Abstract

The performance of determination efficiency is affected by both situation certainty and uncertainty. The goal of this study is to develop fuzzy data envelopment analysis models for measuring efficiency performance with the Data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and also a fuzzy method that considers the inputs and outputs of the decision making unit (DMU) on intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers. On model development, a step procedure in measurement efficiency performance is given. For processing its efficiency, there is input and output representation on useful intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers as output and input estimation data. The application of the fuzzy model to the given case demonstrates that it can be used and is capable of measuring efficiency performance performance more efficiently.

Abstract

Sambas Regency is part of the province of West Kalimantan, whose administrative area includes 19 sub-districts with a total of 183 villages. If viewed from the number of towns, the exciting thing that becomes information for the needs of the community is informed about the development of each city, both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, community life to the number of residents in the village. Currently, information on village data such as population, average occupation, existing facilities and infrastructure, village vision, and mission can be obtained by asking directly to the village office for the form of the information displayed in the form of a village profile report document. This information search is categorized as less effective because it must come directly and takes a long time in the data search process. For this reason, it is necessary to visualize village information through infographic videos developed in motion graphics by applying the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method. Before publishing the infographic video, it was first tested by five material experts, and 18 village communities. The results of this study will get infographic videos of 10 villages in the Sambas district in MP4 format with a duration of 10 minutes.

Abstract

Every hospital is required to have risk management to prevent adverse events when providing health services. The application of risk management in hospitals helps identify and control incidents of work accidents that occur in hospitals, especially in the General Affairs and Engineering sections of the Hospital. The purpose of this research is to identify the source of the cause, impact, and control of the dominant occupational accident risk during work activities in the general affairs and engineering section of the hospital. Analysis with qualitative methods using data from observations and questionnaires. The results of the study found that there were two most dominant risks, namely medical waste management and MEP work on electric voltage hazards. It was concluded that there was a match between the application of risk management by the hospital and the results of testing the Bowtie method. Suggestions for this research are to review the risk assessment in height work, as well as to supervise the work methods carried out by workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of measuring non-financial perspective on financial performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 0,807 + 0,228X1 + 0,234X2 + 0,503X3 + e, where measurements of customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective have a significant influence on financial performance variables. The results of the correlation coefficient obtained the value of rx1x2x3y = 0,883, meaning that the measurement of customer perspective measurement, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective has a positive and very strong effect on financial performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. To find out whether the hypothesis is accepted or not in this study, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). For the results of the t test (partial) on the customer perspective variable, the value of tcount > ttable is 2,841 > 2,005, on the internal business process perspective variable, the value of tcount > ttable is 2,839 > 2,005 and on the learning and growth perspective variable, the value of tcount > ttable is 6,299 > 2,005. Thus H1, H2, and H3 are accepted because tcount > ttable. Then for the results of the F test (simultaneous) the value of Fcount > Ftable is 138,709 > 2,78. Thus H4 is accepted because Fcount > Ftable. Therefore, it can be concluded that the measurement of non-financial perspective or independent variables partially or simultaneously has a significant and positive effect on financial performance or the dependent variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, gender, job satisfaction, work discipline, independence and audit fees on the performance of auditors at the Medan City Public Accounting Firm. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = -15.856 + (-0.386)X1 + 0.041X2 + 0.646X3 + 0.413X4 + 0.482X5 + 0.539X6 + e, where only the variables of job satisfaction, work discipline, independence and audit fees have significant effect on the auditor performance variable, while the work experience and gender variables do not have a significant effect on the auditor performance variable. To determine whether or not the hypothesis is accepted in this study, the t test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous) are used. For the results of the t-test (partial) on the work experience variable, the value of tcount > ttable is -1.447 < 2.03, on the gender variable, the value of tcount > ttable is 0.066 < 2.03, on the job satisfaction variable, the value of tcount is obtained > ttable which is 2.184 > 2.03, on the work discipline variable, the value of tcount > ttable is 2.259 > 2.03, on the independence variable, the value of tcount > ttable is 3.044 > 2.03, and on the audit fee variable, the value is obtained tcount > ttable that is 2,589 > 2.03. Thus, H1 and H2 were rejected because tcount < ttable, while H3, H4, H5 and H6 were accepted because tcount > ttable. Then for the results of the F test (simultaneous) the value of Fcount > Ftable is 18.114 > 2.86. Thus H7 is accepted because Fcount > Ftable. Therefore, it can be concluded that only job satisfaction, work discipline, independence and audit fees partially have a significant and positive effect on the performance of auditors at the Medan City Public Accounting Firm. While work experience and gender partially have no significant and negative effect on the performance of auditors at the Medan City Public Accounting Firm. But all independent variables, namely work experience, gender, job satisfaction, work discipline, independence and audit fees simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of auditors at the Medan City Public Accounting Firm.
