Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Keramasan have three group work units in South Sumatra Province which is study has located in Ogan Ilir Regency namely PT. PLN ULPL Indralaya. This study is one steam turbine generator unit often experiences shutdown due to several factors. One of them is out of service for the protection operating system on the 4 MVA to 11.5/6.9 kV transformer unit when there is a disturbance so that there is an inter-trip to the upstream system which results in a blackout system. We analyzed the disturbance using ETAP software. We made three analyzes there are load flow, short circuit and relay coordination. As study results submitted to PT PLN ULPL Indralaya is to scenario 3 for the analysis of the resulting lower flow is a decrease in load of about 63% for short circuit value obtained between 0.011 to 50.776 kA also relay coordination should be adding devices such as IDMT curve Long Time Inverse.

Abstract

This study aimed to produce learning media through Macromedia Flash software program to improve the ability to listen to incentives on fantasy story material in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Central Maluku. The subjects of this study were the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Central Maluku, totaling 28 people. This study used a development method adapted from the Borg and Gall development model. The resulting media consists of three parts, namely the opening (covering SK, KD, and instructions for using media), content (covering material menus, exercises, and quizzes), and closing (covering motivational videos and author biodata). The macromedia flash learning media was tested on (1) learning media experts and (2) material experts, (3) practitioners, and (4) students. The instruments used in this research are material expert questionnaires, media expert questionnaires, practitioner and student response questionnaires, and intensive listening indicator instruments. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The stages carried out in this research include: (1) Design stage, making media using Macromedia Flash application with the help of Ms. Power Point, and (2) design validation, (3) product revision, and (4) product testing on students of SMP Negeri 4 Maluku Tengah in grade VII. Based on the test results obtained from the expert test questionnaire, it shows that macromedia flash is feasible and ready to be implemented.

Abstract

The first year in higher education is a crucial time that becomes a fundamental learning momentum for every student. Academic achievements in the college's first year are one of the problems that should be checked. Grade point in the first year becomes one of the success study criteria for the next year at an academic time. In department X of a private university, we found some problems in the courses, such as the mean of graduation time that has not met the target. There is an opinion that the grades of report cards at the time of senior secondary education correlate with the achievement index in the first year of college. This research used Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method and data processing with RStudio version 3.5. The students' data for data processing were from the class of 2015 until 2018. Based on the results, it was found that there was no correlation between student report cards in senior secondary education with grade points for the first and second semesters. However, there was a correlation between report cards scores for Chemistry and Biology so that new student admissions could take report cards scores only for one subject.

Abstract

The use of Communication and Information Technology which is developed through the years is one of the key of organization’s success in business rivalry through pandemic era nowadays. In line with the development of technology and information, bank authorities also offer the facility of banking through mobile banking (m-banking) application that can be accessed by using smartphone. This research aims to analyze factors that can influence the acceptance of m-banking application in Indonesia. The data was gathered through survey of 412 m-banking users in Indonesia and it was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The findings of the research showed positive attitudes, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use felt by the m-banking users and become the main reasons in adopting this technology besides social influence and perceived risk of m-banking technology. Meanwhile, the fear of using technology in using m-banking technology has a potential to obstruct the technology adoption. The result of this research can help the bankers and stakeholder in formalizing strategical steps in improving the adaptation of m-banking technology and application, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Regulation Government No. 114 of 2021 concerning Agency College _ Law University Padang State (UNP), on November 25, 2021 already official changed status to college high PTN-BH so that UNP can increase quality education . Government give autonomy to on UNP for increase its income generating . Since status service general (BLU), UNP has start commercialize means and existing infrastructure _ for Public general while facility that no disturb activity academic like pool swimming , building meeting , hotel, laboratory even so through activity training (CaKep , Pekerti). Commercialization services at UNP are still using the conventional system . Weakness existing system _ now is no all UNP Income Generating recorded by system , party user often experience difficulty for place an order because not yet existence facility service one door good physique nor integrated system . _ Difficulty user for make an order that is experienced during this because number contact personal contact no can direct obtained . UNP can maximizing Income Generating and enhancement effectiveness service to user through take advantage of digital technology and already should has its own marketplace platform . Article this aim for give ideas and the idea of designing a market place for PTN_BH UNP.

