Abstract

This thesis discusses internal circulation service managementincreasing library user satisfaction at SMA Negeri 18 Bone.This research is researchqualitative (Qualitative Research). The approach used consists of two, namelyManagement and psychology. The data collection technique used isobservation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that 1) Service managementLibrary circulation at SMA Negeri 18 Bone covers several important aspects.The member registration process ensures authorized user identification,facilitate administration, and improve user experience. Borrowing,returns and billing are managed systematically and computerizedto ensure regulatory compliance and service efficiency. Officer claritycirculation services, supported by easily accessible locations, helpusers get help and information quickly; 2) Managementcirculation services in increasing library user satisfaction in high schoolsNegeri 18 Bone is carried out through a simple and transparent procedure,easy to fulfill service requirements, easy member card service processfast, the condition of the library materials is good and complete, and the officers are clear circulation services. Efficient circulation service procedures, easy requirementsfulfilled, the condition of library materials is orderly, and the clarity of the staff helpsin providing a consistent user experience, making it easieraccessibility, and improve compliance with library rules, whichall of which contribute to a positive institutional image and improved qualitylearning at the school.

Abstract

Indonesia as a multicultural and multireligious country is one of the gifts as well as problems that are often feared to cause multiple interpretations that cause divisions between tribes or even religions. This study aims to determine the application of religious moderation in educational institutions, to find out the concept of local wisdom of the Bugis community, to determine the correlation of Islamic education with local wisdom of the Bugis community, to find out the optimization of religious moderation in supporting SDG's based on local wisdom of the Bugis community. The type of research that the author used in this study was qualitative research. Qualitative research is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. The approach used in this study is a sociological approach and a psychological approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 13 Bone. The data analysis is carried out in stages; data reduction, completing the selection of collected data based on the relevance of the research topic; presentation of data, displaying data according to the problems discussed in this study; and verification or drawing conclusions, making corrections and checking with relevant sources and journals so that conclusions can be made. The results showed a lack of student understanding related to religious moderation, so optimization, introduction and socialization to students are needed in order to be able to understand religious moderation well as supporting the realization of SDG's.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The achievements obtained by the MAS Al-Muslimun institution under the leadership of the current head of the madrasa make it one of the pioneers of madrasas in North Aceh. Having differentiators in educational institutions can certainly be used as a strategy and stepping stone to introduce these institutions to the public. The aim of this research is to explain the characteristics of the visionary leadership of the head of MAS Al-Muslimun, the efforts of the madrasah head in improving the academic and non-academic achievements of students, and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the academic and non-academic achievements of students at MAS Al-Muslimun. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, documentation and observation. The research results show that the visionary leadership characteristics of the head of MAS Al-Muslimun are always having a plan, being completely ambitious about target results, socialising the vision and mission, controlling his subordinates to get a support system, and exploring existing resources to support the vision and mission programme. The madrasa head's efforts to improve the academic and non-academic achievements of students at MAS Al-Muslimun include planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Supporting factors in increasing student achievement at MAS Al-Muslimun are influenced by internal and external factors, while inhibiting factors are the lack of teacher resources who are experts in their fields to guide and train students, there is still a lack of teachers who have a lot of information to increase competitiveness and student achievement, as well as more support from parents in supporting student achievement. Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Madrasah Head, Academic and Non-Academic Achievement

Abstract

Hasil dari tujuan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwasanya 1) manajemen boarding school yaitu dapat ditinjau dari: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, 2) strategi yang ditempuh dalam meningkatkan mutu melalui program boarding school, dan 3) faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen boarding school dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang mengambil latar di MAN 1 Curup, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubberman dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) implementasi manajemen boarding school di MAN 1 Curup, 2) pengorganisasian boarding school dibawah naungan MAN 1 Curup dengan struktur terpisah dan sudah mempunyai tugas sesuai surat keputusan kepala madrasah, 3) pelaksanaan sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan berjalan lancar, 4) pengawasan dilakukan secara integritas dan terpadu oleh seluruh komponen sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of branding management strategies at SD IT Rabbi Radhiyyah 01 Siderejo, Rejang Lebong Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The informants of this study were school principals, deputy heads of curriculum, public relations staff and teachers. To determine the informants in this study, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used analytical techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to test the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1). the branding strategy that has been carried out is to improve quality both in terms of academic and non-academic achievements, namely the mandatory tahfidz program which continues to be developed, besides that there is an emphasis on efforts to attract interest in terms of increasing participation in the non-academic field from all fields such as competitions; 2). The effectiveness of the branding strategy carried out at SD IT Rabbi Radhiyyah 01 Siderejo, Rejang Lebong Regency, was quite effective in increasing public trust, as can be seen from the increase in the student enrollment quota which continues to increase every year. Keywords: branding strategy, public trust, SDIT

