Abstract

ABSTRACT This study describes the charismatic leadership type of the kyai by focusing on the leadership type of K.H.M. Yunus Martan in the development of the Pesantren As'adiyah Sengkang. Aims to review the personal identity, work and leadership type of K.H.M. Yunus Martan in developing the Pesantren As'adiyah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach which is carried out by compiling and describing the life and type of leadership of K.H.M. Yunus Martan in developing the Pesantren As'adiyah. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and documents related to the researched. After the data was collected, a descriptive qualitative analysis was carried out in the form of a narrative. The results of this study indicate that the individualistic and centralistic characteristics of the charismatic leadership type of kyai in pesantren, do not fully apply to the leadership of K.H.M. Yunus Martan. In the management of the Pesantren As'adiyah, K.H.M. Yunus Martan actually involved the management and all elements of As'adiyah. Likewise, the decision-making process is carried out through deliberation and meetings. Both of these are characteristics of the democratic type of leadership. This study also found that K.H.M. Yunus Martan is a person with makarame leadership behavior. It is based on personal qualities characterized by his extraordinary firmness and discipline in all aspects of his activities. Abstract

The availability of information through information and communication technology (ICT) in the world of education is not only supported in operations but has become a necessity and an obligation that must be implemented. One of the application products on the internet that utilizes the development of communication and information technology is a website application. The problem of the lack of information from the main website for animation study program students, plus the Covid-19 pandemic which requires online lectures, causes direct communication and submission of data or documents from study program management to students will experience several problems. We need a website that can bridge the information needs. the most possible way, and can quickly be developed is to use a Web Content Management System. The website is developed in an initial form or often called a prototype, by submitting a questionnaire to prospective website users. The goal is to obtain an overview of what information should be on the website. The results of this study are in the form of a website prototype for an animation study program that is relevant to the needs of users, namely lecturers, students, and the general public.

Abstract

Student achievement in the national science olympiad in mathematics needs to be improved. One way that can be done is to describe the types of student errors in solving math OSN problems. And the learning styles of students. The research subjects were representative students from Ambon Catholic Junior High School for the Mathematics OSN at the district/city level, totaling one person. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving tests in the form of descriptions, interviews, and learning style questionnaires. The results showed that students made errors based on Newman's analysis, namely, reading errors, understanding questions, and transforming errors once each, processing skills errors and writing errors in the final answer 4. The results of the learning style questionnaire, students have a visual learning style. Some recommendations based on the results of this study are teachers need to provide assistance to students by paying attention to student learning styles.

Abstract

The city of Bandung has significant changes that are also felt by its people, especially the people in the Y generation group who are so many in the city of Bandung. This change in behavior is caused by the large reception of Covid-19 news on the internet and the high use of the internet in the city of Bandung. this study aims to determine the change in behavior in generation y in the city of Bandung in receiving news of covid-19 on the internet. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The theory used is the communication theory of Behaviorism developed by Jhon B. Watson (1878-1958). The results of this study state that the changes in behavior that occur are very diverse, namely, changes in behavior to individuals who always use cashless payments, changes in work styles, namely more dominant working WFH (Work From Home), significant changes in healthy lifestyles, changes in behavior to not being used to spending too long outside the home, behaving more calmly in facing situations and conditions, behavior change becomes concerned about the development of the pandemic, caring about himself and his surroundings. Researchers concluded that Generation Y in Bandung City has very diverse behavior changes.

