<![CDATA[Les Exis (Excellent International) is a growing business in services in the field of education such as English, and computer courses. Based on the research conducted in Les Exis, the importance of making the application of English Conversation to support or facilitate learning English Conversation. Therefore, the authors try to design an English Conversation applications that can be mounted or installed on mobilphone android based operating system that is now very popular. The research method used was a field study and research libraries. Thus produced an application by using tools such as UML (Undifeied Modeling Language), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. In making the application of English Conversation author using the Java programming language and SQLite databases. By using the Java programming in making applications English Conversation can produce a good application in learning English.]]>

Selection of the majors on SMA N 1 Koto Baru still using manual processes using Microsoft office excel, this course requires a lot of time and energy. Therefore, to facilitate the school in the electoral process and to minimize majors operating costs, designing a decision support system for the selection of majors that can be used by the school to quickly and easily and can provide accurate information about the selection result graders majoring in SMA N 1 Koto Baru. <![CDATA[This study aims to reveal contribution of work ethic and implementation of supervision toward the teacher’s performance both partially and simultaneously. This was a correlational study. The population and sample of this study was teachers of vocational high school (SMK) Negeri 1 West Sumatera. The sample was selected by using stratified proportional random sampling techniques. The data were collected by using questionnaire with Likert-scale model. The data were analysed using correlation and multiple regression techniques with stepwise method. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant contribution work ethic and implementation of supervision toward the teacher’s performance of vocational high school (SMK) Negeri 1 West Sumatera both partially and simultaneously.The findings and recommendations of the study are useful to improvement of teachers’ performance]]>

<![CDATA[In Pasaman especially Nagari Jambak found several chunks of manganese at some point. To ascertain how big the potential of manganese is available, it is necessary to do some research to see subsurface structure of the earth in order to venture further exploitation (mining) is running properly. One method to determine the subsurface structure of the earth is the geoelectric method of induced polarization (IP). This method utilizes the electrical properties of the rock which is capable of storing a voltage during a certain time interval. Based on the data processing field is not found the deposition of manganese under all three tracks. Resistivity low price on this track, is caused by soil water content in the rock and not because of the rock layer is conductive. Based on the results of these measurements, estimated boulder-boulder manganese contained in the surrounding area of research is not formed in situ at the site proficiency level but rather the result of transport from another location that is above the location of the research]]>

<![CDATA[Iron sand spread in Indonesia still not as much as may be optimized. One of area indicated of iron sand is Durian Kapeh regions North Tiku of Tanjung Mutiara Agam Regency. Iron sand singer can be seen clearly from the outcrop. From previous studies (Mufit, 2005), in this area has more than 50% magnetic properties. It can be concluded that the potential of iron sand in this area quite potential and can be used for industrial activities later. One way for mapping of iron sand is by applying geoelectrical resistivity method with Wenner array. This array is superior in mapping laterally. Data obtained from the measurement result in form of apparent resistivity value below the sounding point. The results will be able to know the distribution of subsurface materials and can be used as reference in future mining decision. The Results of the mapping obtained the distribution of resistivity value varied from 0,0347 Ωm to 340.000 Ωm that has tended conductive properties. <![CDATA[This research aims to provide information and facilitate the community in obtaining information about the location of the HIGH SCHOOL that's located in the city of Padang. The design of this system using the Google Maps API and combine files map KML (Keyhole Markup Language) to display a map of a location that has a limit on each sub district of the city of Padang. Design and analysis method used in this research using model waterfall which stages the starting of system engineering, requirements analysis, system design using modeling languages Unified Modeling Language (UML), the implementation of the program code using a web based programming language i.e. the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Pre-Hypertext Processor (PHP), Cascading Style sheets (CSS), JQuery and MySQL as the database. The results of research is an application web-based geographic information System in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[The Student Dormitory is a living quarters dedicated to a group of people currently undergoing education at a university or college. Data processing dormitory not using data storage media automatically (database) so that cause often found mistake in recording of payment report between administration clerk with bank slip which owned by student consequently check out student process becomes delayed. The number of dormitory data archives be it student data in the form of check in form and dormitory payment data in the form of bank slips that stacked make the administration difficult in making report recapitulation. So that requires a high level of accuracy and a long time in search data and making the report to present information to the parties concerned. With this application is expected to increase employee productivity in the administration and improve information services to students, so that students can complete the administrative process quickly]]>
