Abstract

This paper aims to be able to build a construct based on empirical studies, so that it will become the basis for making policies and programs in order to maintain and develop business ventures in the new normal era. This paper uses a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The research design used is grounded theory. Research setting in Capture Chicken Malang Geprek. The intended informants are the owners and customers of Malang Geprek Catched Chicken. Data analysis using open coding, axial coding, and selection coding. Data validity uses data credibility. The research findings show that an entrepreneur can develop and maintain a business if he has the passion and ability, besides that there is an entrepreneurial orientation: risk-taking, pro-active, and innovation in the sale of goods so as to improve business performance. The need for emphasis on sales such as goods, prices, services, places of sale, systems and sales techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving student entrepreneurship education at Darul Kamal Islamic Boarding School, Kembang Kerang, East Lombok. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research data is described or described in the form of a description according to the actual situation. Data collection techniques were carried out by making interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was carried out logically and systematically starting from data reduction, displaying data and providing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving student entrepreneurship education at Ponpes Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang Lombok Timur begins with planning, organizing, actuating and controlling to identify and align activities or programs in accordance with the agreed plans and goals to be achieved. together. Activities carried out to improve student entrepreneurship education at Ponpes Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang Lombok Timur are carried out by internalizing it through various aspects such as integrated entrepreneurship education in all subjects, integrated entrepreneurship education in extra-curricular activities, integration of entrepreneurship education into materials/books teaching, integrating entrepreneurship education through school culture and integrating entrepreneurship education through local content. In addition, sewing skills, skills in making woven fabrics (slicing woven fabrics), tile making skills, kopsis (student cooperatives), calligraphy making, ingke or plate making crafts, flower pot making crafts from used plastic and internships for students.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the Altman Z-Score discriminant analysis method has a simple role in conducting financial risk analysis. As an object, PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah (BTPN Syariah), Tbk. Selected by non-random sampling with purposive sampling technique through the website. PT. BTPN Syariah, Tbk. is one of a financial institution that has a role in Indonesia's economy. As an intermediary, PT BTPN Syariah, Tbk. can not avoid risks, both in the form of financial and non-financial risks. To deal with these risks, one important element is to improve its financial performance. One of the depictions of financial performance can be known from the value obtained by using the Altman Z-Score analysis. The data used in this study are secondary in the form of financial statements, which consist of the balance sheet and income statement. The time period taken as data is the period from 2014 to 2018. After each data is obtained and studied then analyzed by using the Altman Z-Score method. So it can be seen what level of risk PT. BTPN Syariah, Tbk. has, whether the low level of risk, grey area, or high level of risk. From the data analysis, it was found that the level of financial risk of PT. BTPN Syariah, Tbk. is in the low-risk level category. In other words, it describes the company that is not bankrupt. This is indicated by the acquisition value of Z-Score > 2.6 which is 5.7438 in 2014, 6.7326 in 2015, 6.9953 in 2016, 8.2041 in 2017, and 7.2012 in 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating role of affective commitment and psychological contract on the relationship between organizational support and knowledge sharing to employees of CV. BHAKTI ASTAWIRA SEJAHTERA. The object of this research is the employee of CV. BHAKTI ASTAWIRA SEJAHTERA. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a research sample of 50 employees. The method in this study uses quantitative analysis methods. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with saturated samples, that is, all members of the population were taken as samples. The analytical tools used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, T-test, F test, and Sobel test. Using SPSS 16 found the following results, firstly organizational support has a positive and significant effect on psychological contracts, secondly, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, thirdly organizational support has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, the four psychological contracts have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, the five affective commitments have no positive and insignificant effect on knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions (PER), funding decisions (DER), dividend policy (DPR), and profitability (ROE) simultaneously and partially on the firm value on the IDX. The period used in this research is 5 years, starting from 2011-2015. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all property, real estate, and building construction companies that have been and are still listed on the IDX for the 2011-2015 period. From a population of 60 property, real estate, and building construction companies, 33 companies were selected as samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant influence on investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability simultaneously on company value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is a significant effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability partially on company value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Future studies should use more proxies that can be used for each variable.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions and the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Aqua branded Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) products. The variables used in this study are Green Marketing and Brand Awareness as an independent variable, and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. By taking the sample using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique.The data collection method used a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using analysis tools SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the Green Marketing variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 2.029, greater than t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.045, less than 0.05. (2) Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 8.431, greater than t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.000, smaller 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Asset Quality (KAP), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) in Go Public Banking Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. The population used in this study was 37 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before 2015. The data used is obtained from the financial statements of each bank through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique through certain criteria in order to obtain a sample of 15 banks. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression analysis using E-views 10 software. The results of the analysis show that partially, CAR, LDR, and NPL have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, while KAP has a significant negative effect on ROA. However, simultaneously, CAR, LDR, KAP, and NPL have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate governance, risk on firm value, and the influence of corporate governance on risk in banking sector companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019 periods. The populations are banking sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling method, 40 companies were obtained from 43 banking sector companies. The analyzing tool that used in this study was path analysis with SPSS program. The study found that corporate governance give positif and significant influence on firm value, risk give non significant influence on firm value, and corpotrate governance give negative and significant influence on risk. In additional, this study also found that risk does not mediated the influence of corporate governance and firm value.

Abstract

Profit growth or profit owned by a company is how much profit they make this year compared to the previous year. This research use food and beverage sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019 aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and activity on profit growth. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in this study with the existing conditions and samples obtained from 15 food beverage sub-sectors. The use of multiple linear regression as a method of analysis and hypothesis testing is carried out on simultaneous (F) and partial (T) tests. The final result of this study is characterized by the absence of influence of the liquidity ratio and activity ratio on profit growth, while the leverage ratio has an influence on profit growth in the food and beverage subsector contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image on the brand loyalty of private universities mediated by social media customer engagement and customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using nonprobability sampling. 218 students and alumni of a tourism college in Jakarta were used as respondents to fill out the questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model  (SEM). The results revealed that brand image directly has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Social media customer engagement and customer satisfaction are indirect mediators that significantly affect brand image to brand loyalty.