Abstract

Identification, segmentation and detection of brain tumor-infected parts on MRI images require precision and a long time. MRI of the brain has an important role, one of which is used for analysis or consideration before performing surgery. However, MRI images cannot provide optimal results when analyzed because of the presence of noise and the bone and tumor (clots of flesh) have the same appearance. Many studies related to brain tumor segmentation have been carried out before, and some of the good methods are CNN U-Net. We segmented brain tumors on MRI with U-Net. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of changes in the number of neurons in the convolution layer of the U-Net architecture in segmenting brain tumors. We use two scenarios of changing the number of neurons at the U-Net convolution layer. The first scenario is the number of neurons successively at each level of the U-Net architecture [32,64,128,256,512], and the second scenario is [16,32,64,128,256]. And the results of scenario two can segment brain tumors on MRI images that resemble ground truth. The results of brain tumor segmentation in MRI images with the U-Net second scenarios have an average Dice value of 0.768.

Abstract

The arrival of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 not only spurred the acceleration of digitalization in industry and manufacturing, but also brought a broader influence to various sectors, including the government sector. One of the Government's efforts to support digital transformation is the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). However, the application of SPBE in Central Agencies and Regional Governments can create a number of risks that will affect the achievement of SPBE objectives. Therefore, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) issued a PAN-RB Ministerial Regulation Number 5 of 2020 which contains SPBE Risk Management Guidelines that need to be implemented by SPBE organizers in managing SPBE risk in their respective agencies, including XYZ Work Unit. The XYZ Work Unit is one of the work units in the ABC Agency which is responsible for carrying out tasks and functions in the IT field. An SPBE risk assessment has been carried out on the SPBE Infrastructure in the XYZ Work Unit. From this research, 47 negative SPBE risks were obtained, of which 26 SPBE risks were above the SPBE Risk Appetite threshold so that recommendations for handling SPBE risk were then prepared based on the PAN-RB Ministerial Regulation Guidelines Number 5 of 2020.

Abstract

In this study, we used Nielsen's heuristics to analyze the user interface of a thesis management information system in the vocational education environment. This system environment is designed to assist students in managing and organizing all processes related to thesis writing. The main framework in this study is Nielsen's heuristics, supplemented with experiments to evaluate the extent to which the user interface of the system meets user preferences (user-friendly). The population involved in this research consists of faculty members and students, with a sample size of 50 individuals. Analysis and discussion were conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to the participants. Based on the research findings, it was discovered that the Visibility of system status achieved a score of 163.5. Overall, this study concludes that the thesis management information system in the vocational education environment that we developed successfully achieves its main objective by having a user-friendly interface.

Abstract

In the development of electronic technology, especially robots, they have played an important role in the medical field, including for overcoming the anxiety of autistic children and their health. This study used a SAR (Socially Assistive Robot) robot equipped with a heart rate and body temperature sensor to help reduce and indicate the anxiety and also health of autistic children. The MAX30100 sensor was used to detect heart rate, while the GY906 sensor was used to detect body temperature. The robot's response resembled a hand movement, which was a sign that a child's body temperature and heart rate were out of the ordinary (abnormal). The aim was to provide assistance to autistic children in dealing with anxiety and their health, making it easier for teachers to supervise autistic children, which could affect their emotional and social development. By using a fuzzy logic controller to analyze the response of MAX30100 sensors and GY906 sensors working optimally or not, with servo motor output.

Abstract

This study intends to create a Face Recognition system for a Socially Assistive Robot (SAR) created especially for autistic youngsters. Autism is a developmental disease that has varied degrees of impact on social interaction, speech, and behavior. In order to address the developmental deficits in autistic children, early intervention is essential. Children with autism require the right kind of therapy to help them manage their anxiety, develop their social skills, and sharpen their concentration. In this study, Multi-task Cascaded Multi-task Cascaded Convolutional Neural Network(MTCNN) facial recognition technology is used to classify and identify the emotions of autistic children. The technology has the ability to record and recognize children's faces, gauge a child's level of autism, categorize their emotions, and offer the proper support. Previous studies have indicated that it is possible to identify children with autism through their facial expressions. It is anticipated that by using Face Recognition technology on a SAR, autistic youngsters will make progress in their treatment and will feel better emotionally and be more motivated. This research serves as a foundational step in the creation of technologies that can improve the quality of life for kids with autism.
