Abstract

Tui Hill is a limestone hill lined south of Padang Panjang. It is located between Rao-Rao Village and Tanah Hitam. Based on the results of investigations of researchers on the slopes of Bukit Tui limestone in the coordinates S0 ° 28'21.3 "E100 ° 24'00.4ʺ which are in the Tanah Hitam Village, there are many weak fields such as burly, steep slope geometry, influence on earthquake vibrations, and rainfall the high can lead to landslides on slopes, potential for landslides on the slopes of research can endanger road users and community settlements on slope locations. This study aims to analyze the potential of landslides based on the physical and mechanical properties of intact rocks, using the boundary equilibrium method. Then make reinforcement recommendations so that slope conditions are safe / stable. Based on the results of analysis and calculations in saturated conditions with the influence of earthquake factors 0,7 - 0,9g the values ​​of FK 1,461, 1,295, and 1,144 were obtained. From the results of the analysis, the slope is unsafe / unstable. In the original condition with 0.9g earthquake factor, FK 1.364 is obtained. Based on the results of analysis and calculations, the slope reinforcement recommendation used is the wire mesh installation method (wiremesh) in slope face.

Abstract

Tourism is a field that is currently developing. This is supported by the wealth of Indonesia's natural potential which is known as the emerald equator. But not all tourism area information can be obtained easily. Because so far tourism promotion still uses pamphlets, leaflets or brochures. This can be overcome by developing a system that can be accessed by everyone by utilizing Information Technology. The aim of the research is to produce a Web-based tourism management information system. System development method is a prototyping model by utilizing PHP programming and MySQL database. The results of the system development resulted in a Web-based tourism management information system with a case study in the South Coastal Region of West Sumatra Province that could help tourism agencies in developing regional tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the development of Android-based learning media for the LPK training and course institutions SHEZA, to find out the feasibility of Android-based learning media for LPK training institutions and SHEZA courses. Learning media is designed using the Pascal programming language with the application of Embacadero Delphi XE 8. The Android platform was chosen because all LPK Sheza students use an Android smartphone, the microsoft word learning media developed is an Android-based learning media. because Android-based devices have been widely used in communities from various circles. So that the use of mobile devices or smartphones among users is optimal especially for learning. The hope, this study can facilitate educators or students in particular to increase the spirit of learning and achieve its goals in learning. The study was conducted at LPK SHEZA. The type of research used is R & D research. The research was conducted in two stages. The first stage for product development uses the ADDIE model and the second stage. Data collection techniques use measurement and direct communication. The data collection tool uses an interview guide and questionnaire. The results of the study are the development of Android-based learning media for LPK training institutions and SHEZA courses worthy of use.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Produce the Electrocnik Graphic Design module in the P.TIK Study Program, IKIP PGRI Pontianak. 2) Knowing the student's feasibility and response to the Graphic Design electronic module. The research method used in this study is research and development. The research design used the Borg and Gall model. This research variable uses a single variable, namely the development of an electronic module in the Graphic Design course. The object of this study was the second semester students of the ICT Study Program IKIP-PGRI Pontianak 2017/2018. The results of the evaluation of the electronic module by the expert lecturer of the material obtained a score of 102.5 with eligibility criteria and the results of the evaluation of the electronic module by the media expert lecturer obtained a score of 94.5 with eligibility criteria .. While the response of students to electronic modules in a sample trial of 53 students obtained an average score of questionnaire 4 with good criteria. Based on these data it can be concluded that the electronic module application of graphic design developed is feasible and is good to use in the learning process

Abstract

The increased business needs and rapid technological developments helped to make easier in marketing, ordering, or delivery. Restaurant service that is still manual is only efficient for visitors who are few. With a-based restaurant application it mobile web will make it easier and more efficient for large restaurants with more visitors. With reliable Smartphone, visitors immediately place an order through the waterfall method and database MySQL, so that later it will produce an application that is accessed via a Smartphone customer in handling food menu orders.

