Abstract

A woman who occupies an important role and has a continuous duty, since she is as a girl for his parents, wife for her husband, a mother for her children, a grandmother for her grandchildren. In performing her role, everyone around her demands her to perform her role as quickly as possible. Therefore, a girl needs to be given sufficient knowledge and a good education, so that later she can carry out her duties well too. This study examines how ideas Mohammad Fauzil Adhim, the author who has written about marriage, family and children's education, about how the role of parents in educating girls by Mohammad Fauzil Adhim is. The purpose of this study was to determine Mohammad Fauzil Adhim thought about the steps to educate girls as well as how the characteristics of a good parent in the child's education position by Mohammad Fauzil Adhim is. This research is expected to increase the depth of knowledge and knowledge for Muslim educators,  specially in educating girls, and can be used as guidance and input for parents and educators to understand the importance of educating Muslim girls from their early age associated with their role in the future. Therefore, the children's education will be more focused and as expected by their both parents.

Abstract

Teachers are human figures that occupy the position and play an important role in education. Religiosity is the depth of a person's religious appreciation and belief in the existence of God is realized by obeying commands and prohibitions with kaiklasan away with a whole heart and soul and body. Spirituality avoids the formal and ceremonial connotations of religion; it is non denominational, non-hierarchical, and nonecclesiastical. Spirituality implies an inner search for meaning or fulfillment that may be undertaken by anyone regardless of religion. Religiosity and spirituality religious in works that are expected to contribute constructively to build a work environment and the image of the teachers profession (teachers refer not just limited to educate, but also all those who have a background in teaching education and cultivate a job in the field education for more professional, high integrity and  accountable.

Abstract

Teacher is the centre of learning process and is also the centre of national education development. Without qualified teachers, the efforts to improve the quality of national resources and the competitiveness of the nation will be in vain. The quality of a good teacher is expected to be the goal of improving the quality of student learning. As it is explained in the Bill No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, the quality of teachers is reflected in the mastery of competencies that must be owned. They are  professional, pedagogical, personal, and social competence. Duties and responsibilities of teachers that are so heavy i.e. To educate national generation, brings about a logical consequence that the teachers should always attempt to improve their quality. Ironically, the teachers who are required to constantly improve their quality are not compensated by good salary. It makes their life far from prosperity. Many teachers do another work to meet their family’s needs. Although the government issued a policy of teacher certification, which is one of the agenda for their welfare, but it is not overcome the problem because there are still many problems in the implementation of the policy. Many of our teachers are still in the 'dilemma', on the one hand they have to improve their quality, but on the other hand he also have to consider their family’s needs.

Abstract

The existence of educational institutions is determined by the ability of education providers in increasing interest of prospective service users. The character and interest of prospective service users (students) need to be understood by education providers so that prospective students can be accommodated optimally. To know the expectations of service users, this paper describes the efforts of the applicant sued Act No. 14 of 2005 in particular Article 9 which says that the teacher is a qualified bachelor or diploma four. By the plaintiff, ideally  requirement is an bachelor of education because it has been equipped with knowledge and skills to educate. Mk’s Decision No. 025 / PUU-IV / 2006 dated February 22, 2007 that are eligible to be a teacher not only bachelor of of education / teacher, but all scholars (S.1) or diploma four (D.4) are qualified to be a teacher. It can be used as the basis that bachelor of non-education should not be pessimistic when it expects educators are largely determined by the expertise of job seekers, not simply print it becomes scholar institutions. The accommodation of  undergraduate (bachelor's of any background) become educators is determined by the fulfillment of the requirements to be a teacher and scholar shrewdness carry themselves as self-qualified in the field of science to optimize the network of social interaction.

Abstract

The endeavor to search philosophical foundation to develop the curriculum of Islamic sciences in the Islamic Religion College (PTAI) has been done. As the Ministry of National Education (MONE), for example, which has spawned a thematic-integrated curriculum model, it should have been by Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA), PTAI, in this case, must also have the characteristic of integrative curriculum. The first and major step in the process to find the model, must be preceded by searching philosophical foundation, whether it uses one pillar, two pillars, three pillars, and so on? To find this philosophical foundation, the authors use 'model theory' on the relationship between religion and science, which is patterned into several types of models, namely: monadic (religion), dyadic (religion and science), triadic (religion, philosophy, and science), and so on. All three models are also identical with some kind of form of the  relationship between science, namely: mono-disciplinary and intra-disciplinary (monadic); interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary (dyadic), as well as trans-disciplinary (triadic). As a result, one of the alternative philosophical foundation that can be used to develop the curriculum of Islamic sciences in PTAI is “triadic” model and it is a model of Integration-Interconnection Curriculum.

Abstract

It is not foreign to us, that scientific is mapped into two recently, namely the science that focuses on religion-which came to be known as the science of religions, and scientific development that focuses on other things in general as well as the separate elements of religion in -that it be known science generally. So in practical plains, any educational institution that develops religious sciences appears on one hand and educational institutions that develop general sciences appears on the other hand. This is a 'disease' that impede the progress of our education in general, and particularly Islamic education. With full awareness, separation or dichotomy of science should immediately look for meeting point so that the subsequent development has a face that synergize with each other. Discourse and real effort to integrate this separation or dichotomy are needed. Integrating science (religion and science) is an effort that is not easy and certainly requires long time. However, with confidence and collective consciousness it is not impossible that the scientific integration will be realized and perceived benefits. In this context, it needs reconciliation in integrating scientific (read: religion and science), particularly in Islamic education.

Abstract

Advance of science and technology provides convenience on one hand, brings about negative implications for the emergence of the global crisis on the other hand. Science and technology on the one hand gives happiness but on the other hand contribute to the emergence of the global and multidimensional crisis. Therefore, it brings about awareness among some Muslims to perform the reconstruction of science through large projects of Islamization of science. This idea have ups and downs and invite pro and contra in academic circles. The idea of Islamization of knowledge is essentially an idea to find a new modern science but religious and monotheism. This idea is very popular since the beginning of its declaration and until now still being discussed among Muslims, whether they support or reject it. This idea is also very urgent in view of the increasing of intellectual’s awareness to transcend science. This paper is aimed to study the Islamization of knowledge from the background of the Islamization of science, history of the Islamization of science, implementation Islamization of science, and the challenges Islamization of sciences aspect.

Abstract

A positive attitude towards the dual role of women will build a tendency to run dual role of women in accordance with nature of woman. The result of the study at SMK Baitussalam Pekalongan shows that dual role of women material is given less so that so many girls who have negative attitude towards the dual role of women. The purpose of this study was to obtain the Islamic-based group counseling model that can improve the attitude towards the dual role of women in senior high school students. This study used Research and Development, with the result: Islamic-based group counseling model was proven effective in improving attitudes towards the dual role of women in senior high school students. It was visible from Wilcoxon statistical test that revealed a significant (probability <0.05). The development of Islamic-based group counseling model should be used as a model of service in helping students of SMK to improve their attitudes towards the dual role of women
