Abstract

Virtual Reality (VR) has developed on the concept of tourism where people can enjoy virtual tourist destinations called VR Tourism. The tourism industry, one of which is Indonesia, is utilizing this technology development as a marketing strategy for tourist objects, one of which is VR Tourism Kemenparekraf. Previous research on how VR affects marketing has been carried out a lot, but this research will focus on user responses to VR Tourism services which are still little done. From this, by utilizing the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, it is used to measure the satisfaction of VR Tourism Kemenparekraf users, as well as to see whether this method is still relevant to use. Respondents were determined as many as 75 people who had used VR Tourism Kemenparekraf at least once. The data was processed using SPSS software, where the research results found that all variables contained in the EUCS method had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Users are satisfied with VR Tourism Kemenparekraf. The EUCS method is still relevant for use in testing user satisfaction in VR Tourism Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in this era has had a significant impact on various fields, including healthcare. Hospitals strive to provide the best service to their patients so that they can get the best solution to their illnesses. A good hospital can be seen from the services provided to its patients. This research aims to produce an information system for creating patient eligibility letters in the emergency department. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting data collection stages through interviews, observations, and literature studies, and the method used for developing the device is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. From this research, several problems were found in processing the creation of patient eligibility letters, namely the creation of eligibility letters still uses claim that has not been bridged with sims, causing the process of creating patient eligibility letters to take a long time, thus affecting the quality of healthcare services in the hospital's emergency unit. The suggestion given is the need for a redesign in the sims system to be bridged with vclaim.

Abstract

Sumber Jaya Trans is a tourism bus transportation company whose goal is to make tourism easier. Maintenance of bus vehicles is required because of their long-term use. At PT. Sumber Jaya Trans Tangerang has problems, namely vehicle maintenance in terms of data reporting which is still manual, maintenance reports are carried out on a paper form filled in by mechanics who have repaired bus vehicles and recapitulated into the ledger, managers have difficulty viewing or checking maintenance reports, because lots of paper forms and disorganized ledgers. Due to the issues at hand, the author suggests an Android-based bus vehicle maintenance app. utilizing the PIECES technique of analysis. The programming languages for Web Services and Android are PHP and the Laravel framework, respectively, and object-oriented analysis techniques are used in the system architecture together with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Android was selected as the mobile operating system because it is well-liked in Indonesia and felt capable of replacing manual labor. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting vehicle maintenance data, we require an Android-based solution

Abstract

The IT role that is likely to have the greatest effect on human resource processes is that of electronic forms processing transactions. recruitment through this portal is more intended to recruit indirect labor employees or employees who are not directly related to production and with a limited number. Therefore, many companies/organizations use Google Forms for the employee recruitment process which requires a large number of candidates. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, and Individual Characteristics on Task Technology Fit and its influence on Individual Performance, User Satisfaction, Benefit, Utilization, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness in the recruitment process using the google form. This research is quantitative research that will examine the effect of the variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable by testing the hypothesis. The population in this study was 219 members of the Association of Human Resource Practitioners (IPSM). The sample used in this study was 71 respondents who processed data using Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that 8 of the 9 hypotheses show a significant and positive effect. This shows that IPSM members have adopted Task Technology Fit in their recruitment process by using the Google form. However, it is necessary to conduct further research with more respondents.

Abstract

This research is made in the design of a database system and online sales files for sales on a medium business scale, Era 5.0 Society many marketplaces make it easy for medium businesses to sell products, So business actors need to see the development of digital business and forecast their merchandise that is sold out online. As for the implementation of 1) database from RDBMS into MYSQL. The research uses an open source database, namely MYSQL, 2) The research method uses Microsoft Access program tools with the link to the Windows 10 operating system odbc in Extract Transform Load (ETL) which is carried out automatically with button 3 process Extract, Transform, Load from the download folder into the relational database management system (RDMS) in ms access and stored in the MySQL database. 3) This research forms raw data facts from several marketplaces and is processed into normalized table dimensions in the data warehouse. This research aims to design a combination of open-source systems and Microsoft access licenses, for business actors who need sales analysis that is sold multichannel (online or offline), to optimize stock and provide products consistently in each sales channel.

