Abstract

The increasing of internet use time after time is makes an impact addition of websites, the name of a website must be unique, eye catching and attractive, and in naming a website it should not use spaces, therefore it is often found that the website name consists of several words which are combined. This study aims to determine the most frequently used words on websites in Indonesia. The stages of this research briefly begin with the collection of 10,960 website names, word separation on each website name consisting of several words using Wordninja (one of packages available in Python programming language). The word separation process is carried out in several stages, starting from words containing at least 3 letters to 9 letters. Furthermore, from the word separation stage, ten words that appear most often are sorted. It was found that the word "Indonesia" most often appears at each stage of word separation, which is 139 times. Conclusion of this study is prove that Wordninja were very effective, as evidenced by an accuracy of 97.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rewards, work environment, and mutations on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya. There are several factors that cause high or low employee performance, in this study the company needs to provide feedback that will have an impact on company performance. Factors that affect employee performance in this study are rewards, work environment, and mutations. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sample was selected as many as 72 people with random sampling technique on employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya. Statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study are the variables that affect employee performance are the reward variable, and the work environment. While the mutation variable does not affect the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya.

Abstract

Problem on units ICU already is problem which critical and already happened since long ago, for the ICU is one of the highest costs unit in hospitals, which made a system to predict activity on ICU is very demanding. COVID-19 shows the need for excellent time management in dealing with the abnormal flow of patients. Prediction of ICU transfer can be useful for patients and medical personnel to reduce medical cost and giving the time required by the nurses to prepare themselves for a huge patients flow. Reviews of related articles are carried out through the Google Scholar database. Screening then conducted based on identified article based on criteria eligibility. There are 7 final articles that assessed on a large scale data samples, method algorithm, and performance from the model which used on the article. Results obtained from this study which follow PRISM flow show a number of variable indicators that are commonly applied, namely: age, gender, liver function, blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, respiratory rate, kgd and ECG data features. The best test results was achieved by research by Jonathan Rubin, et al due to the large number of varied data sets used, much more than other studies. This research also used adaptive boosting and gradient tree boosting approaches and evaluated with 4 main parameter that is accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and AUC ROC. This study succeed in reaching performance evaluation model of 72.8% sensitivity, 76.3% specificity, 76.2% accuracy and 79.9% AUC ROC

Abstract

PT. Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero) is one of the SOEs engaged in logistics and is experienced and trusted, where this company serves export and import services. In the process of improving the Indonesian economy, one thing that needs to be considered is the increase in state income. For this reason, state revenues are related to the export process carried out by PT. Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero). However, in the national market competition, the marketing process of PT. Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero) has not been so good. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed and recommended suitable marketing strategies so that PT. Varuna Tira Prakasya (Persero) can compete in the national market and can help increase state income through exports.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah menciptakan risiko yang tak terhindarkan dalam menghadapi informasi yang dibagikan di internet, seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan internet dari hari ke hari, keamanan telah menjadi bagian penting dari dunia online, karena informasi yang sangat sensitif dipertukarkan melalui aplikasi online setiap hari, dan mereka telah menjadi taman bermain bagi penjahat cyber untuk mencuri atau memaipulasi  data dan menggunakannya untuk tujuan jahat, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kelemahan dalam website jago masak menggunakan pengujian penetrasi untuk melindungi website  dari ancaman dunia maya. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode OWASP ZAP yang bertujuan untuk melakukan uji coba pemindaian kerentanan website untuk mengetahui kerentanan apa saja yang saat ini ada pada website jago masak, dari hasil penelitian ini dapat mengetahui kelemahan dari website jago masak agar dapat meningkatkan keamanan dari website tersebut.

Abstract

Motivation, communication and work stress are elements that can affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication and job stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. This type of research is explanatory research. The research population that will be used in the study are all employees from each division who work at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan during the period from January to December 2021 with a total population of 113 employees. Due to the total population of only 113 employees, the sampling technique that will be used is saturated sampling where the sampling is saturated in the research that will be divided into questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, motivation, communication and job stress have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to increase motivation, communication and decrease employee work stress

Abstract

Automatic Teller Machine or better known as ATM is a tool used in the banking world for cash withdrawal transactions, cash deposits, balance check transfers and for various types of bill payments made to serve customers who can operate 24 hours a day without the service of a person. teller. However, Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is very susceptible to damage and it takes a long time to find out the damage. Naïve Bayes is a method for generating parameter estimates by combining various available information from samples and other information that has been previously available and has a high success rate of calculation by taking a statistical approach to inference and induction on classification problems which uses conditional probability as the basis. Based on the results of the application of the expert system algorithm, the Naive Bayes Method is suitable for designing a damage detection system for ATM machines, the system built can help Indonesian Sharia Banks in Diagnosing ATM machine damage using the Naïve Bayes Method.

Abstract

Website DUKCAPIL Ogan adalah bentuk dari pelayanan teknologi informasi berbasis internet yang diyakini bisa menambah efisiensi, efektivitas, transparansi dan akuntibilitas pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Website ini dikelola oleh Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Ogan Ilir. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini merupakan menganalisis perihal pemanfaatan dan penggunaaan terhadap website e-government dengan menentukan efektifitas sistem serta mengevalusi proses pengembangan sistem. Metode kesuksesan sistem info yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model DeLone And McLean (2003) menggunakan menganalisi kesuksesan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari elemen kualitas informasi (information quality), kualitas sistem (system quality), kualitas layanan (service quality), pengguna (use), kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction) serta manfaat bersih (net benefit).Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi atas pengujian tingkat kesuksesan sistem informasi, performa dan kualitas serta efektifitas untuk evaluasi pengembangan sistem bagi instansi tersebut di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The purpose of this development is this development is to produce an M-Learning learning media in the form of a digital book as an interesting source of information with Indonesian language subject matter. The development model used in the development of interactive learning multimedia is the Borg & Gall model. The stages of development research on the Borg & Gall model consist of ten steps, namely: (a) research and data collection, (b) planning, (c) initial product development, (d) initial product trial/limited trial, (e ) improvement of the initial product, (f) wider field trial, (g) improvement of the product resulting from wider field test, (h) final product trial, (i) revision or refinement of the final product, (j) dissemination and implementation. The results of this development research are that this Mobile Learning Media Product has a material feasibility level, learning design feasibility, and learning media feasibility. While the level of small group trials and field trials with qualifications is very feasible and does not need to be revised.