Abstract

SMA N 1 Ampek Angkek is one of the high school International Standard. Therefore it takes a Human Resources (HR) superior, quality, and achievement in the field of education for majors prospective students / new student should be based on the criteria in accordance with the standard expected. In this study will be designed a system of computerized decision support to assist the school in majors prospective students / new student. Decision Support System (DSS) is the alternative system application that helps a decision in the majors prospective students / new student at SMA N 1 Ampek Angkek Kab. Agam using Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) is a decision-making process by giving instuitif and subjective consideration of the criteria involved and considered important so that trend is happening is a failure that match the criteria.

Abstract

This research was made based on promotional data that was conducted in 2015-2017. The unequal distribution of information about Politeknik TEDC Bandung can be seen in the data collected by two methods, first direct interviews to students from 2015-2017 and data taken at the time the student enrolled at Politeknik TEDC Bandung. In 2015-2017 there were several promotions carried out by Politeknik TEDC Bandung, including through Tribun Jabar newspaper, promotions to several educational institutions, installing billboards at several places, giving information about Politeknik TEDC Bandung on website, collaboration with other collages through alumni who work in industry or in schools, and last government scholarship programs. Unequal distribution of information to prospective students is one of the main problems of this research being made so that the promotions that have been carried out so far can be more efficient and effective. To be able to carry out promotions that are more effective and efficient, the researcher will process all data to produce a better promotional strategy. Data processing is carried out by grouping using the KMedoids algorithm on the data of prospective students including Name, Place and Date of Birth, Address, Religion, Telephone Number, School Origin, Selection of Study Programs and who provide information. Which data is obtained from promotion activities carried out from 2015 until 2017. After cleaning and repairing the data, a detailed and more specific dataset can be obtained for grouping the data. If necessary, there is a possibility that some data will be discarded to be more effective in testing the clustering process. Clustering results are made in the form of a chart bar which shows that the most registrants at the TEDC Polytechnic in Bandung are from West Java Province, while the City of Sumedang is the least registrant.

Abstract

Information technology supports the achievement of business objectives in the organization. Higher education institutions is a business organization engaged in the field of education, research and devotion to the society in the Know Tridharma College. Effective IT governance ensures the alignment between IT and the business objectives. The study seeks to examin empirically IT governance mechanisms affecting the overall effectiveness of IT governance. In addition, this study examines effective IT governance relationships and IT performance in higher education organizations. The sampling techniques in this study are multi-stage purposeful random sampling. In order, the researchers will incorporate the surveys online. Analyzed by Quantitative Data and method of a Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) equation using Smart PLS 3.0. The results obtained from this research show significant positive relationships between effectiveness IT governance and the following mechanisms: IT steering Committee, senior management involvement in IT, and organizational communication systems and relationships between the effectiveness of ITG with IT innovation and IT performance. And insignificant negative relationship between organizational Performance management system and effectiness IT Governance also IT Innovation and IT Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to text-based data mining or often called text mining, classification methods commonly used method Naïve bayes classifier (NBC) and support vector machine (SVM). This classification is emphasized for Indonesian language documents, while the relationship between documents is measured by the probability that can be proven with other classification algorithms. This evident from the conclusion that the probability result Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) word “party” at least in the economic document and political. Then the result of the algorithm support vector machine (svm) with the word “price” and “kpk” contains in both economic and politic document.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce instructional media of ICT guidance based on Mobile Learning using Moodle Mobile App that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D). The development model used is the ADDIE model. The experimental method used Intact-Group Comparison. The sample was students of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Geringging. The instrument was validation questionnaire to measure validity, response questionnaires to measure the practice, and post-test questions of multiple choice to measure the effectiveness of developed media. The results showed that media declared valid by the validator assessment, and practically use by teachers and learners. Percentage of classical completeness at experiment group reached 87,5%, and 12,5% for classical incompleteness. While the control group reached 25% for classical completeness, and 75% for classical incompleteness. It means that ICT guidance media based on Mobile Learning using Moodle Mobile App is "valid, practically, and effective" to use in ICT guidance learning process.