Abstract

In order to ascertain the usage of the University of Medan Area Library's Repository system, this research aims to evaluate the level of Repository system usage at the Medan Area Library using the System Usability Scale (SUS) methodology. A total of 50 respondents, comprising librarians and students from the University of Medan Area, were selected as the research subjects. This study involved testing through validity assessments, reliability assessments, and an analysis of the SUS methodology. The research findings elucidate that based on the data analysis from the recapitulation of questionnaire testing results using the SUS methodology, encompassing Acceptability, Grade Scale, and Adjective Rating facets, the outcomes indicate that the range of user Acceptability towards the University of Medan Area Library's repository website is in the Marginal High grade range, with the Grade Scale level falling in the D category, and the Adjective Rating level positioned in the nearly Good (OK) category. These findings potentially indicate the success of utilizing the University of Medan Area Library's Repository using the SUS methodology. Furthermore, it is also discernible that the SUS methodology exerts a positive influence on system usage. This is substantiated by the observed increase in the SUS score, reaching 65. Hence, it can be inferred that the University of Medan Area Library's repository website still requires further evaluation and development to enhance its usability optimally.

Abstract

Technological developments have influenced how humans work and interaction. Digital transformation is a holistic effort to revise core government processes and services. Digital transformation is a change from an analog system to a digital system by reviewing policies, current processes, and user needs. Ultimately it will result in a revision of a policy, resulting in the creation of a new digital service. This research was prepared using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. This research aims to analyze the dimensions of the digital transformation of BPHTB collection acceleration of property registration services in DKI Jakarta Province as stated in DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2022. The digital transformation of BPHTB Elections is a form of digital transformation of services tax area that can simplify the service process tax areas and speed up the service process registration property. Change culture in the research workflow previously officer done manually by officers after There is policy digital transformation of E-BPHTB reporting is done by the system or in a way electronics. Through the e-BPHTB service, taxpayers can download the BPHTB SSPD online and just in time without the need to come to the office tax area. Digital transformation is influenced by external factors and internal factors so that it can change the objects and processes of a service through the use of digital technology which can produce a new service aimed at improving service delivery and increasing accountability.

Abstract

English has become a world language that must be mastered by many people because English has dominated the era of communication to connect and transfer knowledge to the entire world. When it comes to the development of mobile applications for language learning, previous research has tended to emphasize testing on various technologies such as multimedia, virtual and augmented reality, conversational agents and artificial intelligence-based systems. This research, therefore, aimed to develop a mobile-based English learning application that provided English learning in the form of stories called the Deltalk. This mobile-based English learning application provides features in which the users can practice their speaking in English. This app was developed by integrating ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technology provided by NOVO Learning. The ASR was integrated with Deltalk through the API (Application Programming Interface) and Websocket. Deltalk development adapted two agile frameworks, including Scrum and Lean Software Development by performing MVP process one time.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to implement the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method in determining the best cooking oil brand. The research method used is the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method with the stages of determining criteria, weights, and alternatives, creating a decision matrix, calculating the normalization value of the matrix and WASPAS weights in decision making Calculating the Qi value of normalization and weights makes ranking from the highest Qi value. From the research it is known that alternative A4 with the description Bimoli has the highest Qi value of 0.9162, so it is concluded that alternative A4 or Bimoli was chosen as the best cooking oil among the eight alternatives or other cooking oil brands. The result of this study is that the WASPAS method is able to recommend the selection of the best cooking oil for consumers.

Abstract

Heart rate is one of the most important organs in the human body as it plays a role in the circulatory system. Body temperature is the result of the body's metabolic processes and is influenced by external and internal factors. In this research, we design a monitoring tool that uses LoRa and IoT technology to monitor heart rate and human body temperature. This tool aims to provide real-time health monitoring and can communicate remotely. MQTT allows efficient data transmission between connected devices in the network. Pulse heart rate sensor and temperature sensor MLX90614 The data obtained from these two sensors is sent through the LoRa network to the LoRa gateway. The LoRa gateway functions as a link between the monitoring device and the MQTT server. The gateway receives data from the monitoring device via the LoRa network and forwards it to the MQTT server via an internet connection. The MQTT server sends the data to an application that can be accessed via a smartphone. The test results show that the RSSI value of -72.5 dBm is obtained when the minimum distance is 5 metres. The lowest value for RSSI, which is -93.5 dBm, is obtained at the maximum testing distance of about 55 metres. For the results of the packet loss value is 0% occurs at a closer distance, but at a distance of 50m (5%) and at a distance of 55m (20%) indicates that the signal begins to weaken or experience interference at a greater distance
