Abstract

Creating unforgettable experiences is at the core of the tourism and hospitality industry. Improving the recall of consumption experiences can be used as a core marketing strategy in the experience economy. This study explores and analyses the relevance of keywords related to memorable tourism experiences in Scopus indexed scientific articles in 2018-2022. The research method used in this research is bibliometric and systematic analysis. Based on research conducted with bibliometric analysis of 155 keywords that are interconnected with one another related to Memorable Tourism Experience (MTE). The ten keywords with the most vital links were: unforgettable travel experience, intention to revisit, destination image, unforgettable travel experience, satisfaction, travel experience, coffee tour, heritage tourism, memory, and behavioural intention. This shows that these keywords are variables or topics often discussed in Scopus indexed scientific articles for the last five years. Analysis of the interrelationships between keywords includes tourism experience, one of which is carried out in tourist villages. Tourist villages are visited a lot because 1) there are unique attractions or attractions from the village itself, such as destination images and heritage tourism, and 2) there are facilities and accommodations such as lodging, eating and drinking facilities, hawker centres or souvenirs (culinary & coffee tourism). The) visitor centre, 3) there are tourist activities such as weaving, enjoying the scenery and others, 4) the existence of general development as an effort to create a tourist destination that provides the best service for tourists, From the pleasures and visits that have been made can create experiences memorable or meaningful, friendly and kind attitudes of residents towards tourists will also provide memory and affect the image of the destination. The purpose of doing tourism can be a determinant of the behaviour and return of tourists' intentions which can affect tourist destinations and the economy of residents.

Abstract

Lecturer performance evaluation activities are a college routine in improving internal quality on an ongoing basis. STMIK DCI Tasikmalaya currently does not routinely evaluate the performance of lecturers, implementing the university's tri dharma activities and other tasks. This study aims to design an information system architecture that supports a performance appraisal decision based on the criteria and sub-criteria of the assessment as a performance appraisal variable using the Prometheus method, where each criterion and sub-criteria, the assessment factors and alternatives, in this case, the lecturers are compared with one another to provide an output value of net flow and ranking that provides an assessment of each Lecturer's performance. This decision support information system helps in processing lecturer data, processing data on assessment criteria and sub-criteria, and processing assessments and processes using the Prometheus method. This is useful to facilitate decision-makers in assessing the Lecturer's performance so that the achievement value of the Lecturer's performance will be obtained. By using an object-oriented system design method, namely RUP (Rational Unified Process), which is iterative, and UML (Unified Modeling Language), which is used as a tool, The results of this study are in the form of a decision support information system architecture model and the implementation of its application using the MySQL database type and the Delphi programming language.

Abstract

In the learning process, students in lectures do not only acquire theoretical material but students are also required to do practical work in companies. Practical work is intended so students can find out real problems in the field, increase knowledge and improve hard and soft skills. In its implementation, students can apply for practical work based on the choice of the location of the intended company, the system that has been running already accommodates the business process of applying for practical work. Still, there is no feature to find out the location distribution of practical work students. This study aims to utilize the API (application programming interface) on the Google Maps API and GPS (Global Positioning System) services to see the distribution of suitable work locations for INSTIKI students. The benefits of research to find suitable work locations for students at STIKI Indonesia are very important, considering that practical work is carried out in all regions in Indonesia, including remote areas. The application is built using mobile and web platforms to assist student users in submitting practical work data and coordinator users in monitoring the distribution of practical work students in several companies where practical work is located.
