tested using triangulation of techniques and sources. The research results indicate that the management of dance art learning to strengthen the character of eighth-grade students involves implementing four management functions. In dance art learning, the dance art teacher reinforces students' character in areas such as self-confidence, creativity, discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive description of the administration of character education for students at SDN 25 Talang. This study employs a case study research design with a qualitative methodology. The data collection procedures employed include interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the management functions executed at SDN 25 Talang encompass (1) strategic planning for character education, which involves identifying the character values to be cultivated in the school, equipping educators and education staff, reviewing pertinent documents pertaining to the reinforcement of character education, and disseminating policies to all educational institutions, parents of students, and relevant communities. (2) The implementation of character education involves integrating pre-determined character education content into all topics, as well as incorporating it into programmed or planned activities. Implementing character education through daily activities at school, focusing on habituation and leading by example, while fostering communication and collaboration between schools and parents of kids. (3) Character education is evaluated by program evaluation, process evaluation, and evaluation of results.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of education and training, years of service and teacher self-concept on the performance of public high school teachers in Bima Regency; (2) To determine the effect of education and training on the performance of public high school teachers in Bima Regency; (3) To determine the effect of work experience on the performance of public high school teachers in Bima Regency; (4) To determine the influence of teacher self-concept on the performance of State High School teachers in Bima Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research, using survey methods. The population in this study were State High School teachers throughout Bima Regency with a sample of 340 teachers from 4 schools determined using the Slovin formula. To analyze the data using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data assumption tests consist of normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that education and training, years of service and teacher self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the performance of State High School teachers throughout Bima Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study not only provide academic insight into the factors that influence teacher performance, but can also be used as a basis for decision making for schools and governments in improving the quality of education. Better training, richer work experience, and positive self-concept will produce more professional teachers and better-quality education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media that can strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. This type of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model developed by Dick and Carry. The stages of the development of this research, namely the researcher conducted an analysis of student learning needs (Analysis), then designed the media and materials to be compiled (Design). Researchers developed instructional media based on the results of an analysis of students' learning needs and the design of materials that had been developed (Development). Then the researcher implements the learning media that has been developed in the form of Kampung Pancasila board games (Implementation), and at the end of the stage the researcher evaluates the learning media (Evaluation). The development of this media has gone through several validation stages, namely validation from material experts and validation from media experts. The instruments used in collecting research data consisted of validity testing instruments in the form of expert validation sheets, questionnaires to determine the feasibility of the media and observation sheets to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of activities. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. The results showed that Kampung Pancasila board game could be used as a learning media in strengthening Pancasila students. Kampung Pancasila board game has a high feasibility value as a learning media in strengthening Pancasila students. Kampung Pancasila board game is considered an interesting learning media, making it easier for students to understand material regarding Pancasila student profiles and being able to improve students' abilities in solving social problems.