Abstract

Organizational culture is very crucial in its existence within the organization, because it affects the emergence of good behavior and improves performance, both from leaders and members and determines the direction of the organization in the long and short term. An established organizational culture will create an atmosphere of cooperation, cooperation, and not pranking others. This study uses a qualitative approach. That is, this study seeks to analyze, record, describe, and interpret the object under study through observation, interviews, and reviewing documentation. This research is also descriptive of the data extracted through the field and literature. The findings show that building an organizational culture at the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic boarding school (girls) refers to traditional and modern approaches, which in turn emerges a culture of good behavior and a culture of commitment to the organization such as discipline, sincerity, trustworthiness, openness, and democracy.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the Aqidah Akhlak teacher's strategy was in shaping the morals of class VI students at MI Al-Ijtihad Al-Mahsuni Jontak and describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher's strategy for forming the morals of class VI students of al-Karimah. at MI Al-Ijtihad Al-Mahsuni Jontak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, by trying to describe the research results obtained in the field. Data collection techniques that researchers use are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. As for data analysis using qualitative analysis techniques, consist of three components of activities that are interrelated with one another, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings in the Aqidah Akhlak teacher strategy research in shaping the morals of al-karimah grade VI students by applying: exemplary, giving advice, providing motivation and supervision. In implementing this strategy, there are supporting factors such as: There is cooperation between teachers in schools and motivation and support from both parents or guardians of students. While the inhibiting factors are: lack of control by parents or guardians of students over students who use social media and environmental factors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that coordination between supervisors and school principals in providing guidance to teachers at MIN 1 East Aceh has not occurred effectively. The problem formulation is the planning of the supervisor's academic supervision towards the leadership of the Madrasah Head, the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the supervisor in improving the leadership of the madrasah head as a learning leader, and the function of the supervisor's academic supervision towards the leadership of the Madrasah Head at MIN 1 East Aceh. The aim of this research is to describe the function of the supervisor's academic supervision of the leadership of the Madrasah Head at MIN 1 East Aceh. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Several findings that show the function of academic supervision of school supervisors on the leadership of the Madrasah Head in MIN 1 East Aceh include Strengthening Learning Planning, Strengthening Presentation of Material, Strengthening Learning Evaluation, Strengthening Class Management, Strengthening Teaching Material, Strengthening Understanding of the Curriculum and Strengthening Group Collaboration.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the stages of the Human Resources Management Model (HRM) at Dayah Modern Yapena Lhokseumawe, including 1) Recruitment Management, 2) Placement Management, 3) Development Management, and 4) The Effect of HR Management on Graduate Quality. The research used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the recruitment process includes mapping skills needs, closed announcements, oral and written test selection, and work orientation. Placement of educators according to qualifications, and various development programs have been carried out, such as language training and fiqh programs. Internal evaluations are conducted twice a year and externally four times a year, despite workload and budget constraints. The quality of graduates has proven to be very good with many alumni being accepted into reputable universities and student achievements in various competitions.

Abstract

 This study discusses "Analysis of School Geographical Location on Learning Quality at SMK TV Watampone, Awangpone District, Bone Regency". The author uses qualitative research methods through field research whose data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This study aims to describe the geographical location of SMK TV Watampone School on the quality of learning. The results showed that the geographical location of the school did not have a significant influence on the quality of learning at SMK TV Watampone Kecamatan Awangpone Bone Regency.