Abstract

In this decade, mobile banking applications greatly facilitate customers to make transactions and enjoying banking services without having to visit branch offices, in which it can conducted anywhere. This paper aims to evaluate the direct and indirect effect of m-banking service quality on customer loyalty through mediating contribution of customer satisfaction. For the technique of sampling, this paper has used purposive with two criteria. In the distribution process, online method by assisting g-form questionnaires. As many as 154 completes questionnaires returned, then analyzed by Smart PLS 4.0.9 with the technique of SEM. Results indicated that M-banking service quality has a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty and satisfaction, then success in the mediating test by partial effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the quality of human resources (X1) on the work ethic of employees at the Alwafi Islamic Boarding School (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using a saturated sample with a sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis used regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Based on the test results obtained the value of t arithmetic > t table or 3.699 > 2.02439. Abstract

Nowadays, humans live in technological era called modern. Smartphone is a kind of technology that has function to access information including services or public facilities information. One of the public facilities that public needs to know about is the location of a temporary waste disposal site (TPS). The lack of information about the location of TPS triggers irresponsible behavior including littering, the emergence of illegal dumpsters, and the emergence of garbage piles in waterways which can lead to flood. Geographic Information System (GIS) is one of the technologies that can be used to help the public knows the location of TPS as well as the route to the desired TPS. Besides, it provides information about the route of the desired TPS location. This study aims to build a Mobile Application for Mapping and Searching for Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPS) with a Case Study in Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province. This system is built through combination of web application as a backend and mobile application as a frontend by utilizing features from Google Maps. This research generally uses the Waterfall method, where the implementation is systematic with several stages, namely; system requirements analysis, system design, system making, system testing and repair, and maintenance and repair. Based on the test results using Black Box method, it shows the application is functionally running well. Meanwhile, the testing result by users using a questionnaire reveals that there are >80% of users gave a good and very good assessment of the built application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partial integrity and loyalty on leadership policies at PT. South Aek Buru Plantation Asda. The population in this study were employees of PT. South Aek Buru Plantation Asda, totaling 78 employees, its mean population as a sample. The collecting data used questionnair and observations. The research method used is descriptive analysis method, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the assurance coefficient test, it shows that R square 0.949 indicates that about 94.9% of the variation in the reliable variable (approach) can be explained by honor and devotion factors and the remaining 5.1% is affected. Based on the results of the fractional test (t test), this tends to be reasonable that honesty has no significant effect on the initiative approach because the value of tcount (1.170)> table (1.991) is 0.245 <0.05. Meanwhile, persistence affects the authority's strategy because the value of tcount (38.021)> table (1.991) with a large value of 0.000 <0.05. Considering the consequences of the F test, it tends to be concluded that the honor and reliability factors together significantly affect the regulatory authority.

Abstract

Information systems are the most important part in running and managing a data source. One of them is a website -based employee leave application information system . The website -based employee leave application information system at the Medan City Central Statistics Agency still uses the manual method written in an employee leave application form. The system development method in this study, the author uses the waterfall method where the collection techniques are in the form of observation and interviews. In the implementation and design of the program the author uses the PHP programming language with the database used is My SQL to store data. The results of this study can be concluded that with the creation of a website -based employee leave application information system, it is expected to simplify and speed up the employee leave application process so that it can reduce errors in processing employee leave applications.

Abstract

Data presentation techniques in the development of information technology are essential in processing data and producing information. The process of processing data into information can be one of the considerations in determining decisions. Time series data containing data with detailed time sequence frequencies within a certain period can be processed into information showing changes in a data variable within a specific period that can be analyzed according to needs, for example, on data on domestic tourist visits in an area. If the data can be adequately visualized, it can provide easy to digest information. Data analysis is carried out on the Google Data Studio interface because combining visualization methods can help people quickly understand the data. This study uses Google Data Studio for data analysis and visualization through scoreboards, line graphs, and pie charts. The results of the research are in the form of data visualization, which shows a decrease in the number of domestic tourist visits to Bali from 2019-2021, which is around 500 thousand domestic tourists from 2019 to 2020, and a decrease of about 30 thousand domestic tourists from 2020 to 2021. In addition, visualization data with pie charts show a decrease in domestic tourist arrivals of 54.2% in 2019. The percentage decreased to 23.6% in 2020 and 22.1% of visits in 2021.
